In his typical style, Blanchard proves becoming more physically effective does not have to be complicated. He offers a common sense approach to lifestyle changes that contribute to one's sense of overall autonomy, corectness, perspective, and tone in order to reduce stress and strain.

The book is very simple yet effective in communicating the concepts within. The book has good number of illustrations and also templates for keeping fit and to identify the current status of your health and wellbeing.

This was an interesting read.

I found this book by browsing the shelves at my college library, and the title caught my eye. I picked it up along with a couple other books. I was able to read this book in three "sittings", and I have to say I was impressed.

This book, and Mr. Blanchard's story has inspired me, and given me noew ideas to help boost my flagging weightloss goals.

I am quite happy that I literally stumbled over this book, I am going to look for it in book stores to add it to my own shelves.

2.5 stars. Very, very basic. But for anyone who is overwhelmed with the particular demands in their life & who feels like they've lost control of their health, this has a few nuggets of wisdom that are worth the quick read.
