By Your Side: A Journey of Two Sisters through Love and Sacrifice

Rate this book
By Your The Journey of Two Sisters Through Love and Sacrifice depicts the tragic story of the loss of Misty’s sister, Stephanie, back in 1993. After being missing for 55 days, Stephanie’s remains were found in Southeastern Arizona. The investigation into Stephanie’s death was non-existent and Misty, her mom, and her grandmother, worked tirelessly to seek the justice Stephanie deserved.

The story displays the spiritual connection that Misty encountered during Stephanie’s disappearance and details how Misty processed her grief throughout the years. Now Misty embraces her spiritual gifts and teaches individuals and groups about finding light in tragedy through love, forgiveness, gratitude, being vulnerable, and judgments. This story of unconditional love will expand your heart and will give you hope during trying times.

Uplifting

I enjoyed this book immensely. First time with this author. I feel bad that they never found the perpetrator. They had their opinions. It was awful about the Sheriff's department. Shame. But in the end, the author has a whole new career that her sister helped with. Good book.

Lost

This is about lost. The author relates the lost of her younger sister and her road to healing. The latter part of this book gets into some paranormal nonsense but anyone who has lost a love one can relate to her story.

Interesting Read

I live in Tucson and met the author at the Psychic Fair where I learned about this book.

I really enjoyed it; however it made me so ticked off to read about the lack of police investigation! Crooked cops in a small town - so typical!
