Ryan Wagner, is fresh out of the service, and trying his hardest to settle into his life in Miami.
Lizzy Packer hasn’t seen Ryan since he left for boot camp.
The boy who left is nothing compared to the strong man who has returned. As a physical therapist, Lizzy gets to rub her hands all over his strong arms. It’s just a friendship. A friendship she’s cherished since she was a little girl.
But, when the lines blur and then become nonexistent, will she be able to keep her feelings at bay? What happens when life throws you a curve ball, and nothing is as it seems?
For these two, sometimes seeing is just an illusion that one day fades.
A HOT & SPICY friends to lovers military romance. A standalone with no cliffhanger. HEA guaranteed.

Friends to lovers is one of my favourite book tropes so I have been eagerly awaiting this book, and I was not disappointed in the slightest.
Save Me tells the story of Lizzy & Ryan (or Lizard and Cryin'), lifelong best friends who lose touch while Ryan is in the marines serving time in Afghanistan. Upon his return they encounter each other and find their emotional connection stronger than ever. However they are drawn to each other in a whole new way and must navigate their evolving relationship.
I adored Lizzy, she was sweet and kind but radiated a calm strength that made her intensely likeable. She also had no problem busting Ryan's balls at times, which I kind of loved! Ryan has jumped into the top 2 of my all time favourite book boyfriends. He is strong and protective but also possesses a sweetness that I found incredibly endearing. The chemistry between the two is palpable from the very beginning and it only intensifies as the story progresses.
This book does throw us a curve ball towards the end that really broke my heart. Written with what felt like an inate understanding of, and compassion for the subject matter, it had me tearing up and crossing everything that Ryan & Lizzy would get the ending that they deserved. Logan Chance has once again proven to be a compelling story teller who doesn't shy away from difficult subjects. This is a must read.
The story of Lizzy "Lizard" and Ryan "Cryin" is one that started when they were small and had formed an instant friendship that has lasted through the years. It survived the silence while Ryan was over seas for four years and has come back home due to an injury. The way these two can fall right back into a comfortable friendship like no time has been lost is rare and when we get to share in both of their point of views you just itch for one of them to act on their feelings. Reliving what Ryan went through is tough and at times I can understand why is keeping himself closed with what happen overseas when Lizzy asks him. We're given bread crumbs as the story goes on until that moment when it's all out there and I'm gasping with my hand over my mouth reading, because I just didn't know what to expect although now it makes sense. This book is filled with non stop emotions and I loved each and every second, the sexiness, the laugher and even the tears. The way we're taken through their story it makes you think twice about life and that you just never know when things could change in an instant. Incredible story from beginning to the very end. This is my unbiased and voluntary review.
Where to start with this review.... Ryan (Cryin') and Lizzy (Lizard) are childhood bestfriends that lose touch when Ryan enlist in the marines and is overseas in Afghanistan. But when he returns due to an injury it's as if he never left except they have some major chemistry going on now. Both try so hard to fight the attraction for different reasons. Learning what Ryan went through overseas makes you understand his hesitation to take that step for a relationship. He seems like he has it all together yet is hiding a lot of pain and scars that can't be seen, which sometimes is way worse then the visible ones. Lizzy is such a strong woman when it comes to putting Ryan in his place and saying what needs to be said. Yet has a vulnerable side about her due to her past. The feels this book gives you will have you turning page after page in anticipation of what's to come for Ryan and Lizzy. If your looking for a friends to lovers book with all the feels this is the book for you. Definitely a new favorite of mine.
Save Me is the next installment from Logan Chance's Sex Me Novella series, and it follows Ryan and Lizzy's story.
Lizzy and Ryan are childhood best friends, they drifted apart when Ryan enlisted in the military straight after high school. When Ryan comes home he runs in to Lizzy on a night out, and their friendship is ignited again only it's not how it used to be. Ryan and Lizzy have both changed, even more so for Ryan, he's tainted by war and plagued by what happened in Afghanistan. As their friendship takes off so does their growing attraction to each other he believes that he is no good for her, that she deserves better than him but Lizzy is hellbent on proving him wrong.
Save Me is a story about friends reconnecting, buried feelings resurfacing and finding love when you think all is lost. I love how these characters interact, they having amazing chemistry and enough sexual tension to make your kindle combust. Logan Chance has done it again, I seriously believe that Logan is incapable of creating a story that is less than phenomenal. Logan has a way of bringing out the emotions, you can definitely see how far he has come since he started, he is definitely one of my favourite authors. I can't wait to read the final book in this series of standalone's.
In all honesty I love Military/Army books. But I just couldn't get into this one. It was all words and no meaning. I just didn't connect and I didn't feel anything that was being said or done. I really wished I would have loved it because everything was there to make a great story - just missed the mark.
5 Stars to Save Me by author Logan Chance. Release Date: April 25, 2017 Read : April 22, 2017 Cover: 5 POV: First-person dual Standalone Series: Sex Me: These novellas have some relation pertaining to characters however they are all standalones. Genres: Romance, Erotica, Ex-Military, Friends to lovers.
After I finished reading Save Me, I needed time to reflect and process my emotions. I was struck silent. Going into this book, I did not know what to expect other than Ryan is a former military veteran and this was a 'friends to lovers' trope. Not even in my vast imagination, did I expect what happened in this amazing book.
I've always had a soft spot when it comes to military veterans and the horrors they faced at war and the ones they live through every day as civilians, which could be heartbreaking. There are so many variations of war effects and Logan Chance wrote one I've never come across in my reading.
I was speechless. I was angry. I was concerned. I was heartbroken. I cried.
Ryan and Lizzy have been best friends since childhood but lost touch the four years that Ryan was in the service. Because of their strong connection, it was easy for them to pick up where they left off. Only this time, their feelings were not platonic. I adored the friendship dynamic between Ryan and Lizzy. And I absolutely loved them as a romantic couple.
As the story goes on, Ryan, despite his growing love for Lizzy, remains closed off. He has secrets; things he is not ready to reveal. Another point I loved about this book was having both Ryan and Lizzy's perspectives. Being inside both their heads gave even more depth, and complexity to this story.
This book is filled with different emotions; good, bad and devastating. Because of where this love story takes us, I don't want to go into any details. I don't want to ruin this beautiful and amazingly magical story. I will say that Save Me touched a special place in my heart and gave me a new perspective of the effects of war. This is a book that I will definitely read over and over.
Save Me is a compelling and poignant story and a must read! It is real, and touching and heartwarming.
There is a happy ending.
*I voluntarily read and reviewed an advanced copy of this novel. My opinions are honest and unbiased.*
This was a very enjoyable book to read. Lately I've been a sucker for military novels and the fact that it ended up with a character having a disability made me love it even more. The disability makes it so the author has to get more creative with how scenes are experienced and that gives the book a whole new dimension.
I liked Ryan. He's been hardened by war for serving in the US military and just because of that he has my respect. This book, through Ryan, wants to shine a light on the struggles of ex-marines who attained injuries during battle. Apparently the statistics are rather high and awareness needs to be brought to this subject. Anyone who has served deserves my respect and, if injured, to get the help he/she deserves after protecting any country.
Lizzy was very cute and nerdy. I adored seeing her geek out over stars and her telescope. It made it all the more realistic. I also loved that this story was about friends turned lovers. It made the romance that much more believable.
The only thing that I disliked about this book was the transition between Ryan pushing Lizzy away and her convincing him that they could give being a couple a try. It felt too cut and dry. Overall this novel was beautiful and the quotes between chapters were adorable. The ending was sweet, but heart wrenching.
My Favorite Quotes:
"My mind fights. My heart is in a battle of a lifetime. And my soul is nowhere near peace. "
"Trying to be strong, and being strong, are two separate things."
"Life is a crapshoot, and you never know the hand you'll be dealt until it happens and you're left dealing with it all."
This was such an amazing story to read. Lizzie and Ryan’s relationship is sweet and heartwarming. Save Me give you all the feels, love, hope, regret, devotion, pain, strength. The list is endless. I couldn’t put it down. Each chapter had me sitting on the end of my seat anxious to see what came next.
Lizzie is a sweet girl. She’s smart, beautiful and headstrong. She has an amazing heart despite her past. She seemed real to me in the sense that she could actually jump off the page and make people smile. She has a light about her that can make even someone’s darkest days bright. The girl that everyone knows and loves that people never speak bad about. The banter between her and Ryan made me laugh. She gave just as good as she got. They are yin and yang, so alike it’s amusing, yet so different it’s intriguing.
Ryan is the type of man that will leave you speechless by just being in the same room with. He makes you swoon, blush and laugh. He takes pieces of your heart without even trying. His boyish grin and dirty mouth will have you sighing dreamily and make your cheeks warm. Ryan has a heart of gold and when you mix it with the sexy things that come out of his mouth, he’s lethal. You can feel how much his friendship with Lizzie means to him, and he to her. They are each other’s safe place.
But when you care about someone as much as they do for each other, the lines of friendship and love can blur easily. What happens when feelings and fear of the unknown intertwine? Will they leap over the line and become more than they ever dreamed possible, or will fear and secrets tear them apart before they even have the chance to experience the limitless love they could have together?
You’ll have to read and find out. This is a story that will be on your mind long after you finish reading. Logan wrote an amazing story. I got lost in it. Each new story becomes my new favorite him. I can’t wait to see what he comes out with next.
Just Fabulous. The author has written a very heartfelt story about Ryan, a Marine returning home from the Middle East who is not the same man he was when he left. Sadly this story is true in so many cases. Our service men and women join up to serve and protect our country and while they are taught to fight and protect their fellow troops, they aren’t always taught to deal with life when they return home. Especially if they return with some type of mental or physical injury to deal with. Even more sadly is these heroes don’t want to be a burden to their family and friends so they often end up pushing the world away.
“Save Me” is very well written. You can’t help but fall in love with Ryan and Lizzy, friends since childhood who have always been there for each other. But will that hold up once Ryan is forced home from Afghanistan? As the story unfolds you will feel like you are right there living each day with Ryan, Lizzy and his family. You can’t help but feel the happy times, the tender encounters as well as all the pain. This book will test your emotions to the extreme but it’s oh so worth it. I highly recommend one-clicking Save Me, you absolutely won’t regret it.
This book captivated me from the first paragraph. It is a wonderful friends to lovers book that has all the emotional highs and lows. The story of Ryan and Lizzie is wonderful heartfelt read that has become one of favorite reads this year.
Wow!! IMO Logan Chance has another best seller on his hands with Save Me. This book was brilliant and a great way to honor injured vets. I know this book will stay with me as well as other readers for a long time. Save Me was not only a great friends to lovers romance but has an amazing message about not taking anything for granted because you never know when it will be stripped from you. This book hits home for me because I have tons of military friends and family. Some of who been injured or watched friends lose their lives. The stories will never get any easier to hear, so I honestly believe this book can help the millions of vets out there who have trouble adjusting to life back in the states after years away overseas.
Ryan and Lizzy are childhood friends who lost touch after he joined the Marines and got stationed in Afghanistan for the last four years. Upon his return they reconnect and their friendship picks right back up were they left off. Only their feeling for each other are stronger then ever.
Lizzy is sweet and kind but with the perfect mixture of sassy. Ryan is strong, dominate and honestly a little hard headed, not that I would blame him though. But the bond they share is one to be jealous of. You could tell right off the bat that they were meant to be together and it was amazing to watch their friendship grow into an incredible relationship.
Save Me had all the feels. it was sweet and funny with a twist that leaves your heart breaking for Ryan. But luckily Lizzy is exactly what the doctor ordered.
Great job Logan! You really out do yourself with every book you release. 5 Purple Hearts well deserved my friend. 💜💜💜💜💜
WOW!! Logan Chance blew me away with Save me. He totally tapped into his sensitive and emotional side with this one. It's an amazing love story between two best friends. I felt the obvious deep connection between Ryan and Lizzy right from the start. Their longing and need for one in other is palpable. I loved the frustrating build up between the two. I was literally dying for them to get together!!
Ryan and Lizzy always had a special bond. They were best friends as kids. Until Ryan decided to join the Marines straight out of High school. Leaving Lizzy heart broken. Secretly, she had always had a crush on him. Ryan promised he would keep in touch, but never did. It was just too hard. Now years later, he's back due to an injury and they picked up right where they left off. Except Lizzy's crush is even stronger and it seems Ryan is looking at her differently too! As they rekindle their friendship, much deeper feelings start emerging... Two friends who care so much, yet are too afraid to cross the line, because neither one knows how the other feels. Never wanting to put their friendship in jeopardy. I love Ryan!! He is the perfect combination of sexy and sweet! Lizzy is so lovable too. She is caring and adorable. Together they are just perfect. Beside their emotional connection their sexual chemistry is off the charts... As good as things may seem, Ryan is not the same guy Lizzy knew. The war in Afghanistan has changed him in more ways then one. Can he be the man, he thinks Lizzy deserves?? Can they get their HEA??
I truly loved this story. Ryan being a wounded soldier and war veteran touched me deeply. Thank you Logan for bringing this subjust matter to light. I am so proud of you. You continue to push yourself. Continually, showing just how talented you are....
Save Me by Logan Chance is the next in his Sex Me Novella series. All of which are standalone novellas. In Save Me we get a friends to lovers story about two old friends reconnecting after years of not talking. This was both a sweet and heart-wrenching read.
Lizzy Packer and Ryan Wagner were best friends for years. Lizard and Cryin’ to each other. Always there for each other, they promised to be friends forever. But sometimes life has other plans. Ryan joined the marines right after high school and Lizzy went on to get her degree. They lost touch with each other.
Four years later, so much has changed. Ryan is home, but with demons that haunt him and injuries that trouble him. He is trying to find his way in this new normal for him. He is a bit lost and broken. I really liked Ryan. Even as life weighed on him, he was strong, determined and caring.
Lizzy was finally succeeding in her career, but her personal life, not so much. She had great friends and was very likeable, but was just not connecting to anyone. She was so sweet and understanding.
Lizzy and Ryan reconnect and after a few awkward moments, easily fall into friendship again. But the more time they spend together, they realize there may be something more there. But Ryan is fighting his demons and feels Lizzy deserves so much more than a broken man. Lizzy has always cared for Ryan, but kept her feelings at bay to keep their friendship, could he ever feel the same way?
For a novella, there is so much happening. I was consumed from beginning to end. I loved both Lizzy and Ryan, even as they stood in their own way of happiness. Lizzy and Ryan have a lot to work through, but if they can be honest and open with each other, the payoff would be so worth it. My heart broke for them throughout their journey.
As always, Logan Chance delivers such a tantalizing read in a novella. The characters were real and honest. I devoured this story. And it was a nice surprise to see Kayla and Erik as well. A great, quick, fun and emotional read.
It seems every book that Logan Chance writes, gets better and better. He can write everything from filthy talk that will have you blushing, sweet talk that will have you swooning and deep emotional moments that will have you tearing up.
I just loved Lizzy and Ryan. This was a special, forever kind of friendship. You could tell from their interactions; the way they teased each other, cared so deeply for each other and protected each other fiercely, that these two needed each other.
In fact, their friendship was so important to them that they were terrified to cross the line into a romantic relationship. Their sexual chemistry was palpable and their desires were clear, but neither of them wanted to risk losing their best friend, if their romantic relationship were to go sideways.
This was an emotional journey for both Lizzy and Ryan. Ryan is still recovering from his physical injuries and he’s not the same guy Lizzy had a crush on before he left for the Marines. Can he be the man Lizzy needs? She’s ready to support him no matter what comes along, but can he deal with the heartbreaking twist that life throws his way?
Sexy, sweet, funny and emotional love story. A must read!
P.S. I also loved that part of the proceeds go to a charity that is near and dear to this story. Way to go Logan Chance!
'You promised you wouldn't lose touch, but you did!' (Lizzy)
Another in the 'Sex Me Novellas' Series that I have had the privilege of reading an ARC of,and with each one,we get some humor,HOTNESS(obviously!)and great characters, and compelling tales with an added twist-this one I did not expect, and as soon as I'd finished,I went back and re-read it,looking at it in a whole different way! The book blurb gives enough away, and I won't go into that much detail, for it would be a major spoiler, but what I will say is that, right from the pretty deep Prologue,I was hooked, and loved both leads, the dual POV titled in their childhood nicknames (Cryin/Lizard) added to the flow, the connection's to previous novellas, with characters popping up was great(don't panic if you haven't read the others-it is easily read as a Standalone-but if not then WHY NOT!) Both Ryan and Lizzy, when they re-connect (after the four years that Ryan has been serving his country) the attraction builds, with the inevitable finally happening which is HOT! then Ryan's insecurities on his growing feelings for his best friend, knowing he is keeping things to himself, alongside the experiences overseas(which is a realistic view of many who serve in the Forces) He did act like a bit of an A** but Lizzy wouldn't give up on him-even when he pushed her away! All in all SAVE ME is a very well thought out story, with characters you feel for,and would love to read more about (well I would!)
'You've Saved Me when I needed you most...You've Saved Me from a life without love' (Ryan)
Reviewing for ROCK HARD ROMANCE by Vicki RHR Rating 5*/5
So first off let me say this is by far my favorite book by Logan. This book really hit home for me in more ways than one. My husband is a retired Air Force veteran, and I have several friends that have been through some issues that were addressed in this book. At times, it was heartbreaking and very emotional, but at other times it was quite beautiful.
Ryan and Lizzy were childhood best friends. When Ryan joined the military, they lost touch, but now that he is back they picked up where they left off. Lizzy has always secretly crushed on Ryan, but now Ryan is starting to return those feelings. Only it isn’t that easy for Ryan because he is fighting demons and hiding secrets that aren’t so easy to explain. Sometimes life throws us a curve ball, but can love really conquer all?
It’s a bit harder to write this review because I don’t want to give away spoilers. This is a book that should be read from start to finish. Yes, I went on an emotional roller coaster ride. I was happy, sad, mad, swooning, and everything in-between. I also adored the relationship between Lizzy and Ryan. It was very sweet. Overall, this book is very motivational, emotional, and inspiring. It will make you see things in a completely different light. Can’t wait to see what comes next.
O my how do I describe what this story made me feel!
Wow Logan you really know how to bring put all my emotions. I would give it more than 5 stars if I could. I love the respect you showed to our military they deserve all the love, appreciation, honor, care and respect we can give them. I am so impressed with you on this storyline. I truly love the quote about beauty. I really cried reading this because of knowing what our troops go through and wished I could fix it. Beautiful work Logan Chance!
Wow Logan this book has all the feels!! This is your best book to date and it just draws you in from the first pages! This book is about injured ex marine cryin' (ryan) and his long time best friend lizard (lizzy) its seriously is full of emotions and is a completely different story from anything ive read before... and honestly makes you think hard about the men and woman who fight for us all. im so glad you went outside the normal and went down the road you did with ryan. Logan you have smashed it yet again and i will continue to read all you write!
Save Me is a sexy friends to lovers story. It also centers around a wounded veteran and a young physical therapist. The reader will experience a full range of emotions, while reading Save Me. Be prepared to fall in love with Ryan and Lizzy as well as to be captivated by their story.
Ryan and Lizzy became fast friends from a young age through high school. They each have nick names for each other and stay close as they grow up. Lizzy calls Ryan, Cryin Ryan after a fall from a tree. Ryan calls Lizzy, Lizzy Lizard. Lizzy has always had a crush on Ryan, but never told him how she felt. When Ryan joins the military and leaves right after graduation, he promises to keep in touch with Lizzy. Years past with no word from Ryan. One night Lizzy and Ryan run into each other, and they are able to reconnect seamlessly. Ryan and Lizzy notice how much the other has changed over the years physically. The doctor sends Ryan to a physical therapist for his shoulder. Ryan discovers that Lizzy was able to accomplish her goal and dream of becoming a physical therapist. Ryan has some stimulating times, while having his therapy sessions. 'Wink' Ryan and Lizzy have feelings for each other, but think that the other person doesn't feel the same way. Ryan has a hard time opening up and talking about his time overseas.
What would you do to help / save someone you love? Lizzy and Ryan have amazing chemistry. There were times that I wanted to reach in the book and shake both of the characters. I wanted to wake them up or make them see that love was right in front of them. All Ryan and Lizzy had to do was take a chance and reach for it. In my opinion, that is the sign of a great author is the reader connects with the characters & story. I love that the reader get to see both Lizzy and Ryan's perspective / point of view. Save Me has romance, hot sex scenes, happily ever after, intriguing characters, & fast-paced, interesting story line. I love a sexy military man with sweet side. I appreciate that the author took great care with the story of a wounded military man. It is a very relevant and important issue today.
Overall Story - 5 stars Chemistry - 5 stars POV - alternating Cliffhanger - No HEA - Yes Recommend to Others - Yes I volunteered for this arc book. This is my honest & unbiased review.
God! I love reading Logan Chance. Another add on to this amazing Sex Me Novella Series but.... Each time, its seems to level up. To get even more better, if that's possible. Smother, hotter, sexier, swooner, bolder... its so fucking addictive. Logan's words literally rides me and I loose myself completely to the tremors delighting me, diving into the flood of intense emotions he manages to infuse. From first line, it's like popping a bottle of your finest wine after a hard day of work and the journey he takes you in get you intoxicated with a pleasure that most certainly could be called a true "pêché mignon". It sweet yet carnal. It makes you feel GOOD, and its sure as fuck going to melt you right on spot. He creates an indescribable intimacy that bounds you, connects you with EVERY.SINGLE.EMOTIONS his characters go trough. Because he leads the dance like a Sexpert, motioning the narrative intern dialogue so exquisitely, like a best friend whispering his deepest torments and filthy desires to your ear. He draws you into an intensive closeness, giving you an unrestricted access to the heart and soul, tearing and salvations of the characters. And he does it in most sexiest, sluttiest and dirtiest way possible. The mixture of all these elements is simply inebriating, tantalizing, thrilling, rousing, overpowering and exhilarating. It leaves you breathless much more than one time.
Crying Ryan may be a fall out boy to his burden but he's one you fall for in a snap. Because before anything, he's the real thing. A load of scars, chained to the drag of unworthiness. While Lizzie battles her walls of insecurities squeezing her into a constant non sense blabbing. Feeding on Ryan's fears to his worst nightmare; loosing her. Even more, loosing his only untainted, unscarred and unbroken thing in his life, his best friend. He'll sign up for something he's not been trained. A battle lost in advance, an inner war in front of its unbridled desires and his lint yet deepest sacred feelings.
Save Me is a true Sex Me Novella; its naughty, erotic, sexy aannnnd intensely emotional. It's a must read. And definitely 5 stars for me.
A friends to lovers romance that has some deeper (not necessarily darker) issues. Though they've been best friends since childhood, they haven't seen each other for over 4 years, but when they meet up, the sexual tension is in the air immediately. Slowly building until they are forced to act on it, but will it end their friendship? It's not really a comedy, but there are a few laughs shared between the characters (whom are easy to love, despite whatever troubles they may have.) There are a few sexy steamy scenes, but it's not what I would call smutty. There is heart to the story and that is even before you get to the deeper issues at hand. It is easy to read and not filled with insignificant fluff (page filler.) Really enjoyed the story and how it all played out. Also appreciated the fact that there wasn't all that back and forth (the 'I hate you' one minute, 'I love you' the next,) between their feelings, like there is in so many romances, this book didn't need to add that to increase the tension between the characters. Though there are the sex scenes, I would rate this at a PG17.
Save Me by Logan Chance is a friends to lovers story, exceptionally written, and one that will have your emotions all over the place. Save Me is a story that will touch you and one that will stay with you, it's truly a beautiful story.
Lizzy and Ryan were childhood best friends, friends who were inseparable. Until Ryan enlisted in the marines after high school and began serving time in Afghanistan. Lizzy and Ryan lost contact with one another during this time, each still thinking of the other. Ryan has returned home with an injury and a deeply troubled man, tormented by what happened in Afghanistan. The two reconnect one night when they are out, now adults no longer children their feelings and connection are much different than when they were younger.
I loved Lizzy she was a sweet, caring young woman, who's not afraid to speak to her mind especially with Ryan. The banter between these two was comical to read. Ryan my heart broke for this brave, young man, the ordeal he's been through in his life. These two have so much chemistry between them, not only physical, the sexual tension is through the roof. Are Lizzy and Ryan destined to be together or will fate intervene? Are they willing to risk their friendship and take it to the next level? This a story you want to read and experience how moving it is.
ok I started this book as soon as I got it and read it in one sitting and I was blown away and I know my review isn't going to do justice on how great this book is. Ryan is home from being in the service and getting reacquainted to civilian life isn't as easy as everyone thinks, you carry things back with you that doesn't go away, just like his feelings for Lizzy, she's the one thing that kept him sane the best way possible yeah he didn't keep his promise but now, now he has a second chance to right his wrong. Lizzy has always loved Ryan, but when he left he took a part of her with him but now that he's back home can she trust her feelings and heart with the one man who could crush them? They have an amazing chemistry but love is never easy and when one change could take it all away will they realize how important they are to each other? I loved this story, the characters were amazing and seeing how they grew into each other was beautiful, Logan did an awesome job by far my favorite read from him .....so far.
This was a beautiful bittersweet taboo romance. Logan wrote the best version of a best friend book I ever read. I loved Ryan and Lizzy's story. They were best friends since Kindergarten and their friendship cemented into an explosive true love affair! Lizzy is a physical therapist and Ryan was assigned to the office she worked in.This story brought all my emotions out while reading it, bringing tears and flying high with the love of the storyline. I finished this book within hours of buying it, I ate through the pages. The storyline was that intense but it didn't take from the beautiful connection they had for each other. I especially loved Logan's style of writing. Thank you for a beautiful story❤
Wow, this I'd a beautiful story of friends to lovers. Ryan is soldier injured by an IED, Lizzy is a girl he's been best friends with since they were 5. They lost contact right after high school when Ryan enlisted. They reconnect after Ryan is discharged. This is the story of how they go from friends to lovers. They do have a few obstacles to over come. This is a great story full of emotions and hot Sex!

A beautiful, sexy, heartwarming friends to lovers military romance that will touch every reader's heart. Ryan and Lizzy are such a beautiful and wonderful couple, perfect for each other. Highly recommended!
Is it possible to love a book so much? Just, HOLY CRAP!! SAVEME meets all of the requirements of a story to Fall in Love with!
1. Hot Military Man 2. Beautiful Woman 3. Character Chemistry 4. Sweet Friendship 5. Temptation 6. Soul Searching 7. Denial 8. Acceptance 9. HOT SEX 10. Heartbreak 11. Trauma 12. Tragedy 13. Overcoming the Odds 14. Love 15. HOT SEX!!!
The unpredictable plot twist in SaveMe is the key factor that makes this story stand out above the rest. I was completely thrown for a loop with the major event that occurs in Ryan's life that changes the entire out come of the story.
Logan Chance didn't write the typical "everyone lives happily ever after, the guy gets the girl and every thing is PERFECT" type of story. SAVEME does have an HEA, but it isn't the usual HEA that readers expect. The events in this book are tragic from some viewpoints, but so emotionally heartbreaking and beautiful, still. Ryan and Lizzy do have their Happily Every After, just not in the, pretty wrapping paper with the perfect bow kind of way. But honestly, that is how real life is. We don't always get the perfect cookie cutter, happy ending. I think that is what I love so much about SaveMe. How REAL Ryan and Lizzy are. Hands down this would have to be my favourite book of Logan Chance's to date. As a big lover of military romances, this story was not only a beautiful love story but also shows us the struggles that both young and old serviceman suffer on their return to civilian life after serving. Ryan and Lizzy were best friends since kindergarten and when he left to join the military and become a marine he promised Lizzy that he would stay in contact, well four years have passed and Ryan is home after being discharged due to injury. He comes across Lizzy on a night out with his brother and discovers how much she grew up from the girl he remembers to a stunning woman. Lizzy has always had a crush on Ryan but he only thought of her as a friend. As these two walk a fine line between friendship and lovers will either of them be strong enough to take the risk. Ryan has secrets concerning the injury he sustained and he has not shared these with anyone. When his life comes crashing down around him as a result will Lizzy be the one to save him or will he save her. This was a beautiful friends to lovers romance and showed respect to our serviceman that they so deserve. A big round of applause Logan for this fantastic book and it is very deserving of a five star rating.
This is the newest installment of the the Sex Me series and it just might be my favorite. Logan has this amazing way to spin a story that not only makes you fall in love along with the characters but also deal with some serious issues. This installment deals with a marine adjusting back to civilian life after getting injured in Afghanistan.
I love how this story has you focusing on all the angst between Ryan and Lizzy while they are figuring things out and deciding if telling each other how they feel is worth the risk. You will get so immersed in their budding relationship that you won't see what is coming until it smacks you right in the heart. I assure you that tears will fall and your heart will squeeze, but hang on because this book does in fact have a HEA.
So, check out this book and see how Lizzy & Ryan fall in love and what curveball gets thrown into their relationship and how they get through it.
