3.5 stars. Cute, over-the-top, obsessive, love story. Miller sees Lela during a Ren fair and makes quite an impression on the quirky lady. Before they can really connect, they get separated. Be it fate, the dog with a unique name, or simply Ms. Wyatt, it was decided that these two should meet again, much to our delight.
This short made me laugh but brought plenty of sexy to the plate. There was only one part that didn't really vibe with the setup and that is Miller's attitude toward love/relationships after he and Lela meet but before they reunite. It doesn't really fit his actions at the Ren fair or his instant possessiveness at their reunion. However, all in all a fun, safe, and uncomplicated read with awesome epilogues :)
100% safe.

One look at the fabulous cover and I knew I had to read this book, the question is...
Would the guy in the book be as hot as the guy on the book?
And the answer is yes he is.
Lela Marshall has lived a nomadic life, along with her father they've traveled constantly across the United States visiting Renaissance Fairs but this is the last one, things are changing Lela is starting an actual job she's going to live a normal life and she's so excited but then at the last fair, just before she leaves she meets the most gorgeous breathtaking man she's ever met and they share one kiss before they're separated.
Miller can't believe he's finally found the one woman he's been looking for without realising he was looking. She's perfection, the kiss just confirms what he already knew but now she's gone, he's lost her.
I loved the cover, liked the blurb and really enjoyed the book and Miller, can I just say wow Miller is hot and I mean seriously hot.
After seeing the cover I really wanted to read this book and I must have checked about twenty times yesterday (I'm not known for my patience) trying to see if it was available yet, so obviously I wanted to read this.
If I'm being honest and consistent then this is a 3* read but I enjoyed it and I won't easily forget Miller so I'm upping my 3* to 3.5* simply because I liked this so much.

I really enjoyed Miller and Lela! Love at first sight, but a short separation! Months later, fate throws them back together and it's dirty talking, declarations of love and lots of hot sex.

It's good. It's light and easy to read.
The story is about Miller and Lela.
She's at a Ren fair with her father. It's their last fair together because she got a job to train dogs for a famous dog trainer celebrity. During that time, she met Miller. One quick kiss, just a little time together and they were separated.
After three months, they didn't expect their paths will cross again and this time, Miller won't let her go.
It has nice epilogues.

2 Too Over the Top Stars
I appreciate when authors give a heads up that the story is over-the-top, instalove, but this was a little too much of that with a little too little plot. And oh the cheese factor.... But because the author said it was over the top, I gave it 2 stars instead of 1 because I was kind of warned (though the extent was beyond ridiculous).
Lela is a homeschooled, airstream raised kid who grew up without a mom and whose dad did the best he could (we assume she is early 20's but never really told this). One of the things they liked to do together was attend Renaissance fairs (no real reason). As she has recently been hired by a knock off Dog Whisperer character (we have no idea how she got this job or that she had any actual qualifications), this will be the last one they attend together for a long time as she is leaving to put down roots for the first time in her life. While her dad is off in another section of the fair, Lela heads to the blacksmithing tent and spies a new member of the knife/sword smelting team who is described as the hottest man on planet earth with women audibly appreciating his shirtless display of alpha male-ism.
30 year old Miller, who appears to be bored by the attention, does a quick sweep of the crowd and settles on Lela (who is wearing old clothes and backpack with messy hair) - and suddenly, he is unable to look away. After passing off his duties quickly to an apprentice, he stalks her in the crowd, walks up to her, and demands, "Name." Too tongue-tied to answer, Lela stares blankly back at him which prompts him to molest her mouth on the spot. Somehow, her father stumbles up (though he misses the show), and Miller and Lela are separated in the crowd.
Three months later, Miller finds a puppy on his remote property in the middle of nowhere that he takes in but tries to convince himself that he doesn't really want to keep. His mother tells him that he should keep it, and she hires the fake dog whisperer guy because she used to hook up with the man's father (okay). He reluctantly agrees to have someone train "Little Shit" (which, yes, is what he has decided to call the dog), and is in for the shock of his life when Lela, the woman whose memory he was just jacking off to in the shower (and apparently has done multiple times a day since seeing her for 30 seconds) knocks on his door. Without much preamble, he attacks her, and they end up getting busy all over the house, eventually ending up in his bedroom as after going to town on her against the front door, he remembered there are many people who work on his property that could come in at any time. What little dialogue they have is very "OMG it's you!" and "Have you thought of me?" And "I have to have you" and lots of really cheesy dirty talk about having unprotected sex bc that would show how much they want to be together after the 30 second interlude they had 3 months earlier. This from the guy who was just telling his mother he was never getting married and having kids.
So random stuff happens where she leaves suddenly, then gets in a car accident, and then he ends up finding her (inexplicably). And more nauseating instalove shit, then HEA. Boom.
If you are into this whole scene, go for it. Otherwise, skip.

4.5 stars!! I loved this shorty by Dani Wyatt. I just wish it had been longer. Miller was delicious.

Forging Forever empezo bastante bien, sinceramente, en un primer momento no era como me esperaba, sin embargo, a la mitad mas o menos se desinflo, a partir de ahi fue demasiado irreal y fantasioso.
En mi opinion, la lectura tenia mucho potencial, y aunque no era excesivamente larga podia haberse convertido en una novella linda, pero de un momento al siguiente se convirtio en una historia similar a las de Alexa Riley, donde solo hay escenas torridas, una tras otra.
En resumen, me decepciono el cambio que ocurre a la mitad, si la autora hubiese seguido como en las primeras 50 paginas estoy segura de que mi opinion ( y reseña ) serian diferente.

Lela Marshall is at a Renaissance Fair when she sees Miller Rhodes who is forging a sword, everything about him calls to her. Miller sees Lela at the fair and one heated kiss has him regretting her didn't find her again, now months later he still cant get her out of his mind. Fate intervenes putting Lela back in his path and Miller plans to claim her but will he be able to keep her forever?
This was fun but I wish it wasn't quite so rushed. Miller is pure alpha male and gruff which was a bonus. If you like instalove stories one to pick up.

I've never read a book with a renaissance fair, Lela, and Miller a cute couple. Miller is a man you want he does his own thing but still wants to find love and the only one he wants is Lela. He met her at the Renaissance fair for a quick second. When Miller takes in a stray dog he asks his mom to take it but she turns it around and gets a trainer to spend time with him. This special trainer is Lela the women who have been the star of his fantasy's. When they both meet they instantly already know they have a strong connection and that is when they start their relationship. Before actually starting their relationship it is tested but only to be reunited as one.
Dani Wyatt men are always so hot and alway down for their 100 percent what more could you want.

Sexy man working an anvil? Awesome!
It was insta-love right from the first meeting at a renaissance fair where he is working at his anvil for a crowd. She sees him and they share a kiss, but then are pulled apart. Months later they meet again when she shows up at his doorstep to train his dog. The second meet is spectacular with a scene so hot I need an ice pack to cool down.

4.5 stars. Combustible is the word that best describes these two. When he spots her and makes his way through the crowd to her....*sigh*.....the "iron Adonis" that she refers to him as. She does have to leave with her dad before names can be exchanged, but not before a lasting impression impacts them both.
Fast forward 3 months and Miller has taken in a stranded puppy, Little Shit (freaking love that name...accurate:)), that he has no idea how to take care of. Lela is an apprentice dog trainer that shows up on his doorstep to help with his precious Little Shit *lmao*. Once he sees her again......combustible. These two mean business, especially Miller, he knows what he wants and has no problem telling her what he wants too. Love that they aren't dragging their feet and wasting time. She does leave for like....a half a second, but is on his way to get her when she in on her way back to him.

Love Alpha males and insta-love then you'll love this story. It's a story with a true Alpha male named Miller and a strong independent woman named Lela. Lela is looking to plant roots somewhere, she's been traveling with her dad most of her life and she feels it's time for a change. On her final night with her dad at a Renaissance festival she sees Miller, but after a kiss she is swept away by her dad and is lost in the crowd. Miller can't get her out of his mind and fate, along with a puppy brings her to his front door. What happens next is wonderful and Dani Wyatt tells a great story that takes you on an emotional rollercoaster ride to the greatest HEA. So come along for the ride, you won't be disappointed. If you crave insta-love, Alpha males and a HEA, then this book is for you.

She will be kissed and drawn to a man she sees for the first time, and then she has to leave without even knowing his name.
This is one I could read over and over and over again. The story is so instant love, heat, sexy and anything else that can make you smile, melt your panties right off you and then some.
I can always knowing reading this authors books I won't be disappointed, but this one is so much more.

Lela meets Miller at a Ren Faire, but never gets back around to his stand again. It's not until later that she meets up with him at his place. She is there to train his puppy - Little Shit. Once Miller see's her, he is not letting her go a second time. He's been dreaming about her for far too long! When a career opportunity opens up, Lela feels the pressure from her dad and leaves Miller with a note. That's not good enough for Miller and he goes in search of her, to bring her home.
This is a lunch break quickie with lots of hot, steamy scenes that will have you blushing. Again, I really enjoyed how quick and to the point this book is. No need for build up, no need for drama, straight and to the point!

If you want to be transported to the time of the renaissance that you need to read this book. The imagery is outstanding and you will feel like you are right there with Lela and Miller.
