I was rather pleased with how both figures were portrayed on the cover, to begin with. Speaking of this chapter, since, let's be honest, that's all I can recall about it, I feel compelled to discuss the wonderfully-written sex scene here as well, just like in previous evaluations. I'm eager for more chapters so that the narrative may continue.

OMG, those last two chapters were worthy because this is all I wanted to see!! Katsu, you sexy bastard..You were always sex on legs, but I really didn't expect that.

Wow I didn't see that coming Asano...whoa...so erotic, so dominant but thirsty. I'm so embarrassed by his behavior.




It turns that while Asano might be the uke, he also likes to dominate the foreplay. I have this feeling that Asano is older than Shinohara by a few years. He's so straightforward during sex that he truly lives up to his nickname Ice Queen. Shinohara is so adorable and wants it to be a romantic relationship but Asano is laying down the law with his frigid cold logic.

Scratch that. Shinohara is a contender. He won't be strung along. Let the games begin!

I really like the cover to this one. You can see Shino’s face, looking so full of affection and tenderness, but only Kats’s turned back and a part of his face is visible. It is really fitting to the story, since there seems to be no doubt that Shino is infatuated by Katsu, while Katsu plays it cool. In fact, he turning out to be quite an asshole. Ice queen indeed.
Or maybe I am being unfair, who am I to judge how he wants to arrange his love life…
And it was the best sex so far in ITW (IMO), which says a lot;-P.

His opinion on sex and emotions are of course refreshing, I am happy he is not playing „hard to get“, but go after what he wants.

I still can’t believe that Shino has gone from being such a badass in my mind, to being such a puppy;-). When Katsu told him to „sit“, I was lol.
This „new“ Katsu raises a lot of questions (well, when does ITW not do that…?) Why is he so reserved when it comes to commitments? Is it only for the reasons he gives, or is there something deeper behind? Maybe he is just a bit of a player, „love ‘em and leave ‚em“ type of guy…
Going back to chapter 8 and Katsu thinking about his regrets….Now I wonder if it was Shino who said „ We will be together again. Even if it is against all odds.“

And OMG, I feel myself slowly slipping into Twilight-territory.. *slaps herself hard*….Team David or Team Shino?
They are both hot, both cops, and both in touch with their „emotional“ side, which you seem to need when dating Katsu. Of course, in Twillight the choice was always quite obvious (I never understood team Jacob, honestly, what did they hope would happen? Duh.), in ITW, I love them all. Who I love the most of David and Shino all depends on which chapter I am reading at the moment:-)

I can’t see how this will end good (romantically speaking). Therefore I will pray to any gods that be, that they all will end up in a wonderful threesome-relationship, satisfying each other every day in all different kinds of positions. *fingers crossed. FINGERS CROSSED HARD*. Considering how excellent the sex was in this chapter, I would love to squeeze in David as well…Oh, be still my horny heart.

I still can't believe that this series, after those harsh first 8 chapters, now have me laughing and enjoying the romance...

RE-READ

Katsuya is such an interesting character. Still, I can't decide whether I like him or not...but I respect him. I mean who wouldn't after reading this line:

Katsuya: "...it is because my ego is so strong that I expect the men I choose to be with to give me pleasure. I'm secure enough not to care what it looks like to others as long as I get what I want."

Dayum, he's one selfish man but he's a badass.

Sex between Katsuya and Keiji, then parameters set by Katsuya for their relationship. Katsuya is strict and cold about what type of relationship they will have. Keiji spends the whole time looking sappy. Not sure how Keiji was able to pull such a convincing serial killer, when he seems so well adjusted and gentle.
