This felt like a mini history intensive on the books creating the Gospels including history and customs during the time, and my history heart loved it!

Throughout, I learned historic events that occurred during the 400 years of silence, where believers were first called “Christian’s” & how it is believed that Mark was the first to write his chapter prior to the others as well as how these written accounts were actually written down and shared in the time period. Furthermore, going into depth the various styles and details in the writing of each of the authors; Mark, Matthew, Luke & John. Very informative and looking forward to other books within the “Apostolic Handbook Series”.
