This book re-affirmed some things I knew already. Also gave me insight on aspects of my mental game, in music production, that I was not aware of. I would recommend this title to anyone who needs a renewed sense of focus in the music production field or just a kickstart of motivation. Good read.
I have read so many music industry self help books over the years and this is definitely the best. Real world examples, actual techniques, and marketing tips with clarity and brevity is why I will be using this for my go to reference book as well. Well played, sir... Well played!
This is a great read, it has great information. It puts the goal into perspective. It also gives an overview of the roadmap for success. It addresses areas I didn’t expect. Thank you for this book! I read it once, now I’m going to read it again to dissect and implement.
This book is everything and nothing, how to scratch your ass to folder management. The first couple of chapters were more like a Forward/ Afterward.
It's a good product if you are young and not much of a reader just supporting a Youtuber, something I discovered after reading. But as a book, no, it's some hybrid Autobiography-Technical book and not being good at either.
This book has a ton of information on what it takes to run a real business in music production. It was inspiring to read and I love that it covers so much on each branch of the business.
awesome intro and overview of everything it takes to make money writing music for media. also great advice on just organizing and workflow for musicians in general.
