Book 2 of the Are You Game? series gives us Jody (Luc's sister from book 1) and Dan, one of Cassie's events managers. Sparks fly from the initial meeting but both Jody and Dan process it as mutual dislike. Being assigned to a weekend event out of town, they are forced to confront their attraction and interest in each other.
Jody fights through memories of a bad marriage while trying to provide for her two teenage girls, and protect her heart. But Dan is determined to break through those memories and show Jody that he's the real deal and he's there to stay.
A steamy, yet sweet younger man/older woman romance. Recommended.

An office romance plus older heroine/younger hero? No need to twist my arm for me to jump all over this! The premise of this story made my anticipation sore high and the author delivered big time.
While I really enjoyed the first book in the series it didn't affect me as much as this one! Rhian Cahill is back and boy oh boy oh boy she is back! This one just ticked ALL my boxes and Dan and Jody might be my favorite RC couple to-date.
This book was hot, so hot and it wasn't even that explicitly dirty but still hot as heck, with scenes like the one in the elevator or the one in the hottub or the phone convo.
And next to the heat there was an emotional love story with a determined man and a stubborn woman. It's general knowledge that I prefer my sexy hot romances with a side of heartwrenching emotion and that was exactly what Rhian Cahill delivered and why she is and remains one of my auto-buy favorite authors.

I really enjoyed the Are You Game? Series by Rhian Cahill.
Catch N Kiss is Dan and Jody's story and even tho Jody is determined she doesn't need any man in her life, Dan is determined to prove her wrong!
This was a fun and sexy read and I thoroughly enjoyed it!

Doing a re-read after initial release almost 10 years ago. Story still has it.
We see Dan from "7 Minutes in Heaven" and Luc's sister Jodi find their way to HEA. With a few bumps in the road but boy do they have chemistry. Plus, Dan isn't giving up on Jodi and it tenaciousness pays off.
Great read! Off to Red Light, Green Light with West and Kelsey.

Jody and Dan were combustible! But Jody had some serious baggage for Dan to unpack. He was definitely up for the challenge!

Sometimes you read a book and it makes you smile, makes you laugh, makes you squirm, and makes you sigh and Rhian Cahill’s Catch “n” Kiss is just such a book. Two people who seem to have so much animosity between them when it’s really attraction one wants to pursue and one wants to deny. You have to love the stamina of a younger man who is insistent on pursing a woman who is dead set on finding love again.
Dan O’Conner is a man on a mission; he aims to prove that the chemistry between him and his co-worker Jody Walsh needs to be explored. I love that he knows she’s the single Mom of two teenage girls, the he knows she’s skittish and that he intends to prove to her how good they can be together both in and out of bed. There really is something about a man on a mission with something to prove. I really felt sorry for Jody, after a disastrous marriage I get that she’s scared of putting herself out there again and of what she’s feeling so it’s not surprising that she always feels the need to flee after they’ve had any type of intimate moment. The fact that Dan not only loves the time he spends with Jody alone but the time he spends with her and her girls as well makes him even more special.
There are quite a few surprise moments and a lot of ups and downs in this book and through it all Dan is there to prove he can be trusted. Luc and Cassie from book one are present as Luc is Jody’s brother and Cassie is her and Dan’s boss and it was great to see how their relationship is progressing.
I just can’t keep from smiling when I think back on this book; it was fun, engaging, and oh so sexy. Catch “n” Kiss is the perfect follow up to 7 Minutes In Heaven and I can’t wait to see what game we get to play next in Rhian Cahill’s Are You Game series!

I'm really enjoying the Are You Game? series by author Rhian Cahill. Her newest release, Catch 'n' Kiss is Dan and Jody's story and I couldn't wait to read it after devouring Luc's story in book 1. Jody is Luc's sister and she has a really hard time trusting men and letting them into her and her daughters' lives after her disastrous marriage. However, she is finding it difficult to ignore the attraction she feels for her co-worker Dan. The spontaneous sex scenes were sexy and hot which I couldn't get enough of and wished for more. I liked Jody but I admit that she was one stubborn woman struggling with what her mind and heart wanted when it came to her relationship with Dan, whom I adored. He did everything he could to show her how much she and her daughters meant to him and how he saw their relationship going. I really enjoyed his interaction with Jody's girls and how close they became. I liked the surprising twists in this story and how they had to deal with the consequences. Of course, I loved that Luc and Cassie made many appearances in this book as I'm totally in love with Luc and his alpha ways *sigh* Another great story and I cannot wait to read the next book in this series.

Interestingly, there was very little sex in this one. But I didn't really notice until the end, so I obviously didn't miss it. Lots of sexual tension, and a lot of push and pull. I understand Jody being gunshy, but I have to give Dan credit for not giving up, yet not being too overbearing either. Nice story.

Catch 'n' Kiss is the perfect follow-up to 7 Minutes in Heaven. The developing relationship between Dan and Jody was very well done. They conquered obstacle after obstacle and came out stronger. Rhian Cahill makes you feel every emotion that the characters are going through... angst, passion, anxiety. Can't wait to read more of this series.

Solid 3.5. I liked this more than Book 3, Red Light, Green Light, but not quite as much as Book 1, 7 Minutes in Heaven, so I scaled the rating back. Jody and Dan were a nice pairing, older woman/younger man. I don't know if I bought into all the side drama, but it wasn't too much of a distraction. Favorite of this trio is still the first story.

Sweet quick read
I loved watching these two come together and find their HEA. Jody was a strong yet broken heroine determined to protect herself and her daughters. She met her match with Dan and the love he had for her and the girls. I loved watching them come together.
