I came out of jail three years ago. I was trying to keep a low profile. My neighbor was a single mom, Cat. She spent too much time asking me for favors. I knew what she really wanted. Cat was trying to get under my skin. The last time I allowed a woman to do that. My ex-wife got me banged up. I wasn’t repeating the same mistake again. That was until one night she came round in tears. I couldn’t resist the temptation to help her. Until, I took my next job. I needed the money, after helping Cat out. That was until I found out my target. The one that was on the list. It was Cat. Not only was she my target. But she was my ex-wife’s daughter! Author's Note: It's steamy with enough sexiness for you to enjoy this novel. It is standalone, and there's no cheating!
Ted Evans may not have many books under hiss name on Amazon but his words make you feel like he's been writing for years. As with all of his books on here I have fallen in love with the characters and the stories. This book was probably the best yet. It were characters you could relate to with so many struggles but a mother's love for her child makes all else feel unimportant, but when that is threatened you find out your strengths and weaknesses. Definitely pick up this book or any of Evans book's you won't be disappointed.
Filthy Daddy is a quick read about the reality of life after prison and the life of a single mom on the run with her son. Liam and Willow are great together. I love the way the author has connected Liam and Willow. This is a well written story with great characters. I couldn't put this book down. I absolutely loved the story. The twists and turns and the connection they had with each other make this a definite must read. I voluntarily reviewed an ARC of this book.
Headline: I have voluntarily read and reviewed an ARC version of Filthy Daddy by Ted Evans. I LOVED this book! I was well written. The story itself was great. I truly loved the characters every time there was a scene with Liam and Frank, my heart and ovaries nearly exploded. I’m a total sucker for big alpha men being softies with kids. I would highly recommend this book. Can’t wait to read what Ted Evans comes out with next. Happy Reading!
This book gives you a good look at the realities of life after prison and on the run for a single mom. You can feel for both Willow and Liam and hope that after the fallput everything still works out well for both of them. You love the way the twist and turns in the book all end up with too many coincidences in the end. I voluntarily chose to review a copy of this book.
I loved this book, it really makes you think of what it is like for someone after prison, Liam wanting to take revenge on his ex. As well as the hardships for a single mom on the run. I loved Willow and Liam together, they had great dynamic! Without giving away spoilers, I recommend this book to anyone looking for a book with good suspense.
As usual, Ted Evans does not disappoint, this book is appropriately interesting, hot, and even heartwarming. And Frank, the little boy, will absolutely steal your heart! If you enjoy hot, sexy stories with a little bit of a mystery then this book is for you, do not hesitate to get it.
Ted Evans is a new author to me and let me tell you, he did not disappoint. I was thoroughly engaged and engrossed with this book. It was steamy and well written. I would recommend this book. Can't wait to read more books by Mr. Evans.

Liam is biding his time while searching for the woman that did him wrong. He keeps to himself and likes it that way until the girl from next door bangs on his door asking for help. Willow is a single mom. She's on the run from her past and avoiding people to stay under the radar. In a moment of desperation she breaks down and asks her neighbor for help fixing her kitchen sink. This simple act starts a chain reaction of attraction, exposed secrets, danger and emotional turmoil. This was a very good book. Gripping, sexy and with a touch of taboo, I recommend you give it a try. I voluntarily reviewed an ARC copy of this book.
This is my favorite Ted Evans book so far! Liam, Willow and her little boy Frank go through real life experiences that could be very relatable to some readers! I absolutely loved that about this book! I enjoyed it from start to finish and read it all in one sitting! It had a few twists and turns that gave a good shock factor that totally made the story! I highly recommend this awesome read!
I liked the premise of the book. Willow is on the run from her son's father. Liam is trying to put his life back together after his ex-wife ratted him out and put him in prison. Even though he tries not to, his life becomes entangled in Willows. I didn't really care for the tense the book was written in. "He's doing this" and "She's doing that" doesn't sound right. It should be in first person this way. I give it 4 stars.
A well balanced read with it all, action, suspense, twists and turns, a bad boy, the mob, and plenty of heat. I voluntarily reviewed an Advanced Reader Copy of this book.

* I am voluntarily reviewing an Advanced Reader Copy of this book* Although the author, Ted Evans, call this book a dark romance, it really isn't dark at all. Bad Boy, yes! Liam and Willow are interesting, well written characters with dark pasts they're running from. Certainly Liam comes across as a bit of a jerk through the first half, but redeems himself. Fun, fast read....enjoy.
I voluntarily reviewed an ARC of this book. This is the third book by new author Ted Evans that I have read and I must say I really enjoy his books. This one follows Willow and Liam and they come together. Willow is a woman who is running along with her son from her ex. Liam is a man whose ex wife turned into the police along with the help of Willows's ex Carlos. Both are trying to start a new life away from their past. Neither aware that they have something in common. Liam is tring to keep to himself and wanting to seek revenge for what happen to him. Willow changes that when she comes to his door crying. From their the book becomes so much more. I had trouble putting it down.l I loved the HEA at the end.
Wonderful book. Interesting plot that is well written and developed. Great characters, especially Williow's son Frank. Liam and Williow have instant chemistry and a strong connection. I really love how good Liam is Frank. Mafia, suspense, surprises and hot scenes make for an all around great story! I voluntarily read an advanced reader copy of this book.
This short and gripping story is satisfying and entertaining! Damsel in distress, bad boy, bad guys and adorable kid, there are plenty of them here! So, where do you say is the happy ending? You'll have to read to find out! I'm pretty sure you'll love this story, too!
I loved this book it really does make you think and the characters are brilliant. Liam left prison wanting to take revenge on his ex for helping to put him there. Willow is a single mom on the run from her ex, only wanting to provide for her little boy and keep him safe. Willow and Liam together are brilliant and there are twists to this how their previous lives intertwine and come a full circle. I would definitely recommend this book.
Willow is a young single mom broke and on the run from the father of her child. When she needs help she goes to her neighbour who is a angry and not so nice guy. But Liam likes kids and accept to help. Soon the two of them gets feelings for each other but can Liam protects Willow when the danger comes ? It was a great book with a lot of action, very exiting and with a twist. I had trouble putting the book away had to see what was going to happen.
