Finding a way to channel our physical, emotional and spiritual lives through our difficult stressful lives can be complicated and frustrating. The authors of this book approach coping with everything from mild depression to "burnout" expands our concept of prayer that includes nontraditional forms - such as journal-keeping, letter writing, centering, crying, touching, drawing and dancing, to name a view. It helps the reader to identify with their feelings and to acknowledge them as gifts from God. How we use them and explore what it does to our core beliefs. Essentially helps the reader to navigate those difficult times in our lives by examining how prayer can be of help through the use of new prayer strategies.
