Kidgets showcases 10 well-known quality concepts and their educational application by using short stories that depict everyday events involving classrooms, students, teachers, parents, and administrators. A specially designed matrix shows which concepts relate to each story. Discussion questions follow each story, which enables the reader to use this book as an effective learning tool.
Why are there discussion questions? That's dumb. The stories are okay, mildly entertaining, somewhat preachy, and with absolutely no practical advice whatsoever. They also point out obvious things, like too many rules are stupid, or that teamwork can make a dream work. But, they are stories, and they don't take too long to read. So, if you're looking for a decent way to pass an hour or so, read this book.
