This was a short quick read that I liked. Rhett has been away overseas away from Club Masque he wants to find someone who will submit to him completely. Kara who is new to the city and is looking for a when she meets Rhett he is the perfect Dom for her. Rhett is strong, handsome, powerful. When these two meet Rhett decides this little sub was his for the evening. This was a short quick read that I wish was longer. This was my first time reading this author but not my last. This book was well written with no errors in grammar or spelling. I am looking forward to reading the next book.

3.5 stars from me on this one. Could've been a 5, but it was way too short (so short that if I'd paid for it I would have been mad...it's only like 36 pages), which didn't leave room for character development or anything other than a quick scene and sex.
This book had all the elements I love! DOMs/subs, hot alpha guy, BDSM club and it was sexually explicit! . I'm still undecided if I'll go buy book 2 in this series because it's also short.

I hate that I never write reviews for the shorter books, but it worked out with this one. I forgot how hot and steamy it was. I really liked Rhett and Kara, and they both played their parts well. I will definitely be continuing on with the next book.

My first Riley James - sure as hell won't be my last! My only complaint - it's over before it's done!!!!!! What a brilliant full length novel this would be! This is the first in her Club Masque series. It's a quick hot read - and by hot I mean steam!
We meet Rhett - a long time dom who has been away working and not been getting what he needs and what he needs when he walks back into Masque is a sub - one that will let him use her the way he needs to she has to give him everything! No questions, no quarter, just her body to use as he pleases.
And then there is Kara, she is new to the city by not the scene. She needs someone to dominate her mind, body and soul. She's not been getting what she needs either. When Rhett sees her luscious body across the room all he can do is hope, and when Kara sees Rhett - she sees what she hopes will be a night to remember.
For such a quick read - the characters are developed enough that I would love to get to know them more. It is what it is - Dom's and Sub's, Alpha Male at it's best - I WANT MORE! That being said if you are in the market for a quick steam read - I more than recommend this one!

A well-written, well-structured short story that describes the interactions between a hot Dominant, and the experienced submissive he chooses to scene with in the club they both belong to.
The author manages to create chemistry and two believable characters in fairly few pages. A quick, enjoyable read.

I was in the mood for a quickie and this little story was perfect. I enjoyed the ultimate Alpha, Rhett and the way he saw who he wanted and took her completely. The descriptions of sensations Kara was feeling were spot on. I believe anyone who likes their kink in short sweet bursts of pleasure will enjoy this story. I am going back to Club Masque very soon.

Review:
This was alright for a super short story. Thankfully right now it was free, I however would not pay .99 for this. No matter how good it was. It's only 30 pages. Sure I wish there was more of a story... maybe they got together in the end...(in my mind they did) but this is t that type of story and it was done well enough.

i loved the story. The structure used was perfect. It gave the story balance. The charcters were well wrirten, credible and felt developed despite a shorter story. The intimacy was awesome and hot. I would love to read more og this author and this storyline.
