Ballers #2

The Casanova Experience

Rate this book
Chandler:

It was supposed to be just sex.

Thoroughly satisfying, mind-blowing, sweaty, animalistic love making.

Just a week, though.

We both agree to the no strings attached arrangement. I give Amy the best week of her life, show her what it’s like to be with a real man. And since she’s my old best friend, I go a step further and give her the full Casanova Experience.

Dancing out on the town. I'm wining and dining her. Giving her VIP tickets to my basketball games.

She thinks I’m just doing her a favor to make up for her past five years of shitty relationships. She thinks I haven’t been obsessing over her for the last five years. She thinks when I take her against a public bathroom wall, I'm not thinking about committing to her for life.

She's wrong.

Now she’s telling me I’m the best she’s ever had.

There’s just one problem. Though we have a history as friends, she has no idea about my past. You don’t become Barcelona’s biggest Casanova without your fair share of skeletons in the closet.

And I sure as hell have mine.

If I'm going to keep Amy, we are both in for one hell of a ride.

Buckle your seatbelts, folks. We're about to encounter some turbulence in this flight to Europe.

**The Casanova Experience is an epic 95,000 word romance told in alternating points of view. It's got a slow burn, lots of hot, sweaty scenes, and an HEA. It is Book Two in the Ballers series from Mickey Miller**

Hero fucks anything with a hole while "supposedly" lusting after and being in love with heroine for 5 years?
After 5 years when they finally hook up they get constantly interrupted by his random hookups?
Heroine heard hero fucking OW when she first met him and was turned on by the noise and was imagining it to be herself?
What's not to love?
Puke!

That hot as fuck cover is the best thing about this book.

The plot was slow, the writing pedantic. I think I would’ve preferred the past in flashbacks, and I hate that, unless done well..but, here, it didn’t work for me in chronological order. I put the book on hold twice since last October just getting through the college years. It took the standstill of quarantine for me to push through to the end.

I loved the storyline, but the execution left me hanging. Parts of the H’s POV were excellent, I just didn’t care for his growth. It was fleshed out. But too trite. Still, 1 star extra for the possibility of Chandler...rounding this 2 star read to 3 stars.

This book was so amazing and white hot! The story of these two is a beautiful friends to lovers romance kicked up a notch or two! The first part is when they are in college and the sexual tension between these two are insanely high! Then fast forward 5 1/2 years later and fate has them colliding again and the sexual tension is still there and stronger than ever! Walls eventually get torn down and the scenes get insanely hot! The banter is hilarious and the flirting will have you fanning yourself! It was a amazing journey with these two!

How do you describe a book that just became one of your favorites, other than brilliant! Mickey has me awaiting what he has next.

This storyline focuses on a woman Amy, who has depression and anxiety and she is on a voyage for school and she is living with host mom and host brother Chandler. Chandler is a site to be seen and total swoooon worthy. Basketball star, who is there on scholarship. Doesn't believe in himself too much, and totally after Ms. Amy! The love and the attention that is given to the characters make you connect and fall in love with them instantly. Then as the story progresses and you find out about their pasts, and what is inhibiting them in each of their lives. Many different juicy, disappointing situations happens, then they both end up going back home after their trimester/semesters are over.

Amy and Chandler happen to run into each other and from there makes history... Lol. Not really, but I was addicted to the book and the outcomes and every single freaking obstacle that came from their stories. The passion and love that is felt instantly when reading about the two coming back together... I felt like I was right there with the two characters and like they are family. I love the cameo that Andrea and Jake made in the story!!!! Omygosh! Did I love it?!!! I want.... No I need more. So the question stands, do Amy and Chandler have a HEA or Nahhh... U will totally have to one-click this freaking awesome book and see!!!

5 Stars to The Casanova Experience by Mickey Miller.

Chandler and Amy.....

Loved this book! The Casanova Experience was my first book by Mickey Miller. That said, I can't wait to read more by this author.

This book had serious steam. I also laughed and even stressed a bit. And boy did I swoon! I really enjoyed the storyline; it was written well and engaging. I loved watching the friendship grow between Chandler and Amy; the tension was great and their chemistry was scorching. Chandler and Amy did not come together right away and I really appreciated that slow build of tension between them. It made for an incredible moment when it finally happened and most importantly it was believable.

When Chandler and Amy first meet, it was obvious their was mutual attraction, but they didn't act on it. Then they are separated for five years and a chance meeting brings them together again. All bets are off now because Chandler doesn't want to lose another chance with Amy.

I won't say more because you'll want to experience this sexy Casanova for yourself. ;) I absolutely recommend this book!

This is my honest and unbiased review. Thank you for taking time to read it.

What do you do if you could finally have the one that got away? The one that never leaves your mind? The Casanova Experience by Mickey Miller is a slow burn friends to lover romance that will make you laugh and tug at your heart.

Amy and Chandler are both studying abroad in Barcelona and end up in the same host house. The attraction is immediate, but Chandler has quite the Casanova reputation. He is honest and upfront about who he is and what he wants. Amy has just gotten out of a bad relationship and the last thing she wants is to be a notch for Chandler.

They agree to be friends and begin to get to know each other. But the more time they spend together, the harder it is to fight their attraction. Until Amy realizes exactly who and what Chandler is. The risk is too high for her. Even when begins to see a side of Chandler no one ever gets to see.

Five years later Amy runs into Chandler on a flight to Barcelona. She is again just out of another relationship that ended badly and wanted to get away. She now runs her own sport PR business with her best friend and partner and Chandler plays for the Barcelona basketball team. Their connection is still there, strong as ever.

They finally admit how they felt about each other and agree to a see where things go while she is in Barcelona. The sparks fly. Amy finally gets the full Casanova experience. Literally. She is having the time of her life. But the clock is ticking and her vacation is coming to an end? Will a week be enough? Can they really walk away from what they feel and want?

I loved Amy and Chandler. Both were honest and upfront. Amy, though at times insecure, was strong and determined. She was funny and sweet. Chandler was strong, determined, honest and so very hot. His past hindered his future and limited what he wanted out of life. Until Amy came and knocked down all his walls.

I have to add a side note here. Mickey does a great job writing about someone with depression and anxiety and how it affects not only the person who suffers from it, but those around them. It is not an easy subject to tackle and most just cover it lightly. Mickey brings it to the forefront with an honest interpretation.

The Casanova Experience by Mickey Miller was my first read by this author, but definitely not my last. It was a great slow burn romance that consumed me from start to finish. I loved the characters, the writing and the story.

Happy reading!

I received an ARC of this book from the author in exchange for an honest review. Thank you Mickey Miller!

The Casanova Experience was a touching, original, and different kind of romance novel. It didn't radiate the typicality of some of today's sports romances.

The first thing I liked, was how Chandler and Amy met abroad as exchange students. I thought that that was neat. When I started this book, I was like: "This is different and interesting" in a good way. I addition, Amy suffers from depression, and I felt like that added depth and reality to the novel, showing how things aren't all hunky dory and perfect.

I liked Amy as a character for the most part. I admired how she fought so hard to guard her heart; how she stayed true to herself throughout the novel. I felt as though she may have overstepped her bounds at one instance, but other than that, she was great to read about.

Lastly, I liked how the novel took place mostly in Spain, and talked about Spanish culture; telenovelas, food, dancing, etc. It's crazy how the setting of the book can alter the experience of reading it so much.

In brief, a good book by Mickey Miller! Looking forward to his next ones!

OMG! THIS BOOK was soooo good!

You get the book in two parts. One part when they are in Barcelona studying abroad. Amy goes over still in a relationship with her boyfriend and Chandler just your hot-shot college basketball player getting "muchas chicas". Amy deals with depression along with failed relationships and then Chandler who will not commit to a relationship due to what he has seen growing up. On a night out, Amy makes it clear and Chandler agrees that they should just be friends. She doesn't want to be another girl for a one-night stand and well, Chandler doesn't fully agree with this arrangement but goes with it because he will take Amy any way he can. The tension is there and at one point during part one you feel they will give in but Amy let's her insecurities, past relationships get in the way, and they do with reason, and they end up parting ways with no way to connect with each other.

Then you get part two and this is when it get extra - hot. Chandler is playing Euroball and Amy is flying back to Barcelona which should of been with her boyfriend for a trip for the two of them but she found him cheating. They end up bumping into each other and spending the 10 days Amy has there picking up right were they left off. The friendship pact is brought up but it is definitely not withheld and these two turn in to friends to lovers. I enjoyed how Chandler and Amy had a relationship built on friendship. They grew together. They shared things they didn't or haven't shared with each other and just wanted to be there for each other. Within the 10 days they were able to be friends and did not disappoint each other in the bedroom. Chandler was diiiiirty but Amy matched up with him.

This was my second read by Mickey and honestly it was better then the first. The drama was there, the spice was there as well!!!! A whole lot of spice actual. At times Amy did get annoying, especially nagging about the whole father thing but I guess there was reason as to why. I will definitely recommend and reread this book!

Amy and Chandler....GAH! They are hot and just so yummy together. Mickey Miller brought it a step further with The Casanova Experience and I loved it! Chandler is a sexy professional basketball player that never forgot about his spunky squirt! He He I loved that nickname for Amy. This story caught me from page one. I felt like we were given two stories in one. You get the best of the past colliding with the future. It was truly a great reading experience that is for sure.

If you have ready Mickey's 1st book, Playing Dirty, you were introduced to Amy. But it is her time to be heard. We get an amazing insight to what makes Amy tick. The first part of this book gives you Amy's story of her past. This is when she meets Chandler and their experiences and friendship grows in Barcelona. It was a great to get the full background of our new favorite characters. The friendship, the passion, the lust, and the sexiness just pours from these two. I knew when Chandler left, he would be back somehow.

When we get to the present day, I was laughing hard when Chandler runs into Amy on a flight back to Barcelona. It felt that a sense of coming back home when these two get find each other. Chandler just needs to figure a way to get Amy to agree to have some bedroom fun The sexy scenes are so HOT I had to walk away a time or two. But within a few seconds I was running back to my kindle. I hated that "life" got in the way a time or two LOL. But seriously, The Casanova Experience is not only a MUST READ, it is also definitely a RE-READ kind of book. This book deserves 10 Baller Stars!!!

Finished this book last night and let me just say this first, if you want a book with lots of steamy scenes in it, this will take care of that request!

That said, I'm still not sure how I feel about the book. I kind of liked the characters at times and at other times I didn't. The heroine, Amy deals with depression issues that seem to stem from past relationships among other things. I appreciate the author for bringing this topic forward as it's important but it did jive with me in some parts of the story. Chandler is the cassanova who is sexy AF! I mean who doesn't love a sexy bball player that speaks Spanish, is good in bed, and talks dirty?? He is also a bit of an a-hole too but that might be his father to blame.

They each have their own issues which is fine. It was nice to see them each work through them together. The whole book lost steam for me around the 80% or so mark when she fainted because she heard something Chandler say during a butt dial. Her reaction was a little bit over the top for me and so I quickly wanted to move on and finish the book.

Anyways, I'll repeat, if you steamy scenes are what keeps you going, this book has a lot of them and I did love the first 1/2 of the book!

5 stars is just not enough, we're given an incredibly hot, sexy and emotional read. We first we're introduced to Amy in Playing Dirty when she becomes friends with Andrea and you think you know what she's all about but there's so much more to her. In The Casanova Experience we're brought back to Amy's time in Europe when she first met Chandler and the time they've spent together as friends that came so close to that line but never completely crossing over. Moving ahead five years to the present day I was smiling so damn wide and giggling with the way they're reunited once again. The chemistry between these two is instantaneous as if they never lost contact and we begin to learn even more about both Chandler as well as Amy as they open up and spend more time together. You want panty melting? Chandler will have no problems delivering those and then some, just say when and where. I can't express how much I enjoyed reading Amy's story from the very beginning until the end, it's a MUST READ, one click book without a doubt. This is my unbiased and voluntary review.

The Author gives you two unlikely people bursting with chemistry and attraction, then proceeds to put mountains worth of obstacles between them, and makes them work to figure out for what seems like forever what the readers will see in the beginning. Even though it was frustrating for them not to realize until that coveted "aha", it was super fun to watch the tension and banter until they did. You never know how it will end up because they each fight with everything they have to stay away, yet fate has a funny way of working out. Huge kudos to the Author for two scenes that made a seasoned reviewer blush like a rookie...I can't tell you, but it's not to be missed. I even got to see some old friends, which was a nice surprise! I thank the Author for providing a copy to voluntarily review!

This is one spicy read!
Chandler and Amy met while studying in Spain. Chandler was a ladies man, while Amy was a one man kind of gal.
They had serious sexual tension and a very flirty kind of relationship. It never went anywhere, but they both wished it would have. Cut to some years later and them running into each other at just the right time and you have a rekindled flame.
Its kind of as if zero years have passed since they seen each other.
Chandler is still that same hot, sexy as sin guy and Amy is liking what she sees.
Amy has had a bit of a rough patch as of late, but that is about to change. I promise you will love this story!

Oh, the chemistry!!!

Friends to lovers in Barcelona, what more could you ask for?

I really enjoyed reading this story, with its engaging characters, sexy encounters and unmistakable chemistry. You will definitely relate to Chandler and Amy as we read into their friendship, their insecurities, and their journey towards wanting more. I wish there'd be more of it, though!

We met Amy in book 1 and she became an instant favorite. But she has a secret from years ago that has kept her from starting any relationship. it is not until a trip to Barcelona will bring Chandler back in her life.....but can you stay in love with the man of your dreams if you both live on opposite continents? Or will his Casanova flair be too much to overcome? Great characters and great storyline leads this book to be a great read.

I received an advanced copy of this book and have opted to provide this honest review.

Chandler and Amy are incredible characters in this fast-paced steamy romance. Amy is likable, sweet with enough of a spine. Chandler is cocky with a side of sweet. The two are fun and explosive together.

Plenty of heat in this book. It's also loaded with humor and heart. Great read that was hard to put down.

Chandler + Amy

Oh wow! This book was recommended by a few people, since I hadn’t read it yet. I couldn’t get over how much they all seemed to like Chandler. Well, I know now. Chandler is one of those men that you meet and fall in love with even knowing they are so wrong for you. Lucky for Amy, he fell head over heels for her. He went from a Casanova to a great guy. Or maybe he’d always been a great guy and he hadn’t let himself grow up enough to know that yet. Amy is someone any of us could be. She’s tender hearted, she’s a genuinely sweet person with not so good taste in men. I think I loved her immediately just for knowing herself so well and being able to put down boundaries with Chandler. I love a good happy ending! These two were made for each other.

This book is so sexy, but somehow still manages to touch on darker subjects like depression. Mickey Miller did an amazing job and I want more!! The writing is wonderfully done. The characters are so well developed that you can't help but love them and all their flaws. This book takes place both in the US and Barcelona and Mickey does an excellent job of making you feel like you are in the scene. I wish I could adequately describe my love for this story. Just give it a read. If you're not a Mickey Miller fan, you will be after this story.

This is my favourite by Mickey Miller. It is epic, spans years, continents and the usual miscommunication between people when love is on the line. This is technically second in a duet but you can read this standalone and not have the story line impacted, There are just a few gaps filled in with the first book, Playing Dirty. I will not reiterate the blurb, nor give spoilers, but if you like HOT AF scenes with a good story woven around you will love this read.

This is the first time I have read something of Mickey Miller’s. I was a little nervous to be honest. When I comes to male authors I am highly picky. I have to say that Mickey Miller’s writing is freaking awesome. He truly did not disappoint.

I was also nervous about it being a sports book. I am happy to say this book does not completely focus on the sport. Being a person that is not a huge sports fan I was glad to see it did not focus around basketball. The author spent more time on the attraction between Amy and Chandler. When I had heard a reading from a small part of this book by the author I knew it had to be the next book to read.

Chandler is what you would think a basketball player to be. He is young and very sexual. He seeing how many women he can bed while he is still young. He has no need for serious relationships. He is more the screw them and leave them type of guy. I have to wonder if that is because women let him run all over Them. Women fell at Chandler’s feet. Chandler was drop dead gorgeous, had a special gift between his legs, and knew what a woman needed in the bed room. Women truly wanted to see how gifted he truly was.

I loved Amy’s sass. Amy did not care to put Chandler in his place. Amy had bad luck when it came to men. She was good at picking losers. The men she went with loved to tear her down as a person. They played on her weakness and truly made her feel she was to blame. Though Amy was a type of person that did not care telling you like it was she was one that had low self-esteem when it came to relationships. Everything she had been through truly caused trust issues.

OMG, I about laughed when Amy put Chandler in the “Friends Zone”. Can you say wounding his ego..LOL It also became a challenge, Chandler was determined to have Amy. It seemed every time he came close that something got in the way.

I know it had to be confusing from Chandler when it came to Amy’s personality. It seems like one minute she was hot and the next minute she was cold when it came to them. One minute he could tell she wanted him and the next it was like a switch was flipped and she was turning him away.

I love how fate brought these two together after 5 years. Now these two first met in Barcelona. So there is some Spanish in the book. As one that does not know Spanish I was glad to see that author pretty much translated in the next sentence. So for me that was good because I did not have to keep going to a translator.

I loved the special gift that Amy gave to Chandler. See, Chandler has gone though his life almost feeling lost and a freak. This gift she gave him was what he needed to start the healing process. Amy had things in her life as well, things that were hard for her to deal with. She need a rock in storm and Chandler was that for her. She found the peace and contentment that she needed when he was around.

I have to warn you that there are several steamy parts in this book. The author truly does not disappoint. I truly enjoyed this read and glad I got a chance to read the book.

Playing For Keeps

Amy Kershaw and Chandler Spiros were two college students studying abroad in Barcelona, Spain, who first met at their mutual host mother's home. Chandler was a real player, both as a serial lady's man, nicknamed Casanova in college, and star on the basketball court. Amy was a business student, honest to a fault, who suffers from depression and anxiety as well as a penchant for choosing the wrong boyfriends. Although the two are instantly aware of their physical attraction to one another, Amy realized that Chandler was not a good prospect for a relationship and decided to keep him in the friend zone, much to Chandler's chagrin. The only time they actually had a physical interaction was one intensely emotional kiss on the morning Chandler left Spain.

Five years later, they unexpectedly reconnect on a flight to Spain. Chandler is now living in Spain, a professional basketball player in the European leagues. Amy is returning for a vacation, which was supposed to be with her most recent boyfriend until they split up a week earlier after she caught him cheating on her. Reconnecting feels very comfortable to both Amy and Chandler, as if no real time had passed. The one significant difference is that this time they agree to become amigovios, best friends with benefits.

This is the second book in this series about professional ballplayers who were abandoned by the same fly-by-night sperm donor, Jake Whitehead, who allegedly fathered sixteen children in the same manner. Mickey Miller has a way of portraying the male children of these hookups as superficially smug and self confident alpha type lotharios who are, in fact, unable to commit to long term relationships due in part to the scars caused by the abandonment and lack of a solid male role model. The lead female characters in both books, although having been raised by stronger intact families, have been somewhat broken, as well, by former boyfriends who have caused them to lack confidence in themselves. In each instance, it seems as if the strengths in one partner overcome and support the weaknesses of the other. Even though it seems to work well for these stories, I'm not sure it would work similarly in real life. Regardless, I do appreciate how well this author develops his characters and I like the way he mixes the stories and incorporates all the elements in the right proportions to make for a very enjoyable reading experience.

Okay so, I've managed to read 4/6 books by Mickey Miller in the span of 1 week and I say this because obviously it have to mean something, right? Yes it does! It means that Mickey knows his sh*t! So to my review of The Casanova Experience: Part friends to lovers, part second chance romance, I like that, no wait, I love stories like that, wanna know why? Because they gut you from the beginning, keep your heart beating in between and finally gives you the the air you need to breathe, you know, for relief.

Remember Amy from 'Playing Dirty'? Well, this is her story. Amy's character is one of the few characters that I've read about whose background and issues are relatable. Young and beautiful, Amy suffers from depression and we follow her on her adventure to Barcelona, where she studies abroad. While staying with a 'host' mother, she meets her 'host' brother, the sexy Casanova Chandler. Chandler is instantly attracted to her smart mouth, beauty, and the fact that she's not quick to jump his bones. So she's playing hard to get, mega kudos because her attraction is immediate too and she's fighting it, real hard. Both, in straight up denial about their attraction and chemistry, they agree to stay friends for the short time they're in Barcelona. Ugh! Trust me I know! But she has her reasons AND he too has his reasons, bear with me here.

Fast forward 5 1/2 years later and fate has brought them back, meeting on a plane to Barcelona, where Chandler now lives and well, Amy is suppose to be on with her boyfriend for their anniversary BUT is now single. I don't want to give too much so I'll just say that Amy and Chandler's attraction and chemistry is still there and it's only gotten stronger.

You'll enjoy their dialogue, back to forth bantering/flirting, learning their about their background, and of course the steamy and hot sex!

Another great story from Mickey; can't wait to read Professor with Benefits - til then, Happy Reading!

Finally! Amy's story! I really like the story. Amy is the co-partner and Best Friend of Andrea of the first book, Playing Dirty. It's a friends to lovers romance.

Five years ago, Amy went to Spain to study abroad for six month and there she met her host brother, Chandler who is also studying there with his sports scholarship. The moment that they first met she's attracted to him but she keep herself a distance coz 1. she has some anxiety and depression, 2. he has a boyfriend back home which is a total jerk, btw, and 3. Chandler is kinda a lady's man aka CASANOVA and that one gives Amy that he's a trouble one, not only for her sleep (that one sleepless night scene!) but also to her heart as well. Soon they became closer and the made a pact, a pact that they're only just friends and there's no more than that. Things gets little serious, Amy knows that Chandler wants/likes her but there are some things stopping them. 1. the pact, 2. Chandler's Casanova adventures and 3. her depression and anxiety issues and that's the major issue for Amy in five years ago in Spain. Five years later, Amy and Chandler meet again in a flight back to Barcelona. This time they set aside the Pact and they became lovers.

I really love this book, Mickey Miller did it again! A very fun, sexy and hot story! I rarely read a friends to lovers book but damn! This one really hunt me, telling me to read it until I finish it! I knew it that there's something with Amy when she was Introduced in Playing Dirty and I'm glad that she has her own story. Chandler! Oh, this sexy 'Casanova' Professional Basketball Player, goodness! Who won't love this guy? Yeah, maybe he's a charmer, a lot of girls wants him but he's really sweet guy! He maybe have some issues because of his past but overall! He's a great guy. Plus those extra super duper hot scenes between him and Amy at the Church? OMG! This book makes me speak Spanish just all of the sudden and I'm telling you that this book teach me Spanish in a different level. lol!

The only issue with here is Amy, sometimes because of her anxiety and depression issues. It irritates me sometimes. I felt her a little bit weak heroine because of that. Just a little bit. But I do understand coz having those kind of disorder is kinda difficult to live with.

Overall, I really love this book and Mickey knows how to tease his readers. Oh that Epilogue!! He gives you something that makes you tell him that he's such a tease! LOL!

Ok- I read this book as part of the author's newest effort-Mechanic with Benefits. And while that book was solidly good, this one blew me away.

First of all, I am a sucker for a beautifully written book. And this was definitely in that category. But, this had a complexity to it that I just didn't expect.

The protagonist, Chandler, aka Mr Casanova started as a manwhore. And, yes, we've seen this trope over and over, and I for one am getting a little sick of it. I almost put the book down because of it.

(Let's have a vote: how many of us have read those books where the manwhore seduces heroine, who's never ever had sex this good. Oooh gee. And she gets addicted to his D and he stops being a slut and they fall in love, The End. I'm tired of it, like I said)

But, but Chandler actually evolved in this book, he actually grew (I mean matured) over the course of their relationship. And he finally gets why the impact of his sleeping around without commitment has our heroine questioning if she can get over his past. What I liked about Amy is she is a practical, smart girl. So much so, that she protects herself from situations in which she knows she will be hurt (what a concept--self respect in a heroine).

I don't want to give away much more of the plot because I think the story, as great as it is, needs its readers to go in a bit blind, because it will suck you in, in the best possible way.

I felt for both characters as they struggled with their feelings for each other and how they truly worked towards a relationship.

And, the sex was hot. Really hot. Like fan yourself with one hand while the other hand turns the pages on your kindle.
Great book. I'd recommend to anyone who wants a sexy book with compelling characters that have you captivated throughout.

The Trail Of Broken Hearts💔 Ends Here

When You Find Romance💑 You Make It......💕
Because It's All On You.

Another great erotic romance💓 from Mickey Miller! The Casanova🐺🍌🌋 in this book is a 🏀basketball player, Chandler. He goes to Barcelona ,Spain to study and play 🏀basketball and eventually ends up staying and playing Pro there.

He meets another American student staying at his student host's home, too. Amy💋 is there immersing in the culture and going to school. She is a tiny thing, a squirt, only five foot tall, but she's a dynamo.
She falls in Insta 💘love with Chandler🐺🍌🌋🔥, but she's too shy to tell him and he's a chic magnet. He's extremely handsome and charismatic. He draws young women to him and he isn't shy about bedding them. Every 🌙night a different girl in his room, and Amy💋💔 can hear all of it!
So they never really connect, and Chandler🐺🍌🌋🔥 goes on his way in Spain, becoming the Pro baller and playboy🐺🍌🌋🔥, and Amy💋💔 goes back to Chicago to get on with her life.
Amy💋💔 has one disastrous love affair💔 after another, she gets so depressed, she is put on antidepressants by her Doctor. At twenty-five, and five years later, she finds herself on her way to Spain again after catching her latest boyfriend cheating on her. She runs into Chandler🐺🍌🌋🔥 on the airplane✈ and it's deja-vu all over again!
Chandler🐺🍌🌋🔥, the big horndog🐕 that he is, takes her to his apartment, and they go on a sexual rampage until her vacation is up. Both are afraid to 💘, to commit.
What's it going to take?
Lots of well written xxx erotic scenes in this book. The author writes superbly from both points of view!

This is a solid 4.5 dramedy of sorts, I rounded up as the banter between Chandler and Amy reminded this reader of a Harry Met Sally kind of vibe. This is a two part novel, we meet our protagonists in college years, then again a few years out. If you’ve read Playing Dirty, you’ve already met Amy, now you learn more about her.

Mickey Miller attempts to delve into the idea of depression with Amy and its used well for a metaphor to the standing of her relationship with Chandler, it is mentioned her diagnosis is mild and her dr was working with her to give up meds. Everyone will have a different reaction to this, this was one of the parts I was looking forward to knowing the range of effects and treatments for depression.

Could our Casanova fully accept an imperfect person who needs medicine to stay her issues..... Does it even matter to you as a reader, for me it does and although treated with some respect people going off meds cold turkey not a good idea. Amy does this, twice, without her beau knowing. Although bothersome to me, Mickey Miller explains why in a few sentences, which for some is accurate, but please note, people treating depression should always follow the advice of a professional when decreasing or increasing doses of medicine.

I enjoyed the story, it’s arcs on trust, family, goals and friendship even the feelings evoked from positive times in life that affect our brains to the lows pulling that downward spiral hair trigger.
