I found this book by browsing the shelves at my college library, and the title caught my eye. I picked it up along with a couple other books. I was able to read this book in three "sittings", and I have to say I was impressed.
This book, and Mr. Blanchard's story has inspired me, and given me noew ideas to help boost my flagging weightloss goals.
I am quite happy that I literally stumbled over this book, I am going to look for it in book stores to add it to my own shelves.
2.5 stars. Very, very basic. But for anyone who is overwhelmed with the particular demands in their life & who feels like they've lost control of their health, this has a few nuggets of wisdom that are worth the quick read.
