Cuff Me: A BDSM Romance

Rate this book
An ass that nice should be illegal. Trust me, I’m a cop. Emily wants me to teach her about submission. To show her everything I know about pleasure and pain. To be her Dom. God knows I want to. But I’m her superior officer. I’m older. And I’ve got a history of breaking everything I touch. I refuse to break her. - - - - - - - - - - Paul is an idiot. I’ve crushed on him since he was nothing more than a sexy voice on the police radio. Now that we’re working together, I know it’s not just his voice that’s sexy. But he’s stuck in the past and can’t see what’s right in front of his face. Me. He thinks ropes and chains will scare me off, but I’ll prove to him that even good girls can be bad. Cuff Me is a steamy romance novella about consenting adults in a BDSM setting. It is a standalone story with no cliffhangers, no cheating and a guaranteed Happily Ever After.

There's something magical about the games of dominance and submission. The excitement of giving total control to the one you love, knowing that he will take you places you never thought you could go. The absolute trust in a man who loves you, who wants to challenge you, who wants to bring out the best in you. It's love and total devotion in its purest sense, and that's what I love to write about, at least when I'm not wrangling kids and taking care of my family!

OH YES! What do you do when you have a think for your work partner and he is older than you?
Emily and Paul work together as police officers. She is a rookie and he is 10 years older than her. She has a huge crush on him. First night out on patrol she has something major happen to her. Later she is in for a MAJOR surprise when Paul stops by the club he is a member of to arrest a man dealing drugs. This could be the start of something good or maybe not...

This book is for Mature folks only! It is well written and I had a message within the book as well as a good read. Yep Paul could Cuff Me anytime!!

"Cuff Me” is a 'BDSM Romance' by Cate Bellerose. This book introduces us to Emily and Paul, law enforcement officers who have a complex relationship that becomes significantly more so once the story begins. Emily is a new cop and Paul is her supervisor...and her partner. Paul is also Emily's crush. A bad situation on Emily's first day makes Paul spring to her rescue and reveals more about his life outside of work than either of them anticipated.

I really liked this story, the writing and its resolution. This story was like a lifestyle fairytale. It had just a touch of danger, a hopeless romance in an impossible situation all with the backdrop of a BDSM club. While some scenes and thoughts felt repetitive, the story as a whole was a positive bit of fluff that was entertaining and enjoyable.

This book has BDSM content and themes. There is both scene and non-scene related violent content that could disturb sensitive readers.

Emily is ready for Paul to Cuff Me as she battles his guilt syndrome.
This is a new to me author who I really enjoy! Emily is a young rookie who is traumatized on her first day as her life is threatened. Her partner, Paul, is also a man who she is panting after. After he takes her to a BDSM club to arrest a druggie, she is also panting after the lifestyle. I received a gifted copy. I am voluntarily leaving an honest review. I honestly love this story and this author!

I've missed you, Cate. Great to see you back and Cuff Me was a fast, page turner. Paul and Emily are compelling characters, well developed, and their chemistry hot. They worked together and Emily wanted more, but he's not willing to take a chance..... not very alpha-like. If your a first time Cate Bellerose reader, this book will certainly wet your appetite for more!!

I've loved everything Cate Bellerose has ever written. This book isn't an exception.

The opening scene is where there's a literal gun to her head. I loved it. And I also loved the naughtiness that they got up to with some, ahem, implements. I've re-read the ending probably a dozen times over the past few days.

I loved Caleb and Vivian from the other book and WE GET TO SEE THEM so it was AMAZING and incredible.

I received a review copy but also borrowed it through Kindle Unlimited.

HOLY HOTNESS!!!!

Paul Cannon can cuff me anytime he wants. Paul is a strong, sexy copy with a hot side of kink. Emily is sassy, flirty and has a huge crush on Paul, and that's before she even meets his side of kink.

Wow!! Cate totally out did herself on this book! The chemistry between the characters is white hot!! You feel like you're part of the story. Feeling Em's fear, determination and even her frustration with Paul. I loved every hot and dirty word. A MUST READ!!! 5 stars!!!

Another great BDSM love story

This was another great BDSM love story read. I wish there was more since I have read them all. The characters are all connected so when you read one story you will connect to them all. This series is a series that I would re read several times.
Overview. Paul is the police boss of his district. His new partner is a young hot rookie named Emily aka Em. Em is taken hostage by a young guy robing a gas station. Once the guy was arrested, Paul takes Em with him to pick up a guy at his BDSM club. But Emily has never seen a club like this and wants Paul to show her the ropes/spanking bench. But Paul is still having a problem with his past that won't let him accept Emily's flirting or teaching her about BDSM. But Emily fights him until he sees the light.

Emily has had a crush on her partner and older mentor, Paul, since they day she started working. The book opens with a perp holding Emily with a gun to her head, leaving Paul to talk him down and save his partner. He does, of course, and then gets a call to go to a club. Taking Emily with him on the call, he takes her into a BDSM club to the office. Along the way, Emily is shocked and somewhat excited about all she sees. Wanting to learn more, she keeps pestering Paul to take her and show her around. The book didn't flow well at times and was choppy. And the ending...the book just ended suddenly. Very odd.

My honest review is for a special copy I voluntarily read.

I enjoyed this story of Paul and his younger partner Emily. Emily has had the hots for her superior Paul, but he ignores her like he has no idea.
Paul has to stop by at his club for a little problem they need help with and it opens Emily's eyes to something new and exciting for her.
Emily convinces Paul to take her to the club when they are off duty and he reluctantly agrees, but then the problems start.
This ended up being a good love story with a bit of BDSM, though I feel they talk it to death, they finally get to it and makes things all better as far as I am concerned.
This is the first book I've read by Cate Bellerose but not my last, I already ordered another!

Paul & Emily
Its obvious you've got to have trust when it comes to BDSM. Both parties have got to trust the other to participate or it can cause problems like in Paul's marriage and finding that person in Emily was exactly what Paul needed.

Cops in BDSM, who better to safely restrain good girls and brats alike. This character driven short tale was a fun easy read. I really liked Emily, she's strong and confident even if nervous in new situations. She speaks her mind, not holding back, and sticks to her guns. Paul has baggage and wallows. Can Emily get him to open up and let the past go?

This is the first book I have read by author Cate Bellerose and I have to say I enjoyed it. This BDSM novella featured police partners, Emily and Paul. Not only is Paul her partner, he is also her superior officer which makes her crush on him rather awkward. Paul knows that Emily has crush on him, she's not very good at hiding it, but he refuses to do anything about it. Especially after Emily convinces Paul to take her into his BDSM club. But how long can he truly resist?
Overall an enjoyable novella and I would look for more from this author.

This is my first Cate Bellerose story, she is an incredible story-teller! She had me biting my nails right from the get-go, made me chuckle at the flirtatious Emily, made me drool at Paul and definitely had me squirming at the hotness of this couple.

This is an established couple, but not yet a couple since they work together as police officers. She longs to be in his arms as she crushed on him for quite some time, he doesn’t want to cross the line yet he also wants to do bad things with her and to her. But they do cross the line and he introduces her to his kinks, she is very intrigued and does all she can to get Paul to loosen up and accept her, however, Paul has some history he doesn’t want to repeat, if he can’t see what right in front of him, he may never get the chance at the perfect submissive.

Very enjoyable story with a very confident heroine, I like how she said pretty much what was on her mind, she is the perfect brat to Paul’s Dom…but will they be able to make a relationship work?

I totally recommend this story, it’s a quick read full of great chemistry, much hotness between the couple, and an ending to weaken the knees only a Dom can pull off.

Paul is not only Emily’s boss, but also her partner, back-up, mentor; the man she has had a massive crush on for months. Paul is almost 10-years older than Emily and tries hard not to fall in love with her, but when that doesn’t work, he tries not to hurt her and when that fails, tries to stay away from her; all to no avail. When Paul and Emily are called to a commotion at a local BDSM Club, it makes Emily curious and opens up a whole new, exciting world to her, one she wants to explore; preferably with Paul. Emily doesn’t know much about BDSM, but wants to learn; but it is also a chance to get to know Paul and find out who he really is and what he is holding back. Right now, Paul envies Emily; the discovery of realising she has just found something she never realised she was missing. Paul has trust issues from when he was in the Lifestyle with his ex-wife Anne, but this doesn’t deter Emily; she is determined to get Paul one way or another and believes there can be more between them than just their jobs. When Paul is doing a demonstration at the Club, Emily volunteers. Paul wants to teach Emily a lesson for ignoring his words and constantly coming after him, but he cannot deny the chemistry between them. Paul challenges Emily and makes her feel things no one else has; is she really the only one feeling this connection. But when Emily has a panic attack, Paul wonders if it is history repeating itself all over again. From now on Paul’s relationship with Emily needs to be a professional one only. Emily has to find a way to get Paul to stop blaming himself and for being so stubborn. It is time for a different approach and to move on, but will Paul come to his senses in time. Will Emily give Paul the second chance he wants, and is he prepared to fight for her? I thoroughly enjoyed reading this story and would have no hesitation in recommending it. A copy of this book was provided to me with no requirements for a review. I voluntarily read this book and my comments here are my honest opinion.

A Review of Cuff Me by Cate Bellerose

Learning about BDSM - 4 stars

This is a new to me author, so I was very interested to see how she writes. I thoroughly enjoyed the relationship between Emily and Paul. She had been crushing on him for months before she learned about his BDSM tendencies. He ended up taking her with him to a call at the sex club that he attends and she gets her first look at something she never knew anything about. Great character development and interesting secondary characters as well. My only complaint is with the number of grammatical issues in the book. Other than that, I definitely recommend the book to those who enjoy a little bit of BDSM with their romance.
