Hayley Solich is a wife and mother of five children (one in heaven) who enjoys the creative and performing arts, having been a professional performer since her teens.
Hayley’s passion is people watching and she often finds herself asking friends why they do things, as she has an insatiable thirst for understanding life and people. She is a keen writer, with many published articles, short stories, and books and is the past Editor of four magazines. Hayley’s dream is to be drifting in a gondolier on the watery streets of Venice whilst being serenaded by her husband who has a beautiful voice, as she taps away on her laptop, crafting her next novel.
In her perfect world, her children are grown up and independent, settled in their own lives and her husband turns the TV off to spend quality time with her, attending ballroom dance classes and sitting in beautiful gardens discussing the psychology of life.
She also has a beautiful swing chair on her veranda looking out over the jacaranda tree, where she can take her laptop when she is on a writing bender and enjoy the soft breeze in hair and the sound of the birds singing. Of course, this includes the services of one tall, well-built male and a large fan…
This book is full of action and intrigue. The characters are very well developed. Was up very late reading because I couldn't put the book down. Can't wait for book three. A very good read.
