Ana is young girl who has had a cruel and tough upbringing. After being beaten by her step father for years, she is given freedom when she is taken into care. A few years later, they manage to track down her real father, who is now remarried to a new woman and is the step father to her two children. The relationship between Ana, her father and step mother is strained, but surprisingly, Ana manages to form a strong bond with her two step brothers, finding love in the process.
