Wisdom of the Tarot

Rate this book
WISDOM OF THE TAROT relates the path of higher consciousness through the color, shape and symbolic forms on the 22 cards. Detailed study of a Tarot card may release instinctively all that is involved with each level towards the light. These cards may be used in conjunction with the text or separately for meditation. When studied individually, a card may reveal the necessary steps to be taken to find one's essential path. Tarot cards, or symbolic representations of truth, have always been used to help man relate not only with his mind, but instinctively through the feelings evoked by the colors and forms.

Bit surprised to see The Fool numbered 21 and The World pushed to number 22. And it's The Magician who transforms throughout the Tarot "on the spiritual journey"and not The Fool.
Also, she speaks of The Fool as somebody "who has passed through the most advanced stages of human development on earth and has reached the highest level"
Made me look at the Tarot cards in a whole new light

Haich uses the Wirth deck to bring us into a contemplative awareness of the potentials and stages of personal spiritual development. For "reading" the tarot, a helpful illumination of Wirth's symbolism; for the spiritual journey, enlightening.
