Learning to love again was the most difficult task for Amaya Davis. When she shed her insecurities, and took a full run at it, Nicholas managed to break her once again. Instead of cowering to her old ways, she stood on her new-found ground and made an honest attempt to move on. But with Nicholas fighting to break through her walls and regain her trust, she realizes her heart only belongs to him.
Now living in their forever with a baby on the way, and her new job with Nicholas as her boss, they seem to be heading towards the matrimony express. Yet some people won't take a hint.
Will Nick and Amaya have a happily ever after? Or will the villain get the victory?

I was both excited and sad to receive this ARC, because I knew it would be the end of Nick and Amaya's story. However, ML Preston did not disappoint! I NEVER give spoilers in my reviews, but I will just say that this book was full of everything that I expected and more. Plenty of love and drama, but I hated to see it all come to an end. I did love the few unexpected twists and turns the story line took. Again, that just added to the drama and kept my interest. I absolutely loved the end when we got to see a glimpse into the future. I will say that there are a couple of couples that I would love to read more about in the future.....and if that means that we get a sneak peak at more Nick and Amaya I would definitely not be disappointed. I just hate to say goodbye to them.
**I would LOVE to say more, but I HATE spoilers!!!** Just get the book and read it and you will definitely enjoy it!**
Great Job, ML! You get better and better with each book. I am so proud of you! I am so honored to have been able to meet you and now call you my friend! Keep writing and keep getting me hooked!
I am sad to see the series end. Loved loved Nicholas and Maya. I see how they both grew, actually all of them. Funny, sad frustrating but all in all enjoyable. Looking forward t o more from this author.
So, this is my first read by this author or shall I say series. I had download the first one several times to read but found out it was a series, so I decided to wait so I can read together. For me, just based of the reviews , I was disappointed. There was no real substance in the first two books. I'm not sure how Amaya got paid because she was forever, leaving work early , taking days off and given days off. When she did get with Nick, like every chapter ending with them having sex, more than half of the first two books were them getting busy, which on a scale of 1 to 10, I would give them, way they were written, a 5 or maybe it was just too much of it. Amaya was kinda all over the place, one day she was really into Nicholas and the next she was like onward and upward and he was no better. If he didn't get what he wanted he acted like a spoiled kid who's favorite toy was taken.....that lasted the whole series. On to Tabitha, I get she's the antagonist of the story but a lot of how she was still in the picture bothered me, even though it wasn't really explained until the 3rd book. Other than the unexplainable choice for her to still be working for Nicholas, she was probably the best written character in the book. Thing did get a little better in this book but again, fillers just to say there were words on the page was a bit much, like instead of sex ending every chapter it was Amaya and Nicholas declaring their love by say "I love you Mr Hansen" or "I love you Ms. Davis/Hansen" ,that was way too much. Which brings up something that was uber weird, because at the beginning of this book, Nick kept referring to Amaya as his wife and it wasn't until I was 25% into the book to realize they weren't.....not cool. I will give some good highlights. The realtionships she had with her girls was close....a lil too close, which was weird, but their bond was unbreakable and even though the story was about Nick and Amaya , everyone's story was added and made for a better read. The best part of this series was the end......well the epilogue was decent too. Even though I wasn't completely sold on this author, I will give another chance when a new book is released
Good series though a bit too long. Could have been done in 2 books
This was an excellent series. Glad to see the gang all moving on - married and with children. A bit turned off with Angel dating Lance as it seemed too tidy. Are there no one outside the group for her to date. Thank goodness for Lisa A and Clarence who brought new blood into the group.
I really don't understand why they put up with Nick's ex for so long. She should have been dealt with long ago. She should not have been around to almost kill the heroine. Is it white privilege why the Police did nothing though she gave them many opportunity to charge her????
A wonderful close to a great series. I originally was given Untouchable as an ARC in exchange for an honest review. Loved it so much that I immediately had to read Unthinkable. Was so glad when I saw the release date for Unbreakable. The love between the friends is amazing but the love between Amaya and Nicholas is phenomenal.
This series was everything. I love me some Nicholas. I don't think I can say that enough. This series was full of action, pain, love, some 'I wanna snatch a ....' moments, and so much more. This was a edge of your seat ending.
what can I say? another wild, sexy, crazy, emotional rollercoaster! I get so wrapped up in the story it seems like I know them personally! hard to put down once you've started!
