Just Like the Rest of 'Em 2
In the finale of Just Like the Rest of ‘Em 2 , the gang is back as new challenges await them. As Bear goes back to living the single life that he was once accustomed to, he finds out some unsettling news about a past flame he reconnected with. After learning that he was sleeping with enemy, he also learns about Desiree’s plan to get an abortion because she wants nothing to do with after the way he left her in the hospital. Realizing that he’s still in love with Desiree, tries to make things right with her but the hurt and the pain that he caused her is too much for her to forgive. Will Bear be able to find his way back to Desiree’s heart and redeem himself?
Desiree struggles to keep her sanity as she tries to find her daughter’s kidnapper and be there for her father who is in the hospital suffering from gunshot wounds. Besides missing her little girl, she is battling the mixed emotions that she has for Bear. Once she learns that the man that she once loves has betrayed her in the worst way, the love she had for him turned to pure hatred. Not wanting to be attached to Bear in any way, shape or form, she decides that an abortion is the best way to get rid of Bear for good. Will Desiree find Andrea before she is harmed and will Desiree go through with her abortion?
With Raina missing, Shawn has his hand full trying to find the woman that he loves. As he searches the streets of Philly for Raina’s ex boyfriend, Vince, he finds out some interesting information about Vince and who he once was.
With the drama building, unfortunate mishaps and attackers still at large, will this journey end happily for the squad or will they end it the impression that they are Just Like the Rest of ‘Em?

Wow
This was a very good continuation from book 1 it had me from start to finish i hate that Maria was killed but glad that everything worked out for everyone else and Frost and Tierra got what they deserved in the long run

Just okay. Spoilers
Now while I’m all for multiple characters, it was too much going on. To me, the story didn’t flow. For everyone to be so mature, they acted childish to the point I couldn’t get through book 2. Des was weak. Too forgiving too soon. Bear was…bear. Her parents and they story line just seems like something to take up a couple extra pages. And everyone being in Des business about the abortion…not feeling it. I know it’s a book but HIPPA. We not gone talk about how she invaded this woman’s entire medical privacy? How her friends just didn’t have her back regardless of how she felt. I give it a 2/5. This wasn’t it. It coulda been great but fell really short. Oh and how all 3 girls went from “no I can’t be hood” to being just bout that life so suddenly? Des talking bout she loved Bear so much she was willing to risk it? I mean what about her kid? The entire thing to felt like different samples of novellas smashed together quickly for a complete novel.

Good read
Overall, the series was good. I'm glad Tymir finally got himself together. It was crazy that he was so hard, but his baby brother Maurice and Des put a beat down on him.😂😂How did he allow Tiera to just walk out after finding out she tried to kill Des. I thought thought the relationship between Des parents was strange and the lies were unnecessary, then to get a man that looks just like your husband is crazy. Aunt Carla was not going to give up her man....I still would have put hands on her for being in my face, but loving my husband. Vince was straight crazy. I was so disappointed in Antoine. He treated Dee badly, but went crazy because Des moved on and he choose trash since she was still sleeping with Tymir. Trina did redeem herself a little by giving Des a warning and trying to protect Andrea. I hate Maurice and Maria didn't get their HEA😭😭.

Good read
I like the book ,it was pretty good .however didn't like that crap about the parents . That was really corny to me and they all got along .for real .Happy for the couple's Bear make me mad for awhile there but he got it . Sorry Marie had to get killed but that love for you . Good book keep up the good work

Although they lost a dear family member. In the end they all gained something more. Love. Life. Loyalty. Happiness. I'm glad that they stuck together through the thick and thin.

Great Series
Your books are so good, you bring your characters to life in the most interesting way. My only negative is I wish you would write more books but I understand you have a lot going on. I highly recommend reading this series.

Good read
I would like to start by saying I didn't like the part of Maria dying but I guess someone had to go in all story's. All in all it was a great read and looking forward to reading other books but this author👍👍👍👍👍

A really goodread!
This book was good I really enjoyed it. The characters were true to their words as friends. I loved that about the family aspect of this series. Very Good.

Fantastic
Simply a great book to read. Each character offered something special to the story but loved Des and Bear. Loyalty is the key to all.

Good Read
This was a good ending to this series! This book played on many emotions. There were times where you would laugh and other times when you would be sad. Each of the girls had their moments. Raina went through it with her ex and while she was kid napped she learned some things that nobody would have expected. Vince was definitely crazy. What Toine did to Andrea hurt my heart very much. When it was revealed I almost shed some tears. A child should never go through things that she went through at the hands of a man that was supposed to love and protect her. Des had her moments where she had a cold hearted attitude, but nobody could really blame her. She was hurting and wanted to hurt the person who hurt her. Maria had to deal with a chick that couldn't move on and was causing problems. She may not have been cheated on, but when her man was being distant because of his past that soon became hard to deal with. It was sad what happened to her. I wished it was revealed who was behind it, but some may already have a clue. Bear had some making up to do because he definitely messed up. I was glad when he got it together. Maurice and Shawn were good dudes that definitely helped get Bear back on track. The way things ended was sad and extremely happy!

Finding your Happiness
This was a great book I really enjoyed it from beginning to end. It dealt with love , betrayal and most of all happiness and that forever after, I was sad they had to lose one of their own but she die for love. Keep up the great work Dani looking forward to reading more from you.

Omg I was mad mad at bear and was like yes when des gave him the business! The heart want what the heart wants and I was glad he opened his eyes and realized that. They where to cute together. In fact all the couples was a great catch. I wish that that things had went different with Maria but atleast they was able to move past it. Frost was a hater and thought he was gonna make it but glad the did him in! He should of been spoke up and things may of went another way. The gag was when momma and daddy both had other relationships. But it was good that all of them got along as one big happy family! I would love to see a spin off of rain and Shawn! This was a good series and a great way to end it!

Bear got him some act right.... With all the drama going down with a way to entertain I love it when a plan comes together love is real and feel accepted as I read this was well detailed storyline was A1 the characters I love with Drama for days I've come to love Bear with his dumbass....

All's well that ends well. I'm glad that just about every one found their happiness. I felt so bad for Maurice. Maria was a true rider for him and she proved it all the way to the end. Bear did a complete 360. It was about time he got it together. Des was the right one for him. Great series.

Dani I knew in there in would be emotional somewhere get me ever time. Tymir got his act together before it was to late and Des make the bad discussion and regret what she was heading to do. What was crazy Shawn cousin being Raina ex wow crazy fool. Happy Shawn and Raina work it out and made a future for they self. Maria awww Maria was a ride for Maurice and she lost her live saving his. The TBRS team never stop dropping hits. 🔥🔥

Satisfied Reader
This series was so good. These friends was so close the became family. Even tho there was friends turned enemies that only made the bond even stronger. I felt so bad for Maria. Isis should've just left well alone. She and Frost was cold and very jealous. I'm going to miss Shawn and Raina, Des and Bear, Maurice and Andrea. I'm so glad Niecey got her life on track.

Great way to end a series
I was so glad that Bear got his act together because baby he had me wanting to kick his butt. Lol but Des handled up tho 😉. All I'm gonna say about Maria is 😮😔. People hold grudges and stop living a full life. Holding on to hate. This book highlights that jealousy can be a dangerous thing. I'm satisfied with the turn out. I definitely recommend that u check it out!

Love, Loyalty & Life
Excellent ending to this series! I love the friendship between the girls & the guys. Teiria, Antoine & Vince got exactly what they deserved but it just happened to quickly. They should have been tortured! I felt bad for Maurice and hurt by what happened to Maria. She was definitely a soldier for trying to save him. Even though I can't remember it being stated, we would assume it was Isis behind it. She realized she had lost a good thing & couldn't handle it. Frost was on a whole nother level! Not only did his friends hold him down during his bid but had his back when he got out. Then he turns around and wants to be on the jealousy trip. All & all I was happy with the way each relationship ended with happiness, peace & love.

I almost lost it with the Maria scene. I was like Noooooooo. This can't be. She was suppose to be a part of the happy ending too. This 2 part series was a good read. Great Job.
