[Siren Erotic Contemporary Romantic Suspense, HEA] Piper comes home from work one day to see her home in a mess and her teenage sister missing. After calling the local police for help and getting none, she tries calling the American Ambassador in Iran who tells her that his hands are tied unless Pippa comes to them for help. Piper knows that Yuri will never let Pippa out of his sight, so what is she supposed to do now? Then a work friend tells her about a man named Lucas Grant, a mercenary that could go in and get her sister out for her, for a price of course. She knew she didn't have the money to pay anyone to bring Pippa home, but Lucas was her last hope. She'd find some way to pay him. Even if it costed her everything, she'd do it. She just didn't know what it was about to cost her. ** A Siren Erotic Romance
I'm an Erotic Romance Author I currently have books published through Siren-Bookstrand Publishing Inc. I live in a small town in Ohio with two of my grown children and my youngest grandchild. We share our love and lives with two dogs, Coco, (a brown and white Boston Terrier) and Sugar (a black and white wiener dog) who are more like children than pets. I have also lived in Kentucky and Louisiana for a short time.
Before I was an author, although I always dreamed of writing, I was a state tested nursing assistant off and on for a few years and a bartender for eight years. A mother for 39 years. I've also been writing most of my life but published since 2011.
I've always been sort of a loner, but I do enjoy spending time with my family and friends. I also have one more child who doesn't live with me, but with her better half and their four remaining children. I have three grandsons and two step grandsons and two step granddaughters.
A few things about me: When I'm not writing, I enjoy watching movies, and reading all sorts of things. Or sometimes just listening to music. I enjoy crocheting, sewing, and traveling to see new places. I don't have any favorite genres of music or books, but I love horror movies. I love a little bit of everything.
I've currently been working on a couple of new manuscripts. That I hope I'll get out to you soon. I had to take a few years out of writing when my long time love and I separated. It has been the hardest time of my life because he wasn't only the man I love, but my best friend. And if that wasn't enough I also was diagnosed with MS. But I'm not a quiter and I hope to never be. I have loved to read and write for as long as I can remember. I've always dreamed of becoming an author and through everything I never gave up on that dream. Which I owe all of that to my sixth grade teacher for not just giving up on me. I was at a third grade reading level at the time so she kept me after school teaching me the proper way to read. I learned to become the characters in books and I could see all the places in my mind. By the time she was finished with me I could read at more than just a sixth grade level and I loved it so much that I wanted to become a writer and do for other people what she did for me. Thank You Mrs. Nash for believing in me when no one else did. Now I try to spend most of my time writing. I do take the time out to spend with my family here and their homes.
If there is anything else you would like to know about me, send me an e-mail and I will do my very best to get back to you as soon as possible. ginaduncan@outlook.com
Thanks, and I hope you enjoy my work, as much as I did writing it.
