I loved this series and so glad that everyone had their happily ever after.. I would a book with Eazy running thangs and Blaise said he might get a book This is a Dope @$$ series and I highly recommend it
I'm so happy that the Carter girls received their happily ever after. These girls were damaged goods, due to the treatment of their egg donor, Cindy. Never once, did Cindy ever put her daughters first. She walked away from her daughters, and yes, they were grown, but they still needed their mother. The way in which Cindy left, was the problem that I had with neglecting her daughters, and up until her death, she never had any remorse, for the things that she did, or the things she exposed her daughters to, and for that, I didn't have an ounce of sympathy for her.
Cece had came a long way, and she found a man that worshipped the ground she walked on. Easy was exactly what Cece needed in her life. Easy took Cece, and loved her for her, and understood why Cece did what she had to do, by any mean necessary. He respected her hustle, even though he didn't approve of it. Easy didn't try to change Cece, but somehow, the love and respect that Cece had for Easy, made her want to change her ways. Together, Cece and Easy made a beautiful family, and they both deserved it.
Who would've ever thought that Blaise could be tamed?!? I was skeptical about how fast Annise and Blaise moved....it may not have worked for everyone, but it worked in their favor. Blaise was indeed a loose cannon, that was going down the wrong path, but Annise came in at the right time. Annise was the calm to Blaise's storm, and she knew how to take charge, without making Blaise feel some type of way. Blaise loved the way that Annise checked him, and the way that Blaise stepped up in a fatherly way to Gemini, you couldn't help but to admire it.
Cocoa was off the charts, and she was the one most affected by Cindy. Cocoa, at one time, adored her mother, even after the sickening things Cindy made Cocoa do. No mother in their right mind, would have done to Cocoa what Cindy did. Cocoa not only lost her childhood, by growing up too fast, but she felt inadequate as a woman. Rocko accepted Cocoa's shortcomings, and he never threw her past into her face. Only a man like Rocko, could love a woman like Cocoa, and see past the pain she ensured. Rocko was that man, and I'm happy that Cocoa finally received some good news of becoming a mother. The girls came a long way, and they went from girls to women, which in my eyes, was a win.
Part 2 pick up right where the first left off. I swear every time I had something figure out here come another curve ball. I was glad to see all the couple gotten an happy ending in the end. AJ did good job with this series I can't wait to read more of her work.
#RIPKarma I'm still low key missing her! 😩 This book took me one a ride and I never wanted to get off! I hate to say goodbye, but Author AJ ended this book with a lot of craziness and love in the air! I'm happy for the sisters, but Chloe got me a little scared! 😂 She too cray, cray!
This book right here was something else man. Cocoa is a hot ass mess n I can say her n Rocko really belong wit each other! I can't believe that mother tho she was something else. I'm so glad that Cecelia n Cocoa were happy in the end cuz they deserved it. This was fire right here! 🔥🔥🔥
This sequel was the perfect ending to this series. The growth of Cocoa alone made it read worthy. Loved all the couples and their love for each other. Uncle Jimmie was a vindictive snake and got what he was looking for. Loved the Rocky addition. No words for Mama Cindy, just when you thought there was so hope for her, her true nature came through and was extinguished quickly. Definite recommendation for readers.
This is my time reading a series by this author & it was very good. Who would have thought the girls was straight savages & didn't play bout their man. Yes i'll b reading more books by this author. Everybody got their happy ever after i couldn't believe how Coca did her mother but i guess tht was the only way she could heal
I really loved this series. I like that it was not drawn out into three or four books unnecessarily. I do want to know a little more about Rocky so I kind of hope there's a spin off or something.
I love reading this book was everything from beginning to end drama action intense couples up and down suspense puzzle revelation revealed well written every page intense couples all had a happing end everybody got taken care karma did her thing the series was excellent
There where a few grammatical errors but that could be easily overlooked by the characters and what they went through that Cindy I am glad she got hers because she was never going to change I'm glad cocoa and cece came together
Omg this was my first time reading your work and I’m so happy!!! I love how after all the drama that the girls went through they were able to finally see what it’s like to be loved and appreciated.
I loved this series.... I'm so glad cocoa killed B.A. Cindy I can't believe after 4 years she still put something before her kids again.. they all got happy ending
I really enjoyed this series. Cocoa was crazy as hell and Cherish. The guys were made for them though. Loved the family dynamics they had. It wasn’t to much.
My only question is why did Karma have to die? Why couldn’t she be seriously hurt a shot to the stomach isn’t always fatal. Overall definitely a good read.
I liked this story, it was a little gruesome toward the end. Cindy got what she had coming but damn!!!. This story overall can be triggering but everything came together nicely and ended with hea for all the couples except their sis karma. We did see character growth for the ladies. And i liked that they weren’t victims of the circumstances. There were vicious but in there world its kill or be killed. These two books deal with drug addiction, grape, sex addiction, validation and acceptance by a parent who subjected you to abuse. When the daughter gets her revenge on cindy toward the end of the book all i could say was damn.
This last book of this series was just as good as the first one. The girls got their happily ever afters and gained loving in the process. I loved Blaise and Annise and would love to read more about them and Rocky.
I loved that it wasn’t too much drama and everyone got their happy ending. Gotta say my favorite couple is Cherish and Eazy, but I did love the other couples as well.
Cindy got exactly what she deserved. That was a very good book. I thoroughly enjoyed this. I’m hoping we get more from these crazy people especially Blaise he was a fool
Started right it left off with bitch ass Cindy. I lived all the couples and we're glad that they all worked out. Cocoa was a special kind of crazy but she was my favorite. I'm glad Jimmie and bitch ass Cindy got what was coming to them. I'm glad that Blasie and the family made up. Great read I really enjoyed this book.
What a great ending to this series. The storyline picked up right where part 1 ended. Plenty of twists and turns to get to the happy. Everyone got what they wanted. You don't see that happening too often. The ending of part 1 left me with needing to know some answers, and I got all of those answers and more with this one. I'm curious to know what's next with this author. I guess that I will have to wait and see.
