The Mystical Village That Rewired Reality

Rate this book
2018 Independent Publisher Book Award Winner

"Many believe that the things they see, hear, touch, taste and smell are the foundations of reality. This is not even close to the truth." —Master Unschooler

The Mystical Village That Rewired Reality is a mind-expanding journey into the heart of magic, inner truth and the unseen worlds that surround us. It is a story of redemption, destiny and the innate power in each of us to sculpt the dream of life.

Deep in the old-growth woodlands, far removed from society’s footprint, is a mystical village of extraordinary humans. These spiritual warriors—masters of the mind and heart—are guided by powerful belief systems that shape reality in remarkable ways. They have long stood as guardians of humanity’s finest gifts, while awaiting the next phase of human evolution.

Anax, an average man with heroic potential, is destined to join this hidden community and play his role in humanity's transition. To embrace his destiny, he must surrender his past, imperil his life and take a leap of faith so profound that it lands him in the spaces of authentic magic, where reality is fluid and consciousness is the fabric of eternity. He’ll struggle to master his mind and know his heart as he walks the path of the warrior. All that he knows dissolves in a blazing bright light as his rebirth begins.

He’ll fall in love with a woman who holds the key to planetary healing, but a piece of her soul has been lost. For some reason, perhaps no more than the uncontrollable love in his heart, he believes that he can retrieve it, and he is willing to go anywhere—beyond boundaries of consciousness—to make her whole.

Join the vision quest that exposes the cracks in modern civilization as it charts new paths to possibility. Delve into the realms of energy, where creating realities is a skill set, just like astral projection, and truths are defined not by society, but by the individual—through rigorous personal experience and mastery of one’s consciousness.

"The Mystical Village That Rewired Reality challenges us to take a much-needed leap into the next phase of human development; it is a journey into uncharted spaces, where the mind and heart meet, and new power is born. Justin Nathan’s gripping and graceful storytelling will make you ponder your own life’s journey, the mystery of the path you were led on and humanity’s future. I highly recommend this fascinating book."

Intriguing first novel!

Justin Nathan has written a provocative, thoughtful novel that not only is well-written, but also addresses the current problems of our world and gives the reader insight as to what our lives could be like in a society where people and their needs are placed above corporate gains. I look forward to reading more from this author!

Enlightening

It was delightful to read a positive outlook on our future ability to create and enjoy a wonderfully balanced world. I enjoyed the shamanic insights that unfolded in the story. It's inspiring me to achieve personal higher frequencies. Birthing such a reality is a worthwhile goal.

This book was beautifully written. In the beginning the book did take a good bit of time to grab my attention. It began a bit confusing and seemed very jumbled, too much jumping around without any context. However, I gave this book five stars for a reason.
The first being the ability to escape into this book. The author created a place inside of Earth, where humans could just be happy. It allowed humans to become one with nature. After every page I turned I found myself becoming more and more engrossed. It was as if I had found my own fantasy world to escape.
The second reason for giving this book five stars is the relatability to Anax. Although he is a young man and did not seem to think the world offered much to him as an individual, I found I could still find many things in his life relatable. Anax felt like an outsider in a world where everyone around him appeared to fit perfectly. There is not a person in the world who could not relate to that at some point in time. His battle with different forms of depression and finding himself were extremely relatable. Especially in today’s day and age. The author did a brilliant job creating a character that any person in this era could easily relate to in more than one way. All Anax wanted was a deeper meaning to life and I believe as humans that’s what many of us search for and cannot always seem to find. However, Anax did and I think that gives many of us hope.
This book overall has so many reasons as to why it should be given five stars. For every person reading I’m sure they discover another reason to love it, but as for me I think these are two of the best reasons that every person reading will soon discover.

Be entertained while being instructed

Be strengthened and prodded while receiving hope and encouragement. Author Justin Nathan has succeeded wonderfully in weaving together an allegorical tale filled with luscious language and imagery while, at the same time, exposing us to a treasure trove of illuminating and inspiring information. The main problem facing the reader (other than the fact that the story does not end with final page of this volume) is that the work to be done is arduous, unremitting, and completely self-determined. Still, it is this human's opinion that writing like this is precisely the appropriate prescription for empowering humankind with the tools and road map to dispel the cloud consciousness of fear, greed, isolation, addiction, and sheep-like numbness that it finds itself under. If the human spirit is ever to be liberated to soar as it is meant to do, it will be through a illuminating and inspirational works of art such as this. I can barely wait for Volume Two.

The story is very much about positivity, love, and community. There is some good character depth and the character's had warts. They weren't perfect, which I found refreshing. There is a lot of potential for follow on stories as there are various plot threads that are teased. This book is about the impact of the village and the power of community on the individuals, where I expect follow on stories will follow down the various plot threads.

There are a lot of points throughout the story that caused me to reflect on today's world. The author's personal views are definitely reflected throughout with explanations in the commentary. You may not agree with all of the views, but I appreciated that Justin was transparent with those views and didn't hide any agendas.

Count me in for the next novel in this series.

What a delightful, unexpectedly fantastic novel! It is exactly what I have been looking to find for many years now. I’ve been searching for a spiritual adventure book that delves into topics that I read from non fiction like astral projection, shamanism, frequencies, meditation, higher consciousness etc. And these concepts are woven into a beautiful story, rich with imagery of nature. I could read and reread the pages where the Unschooler is speaking/teaching. Magnificent and enlightening knowledge told in story format here. Please, Justin Nathan, PLEASE write more books!! My only critique might just be that it ended a little abruptly! I was hoping to read about Anax’s experience in the mountain and what ends up happening to Tristis. I am hoping there will be a book 2.

Outstanding combination of information

I would have given a 5 but I have heard of almost all of this information from multiple sources. Woven into this story, it is outstanding! There are many ideas here to pursue that have a solid foundation and some that can be put into practice in your everyday life. Controlling your thoughts, being aware of what your heart is telling you, balancing the two, energy awareness, and love for all life, and more is put together in a fine and entertaining story. Open your mind and heart, read this, enjoy.

I enjoy visionary fiction if done well and this one was done well. It is thought-provoking and one needs to read it with an open mind and slowly. I enjoyed the commentary at the end where the author explains his thought processes and the 'how and why' he comes to some conclusions. However, I am not a fan of books that leave you hanging in the end because a sequel is most likely coming. For me it fell flat.

Where’s the ending

I absolutely loved this book and could not wait to see how it all came together in the end. It doesn’t!!! This “story” had me questioning so many aspects of life that we simply accept and have been programmed/taught to believe as true.
I searched Amazon for Justin Nathan and there are no other books by him.
Please tell me there is a second book! Please!!!!

Magical mystery ride

Highly recommended, an eloquent ethically charged story that reminds us of self and collective possibilities

I highly resonate with many points to the point that I could have written 85% of this book myself and be proud for having done so
