Did an amazing job at keeping it short, simple, and readable using terms and explanations that average people can fully grasp and understand unlike most filled with medical and psychological terms. At the same time kept the book knowledgeable and accurate. But what I absolutely love about this book is that when someone has bpd or a loved one who does, and they just start looking for information on the disorder they're already upset confused and anxious as it is. This book is the first one anybody should pick up and read. It calmly starts you off on your journey to learn and understand bpd. Some books can provide scary statistics, among other things that can hit like a brick wall, some may not be ready for that. If anyone is going to start researching bpd then let this be your first book.
This was informative and easy to read and understand. I felt like the author got her point across to her readers. Very educational and a good resource for people struggling with BPD.
Great insight to our lives... Good information for people who have loved ones who may live with BPD, they should know the truths, as stated in this book, rather than the misconceptions shown on TV, about those who live with this disorder.
I really enjoyed this book the 50 things were straight and to the point without over explaining it was just enough to show a loved one what’s going on with me so thank you this book was great!!
