Okay, let's get the story out of the way before I trash Lois, a Dam in a town Valleyho is collapsing and George Taylor (Daily Star Editor-In-Chief) wants Clark to cover. Lois says she can do it but Taylor says its a job for a man not a girl. It was at this point Lois decided to screw Clark over, resulting in him getting fired.
Superman saves the town anyway because of course he does, and oh would you look at that he also had to save LOIS...again! This was a pretty nice panel though.
But you know the worst part, the worst part is at the end when Clark says he forgives Lois and shes a total BITCH!
So, if their goal was to make me hate Lois, congrats you've succeed. Overall the issue is just meh, wouldn't be much to talk about save for the complete trashing of Lois so, there is that I guess.
Louis Lane is actually a bit of a cow in these early comics LOL! Very ruthless and has no respect for clarke or any men apart from the superman of course! Pure story and fun reading!
There's good action in this, which is what the title promises. But I really hate what Lois thinks of Clark at the end and how she compares him negatively to Superman.
