Ok so this book man this book was just what I needed!
It touched the naughty hot sweet spot!
And had me going....
So, their story was oven 7 years in the making and included and EPIC EPILOGUE 15 years later.
Bryce meets Harper when she is well under the age of consent but he knows right away that she is the one.
He tells her when they finally meet up again
“It was, my princess. I thought of nothing but you. Now, kiss me so I know this is real, Harper.”
In her mind, she is thinking before she sees him again:
I wanted Bryce, and seeing his father only added to that pain. I could picture Bryce at fifty or so, looking handsome with a hit of grey at his temples and creases forming around his eyes as he smiled down at me.
These two were both completely committed to each other and waited for each other to have their first time.
HOW AWESOME IS THAT?
However, the best thing about this story for me was that it was short but complete.
That it was standalone but I freely admit that I did read all the other book by CM Steele in this amazing Built series.
Furthermore, if you haven't read this series I strongly suggest that you do.
You WILL not be disappointed by any of them.
They are all safe without and drama or triggers.
The writing was engaging and stimulating, if you know what I mean...
Also, I should say this was an
ARC IN EXCHANGE FOR AN HONEST REVIEW but as many of you know I have read every one of CM's books.

IT'S LIVE!
These Middleton's know alpha. They know
commitment, They know devotion. I loved Jacob in his book and now his son Bryce is just as amazing. He knew that Harper was too young for him. Instead of writing her off, he waited. He made something of himself and then he got his girl. .Another great, safe read by CM Steele!

I loved it! I loved it as much as I loved book 3 or even more! Another perfect read!
The story is about Bryce and Harper.
He's Jacob and Harley's (book 1 H and h) only son and their eldest.
It was summer and he was fishing when he first saw her from across the pond and at that moment, he already knew she's the one for him. Even if they wanted to be together at the time, they knew they can't yet.
Years had passed before they got together but I loved how they never forgot each other and waited for each other. It's so sweet!
I loved the epilogue!

And the new generation arrives! We have read the stories of all 3 Middleton brothers and in this book we meet Bryce who is the son of Harley and Jacob.
Bryce saw a Harper one day across the pond behind his family home when they were both still teens. He was immediately smitten and could not get this strange girl out of his head. A few years later and they reunite, after a misunderstanding that kept them separated for a while. Now they are back and Bryce goes all alpha and beds, breeds and weds his love.
This was a very sweet, and safe read with minimal drama or angst. A nice little escape :) Looks like there will be a few more Middleton books, I hope one of Bryce's sisters gets a story!

This is the fourth book in the Middleton Hotel series and I was super lucky enough to get an ARC of this amazing book from C.M. Steele. This one was my favorite of the series and OMG, Bryce was so totally swoon worthy. Bryce Middleton is the oldest child and only son of Jacob and Harley Middleton from Built For Me. Bryce first saw Harper when he was eighteen years old and at his parent's vacation house. He knew she was the one immediately but life and circumstances prevented them from reconnecting when they intended. It's now six years later and Harper is working the front desk at Harley's Inn, the hotel owned by the Middletons and named after Bryce's Mother. She took the job after finishing college even though she was over qualified because she was hoping she would run into Bryce. Neither one of them has forgotten the other in all this time. Bryce sees her while looking at footage of the hotel and he immediately goes there to make up for all the lost time they missed. Bryce was awesome and so much like his Dad and Uncles but I loved him a tad bit more than them. I loved Bryce and Harper together and how they both waited for each other.

Another safe and very sweet read by C.M Steele. Her heroes are totally smitten and obsessed and possessive with their women. I love her epilogues. They are heartwarming and filled with pregnancy/babies. Cuteness overload!

I loved this book so much. I think it was one of my favorite of all the previous three so far. Bryce and Harper's love was so beautiful, I got tearful when they finally reunited after being over 6 years apart. They met when Bryce was going off to college and Harper was under age, (he didn't know that), the moment that Bryce saw her, he knew she was special and couldn't stop thinking about her. When he first found out that she was under age, he felt guilty for all the impure thoughts he had about her ;), and talked to his dad who advised to forget about her. Of course, he didn't explain to him how important she was to him, but vowed internally to never forget about her. When he approaches her after seeing her a year later, she's sad, (Her grandfather, who really wasn't her grandpa but she still felt like he was because her mother didn't care about her and her dad had died some time ago). When they first talk, the chemistry is undeniable, they both felt a connection instantly and Bryce promises Harper that in 3 years, he will come for her to be together. She believes in him. Unfortunately, circumstances get involved, Bryce falls of his horse when riding with Joey, who was the one who insisted until Bryce gave in, and had to be taken to the hospital immediately, losing his shot in meeting Harper, where he promised her. I felt for poor Harper, Her young heart was broken, thinking that her love had lied to her and promised herself never to believe in anyone again ;(.
3 more years pass after that, and they still remember each other. Bryce has done everything to find Harper and has not had any luck until one day, he sees her portfolio in one of the work people for his mom's hotel. Harper, who still in love with him, yet still feels hurt over his broken promise, applied for a job to his mom's hotel, in hopes of seeing him for a last time, what she didn't anticipate was her prince charming to come riding through those doors in intent of taking what has been his since she was young. The moment he sees her picture, he gets on a plane, to get her and make her his. Nothing is going to stop him from finally having and loving her. It was a heartfelt and at the same time a hot moment ;)
Later, we find out that her mom has intentions of sending a Hitman to kill Harper and get her money, which of course brings the protective caveman from Bryce (all the Middleton Men have that in their genes). With the helpeople of the FBI undercover who was hired to take the hit, they get the evidence they need to arrest Harper's mom. I loved their wedding and how during times apart, they never forgot each other and when finally reunited, their love was strong and beautiful, like Bryce's parents' love. It was funny when Bryce was jealous of his dad because he thought Harper had the hots for him, but that was quickly resolved when Harper explained that she was not attracted to his dad, it's that she liked the way he looked at his mother, the love and tenderness shining through his eyes every time he saw her, that she wanted someone to look at her like that, which of course she got from her Bryce ♡
The epilogue was beautiful. 15 years have passed and they are both still in love with each other and it grows stronger every day. They have six boys together so when we reach the end, they finally have their little girl when she gets pregnant for the seventh time. I just knew that little was going to be loved so much and so protected by bother her father and older six brothers ;)

Dnf at 30%. Insta-love, not enough character development. I am actually insta-sold if it is insta-love and childhood promises but this book.........hmmmmm just didn't do it for me.
Everything seems too rush. There's so many years jumped, should have been fine if the author could write something in between them instead of H constantly thinking about how h is a minor and wanting to marry her.

Bryce is by far my favourite Middleton to date!!! He is naughty and nice rolled into one package!!
The first time Bryce laid his eyes on Harper he knew she was the one. There was just a bit of a problem...Harper was a tad to young for Bryce. On that day Bryce made a promise to Harper that he would be back in three years to claim her as his. Only he got there to late she was gone.
Fast forward another three years and Bryce has finally found his girl. About to give her notice at the hotel Harper literally runs right into Bryce!! Harper wants to know why he never showed. She waited for him. Bryce was over the moon happy when he got his girl(after some explaining).
Now Harper is threatened and Bryce will do anything to keep his Love safe.
Such a hot and steamy story showing that love can stand the test of time!!

Have you are ever seen the movie The Courtship Of Eddie's Father? This book reminded me of that scene where Eddie pretends to be a woman so his dad can practice apologizing to the neighbor. He thinks women actually call men things like "my darling sugar man" and it's cute because he is like 8 years old. Bryce and Harper spoke like little kids playing adults.
And C. M. Steele has to be a baseball fan, right? I couldn't get Bryce Harper out of my head, lol.

Like father like son. Bryce sees Harper for the first time when she was just 14 years old. A year later he finally gets to meet her. Their story is one of instalove that must wait. Several years and searches later he has finally found her again. Their road to a happily ever after is a long time curvy one. I think this is my favorite of the series. 100% safe from any kind of abuse, no cheating, no om/ow drama.

This book is about Bryce, one of the Middleton's family son's. He see's a young woman who he thinks is of legal dating age, as he is 18. However, when he gets up the never to talk to her, he finds out she's only 15. They make a pack to meet at the same pond in 3 yrs, when she is of legal age. Bryce doesn't know anything about Harper other than he wants her to be his.
The young woman, is Harper. Harper doesn't know anything about Bryce. In three years she does go back to the same pond. But, he isn't there. She knows he stood her up. Why would anyone keep the same pack after 3 yrs? Why would she think he would?
Harper does learn who Bryce is from her mother by a chance sighting one day around town. Harper doesn't make a move then to find him. Bryce still doesn't know anything about her, doesn't seem to find her either.
Six years have gone by. Both Bryce & Harper are still single. However, Harper is now working at the Middleton's hotel, as a shot to possibly see Bryce again. We aren't told how long Harper had been working there. However, as Bryce is reviewing employee files, Bryce does see's her. Finally.
Upon finding out that his love does work at the family hotel, he goes off to find her and to claim her.
Both are still virgin's. Both have remained true to each other, even though they have barely spoke 5 words to each other. Both seem to know what to do in the sack without being told what to do.

I love it. This series just gets better and better. I wonder where do these authors find these men. Are they based on real people, cause really where are you hiding them, lol
This book was over the top sweet. I mean what happens when the timing isn't right when you meet someone. You move on. But this guy waited and then what happened? If you meant to be then Fate will bring you together!
An over the top alpha hot and sexy male. Quick and easy read. Can't wait for the next one awesome lady

The story line was enjoyable there just wasn't enough to give it a higher rating! I needed more...I would've liked to see what their lives were like separately until they meet up again...and it was super sweet that . I know I know usually I hate that but it just made the story seem more genuine. It was great to see Harley and Jacob's son get his own story and have little cameo's from them too.

Love seeing Harley and Jacob's son falling in love in almost the same as his parents!!! Bryce and Harper are so sweet together. Love how she tries that one last time and fate steps in. Love the whole innocence theme that continues from the previous stories. Looking forward to what's next.

Built Over Time
It's so funny how the kids turn out just like the dads. Boys just as possessive as their fathers and are even more with caveman tactics. I loved that Bryce found Harper just in time. Can't believe her mom put out a hit on her.

I love all of C.M. Steele's books! Her alpha males are sweet and on point. Built Over Time was another winner and I can't wait to read the next in the series!!!
