When the marbles and the coloring books have finally seen their day,
When the wheels of rusty roller skates can no longer turn,
and the embers of the early days have long ceased to burn,
When the weary plastic soldiers have returned home from their wars,

These simple pages keep on giving 'til your final day,
Oh, you'll put them down for a spell and you might walk away,
And although perhaps you won't return to this very book per se,
there are Jeebas in many forms you'll find along the way,
If the message here is less than clear, can't find its way to your head,
and you can no longer lift this book

Oh Wow. I totally love everything about this book and so do my Grandchildren.
The illustrations by Emmaline Strong are really lovely and give many opportunities for further discussions.
A really lovely story written by the talented author Mike Wolf of how even the smallest of creatures has a place in the grand plan of the creator.
Since the book arrived today it has been read many times.
Jeeba the Amoeba now has a permanent place on my bookshelf should it ever get put away that is.
Both the children and adults who where listening loved this story and the children where begging me to please read again and of course the adults where listening too.
I can honestly say this has to be the best children's book I have read in years.

I like this book, a colourful, rhyming tale about mortality, which I can happily read to my young son.

I had to explain what the wise clam meant at the end. Even with this minor flaw, my children loved this book and ask for it again and again. It is a quick read for adults and a fair challenge for children.

The message and the colorful drawings make this a delight to read. My five year old granddaughter enjoyed the read as much as I did.

I think this is a really cute book. I like the illustrations and the story is well done. It is fun to read through the book and look at all the sea creatures with the girls.
