Who better to teach you to lead than The Master? Become an effective servant leader as you learn to Lead Like Jesus. Ken Blanchard, John Ortberg, Henry Blackaby, and Bob Buford join forces with other leaders from the Christian community to offer a clear, insightful look at the greatest servant leader of all time – Jesus Christ. Masterful Leadership includes new concepts from Ken Blanchard’s Lead Like Jesus Celebration which helps people take God out of the spiritual compartment of their private spiritual life and give Him free reign in all of their daily actions and relationships, particularly in their leadership roles. During His time on earth, Jesus poured His life into the training of twelve disciples and equipped them to follow His leadership principles after His departure.
Ken Blanchard, one of the most influential leadership experts in the world, is the coauthor of the iconic bestseller, The One Minute Manager, and 60 other books whose combined sales total more than 21 million copies. His groundbreaking works have been translated into more than 27 languages and in 2005 he was inducted into Amazon’s Hall of Fame as one of the top 25 bestselling authors of all time.
Ken is also the cofounder and chief spiritual officer of The Ken Blanchard Companies®, an international management training and consulting firm that he and his wife, Margie Blanchard, began in 1979 in San Diego, California.
When he’s not writing or speaking, Ken also spends time teaching students in the Master of Science in Executive Leadership Program at the University of San Diego. Ken can be found at www.kenblanchard.com.
“A leader moves people onto their own agenda. A spiritual leader moves people onto God’s agenda. - H. Blackaby”

Although I enjoyed the first exposure to the Lead Like Jesus movement with Rick Warren, Ken Blanchard, and Bill Hybels, Ken Blanchard and his team really hit it home when explaining what it truly means to lead the way Jesus lead and be the people that Jesus called us to be.
