This is almost a scary book to read. It challenges your core beliefs. I enjoy the way the author leaves it: You must draw your own conclusions. It will not push an agenda; it will not carry water for yours; it makes you re-think your reasons for believing--in a good way.

Great science. For anyone who is tired of being bluffed by bad science and idiotic religion, this book keeps both feet in the facts.

THOUGHT-PROVOKING, EVOLUTINARY IN THE "TRUE SENSE”!
“UNANSWERED QUESTIONS IN THE SUNDAY NEWS”
~ A Review by Reverend Dr. Linda De Coff

Erudite Author and Journalist, Michael Ben Zehabe encourages from the very beginning ~ “Truth Favors the Fearless!” I do love this quote, and throughout the articles that comprise the first half of the book, Mr. Ben Zehabe takes us on a questioning journey ~ where we are guided to hold up fixed “cultural codes” of diverse religions, science, and the boundless heart of humanity next to the golden mirror of Truth itself, revealed in “Proof”. From dissertations on the actual day of the “Sabbath” to the mysteries of the timeless (where time stand stills at the Speed of Light) to examining illusions of the Age of the Earth, beginnings and endings of the Universe begin to be unmasked ~ and the Tower of Babel (diverse opinion) comes crumbling down. Thought-provoking, to say the least!
The second part of the book, begins to look in spiritual depth at the meaning of different numbers, letters and words of the Sacred Torah and the Jewish language, revealing the majesty of highest spiritual instruction contained ~ to assist humankind in the keeping of his/her Covenant with God, whose greatest name is Divine Love.
From exploring the negative conditions produced by divisiveness to the bliss produced via the exalted Power of the One, we see how mankind may join his/her own personal life with the harmony of the spheres, once again to become God’s beloved child come home ~ through the application of such high, timeless and harmonious tools.
This precious book is a manifestation of the high level of study, experience and implementation of the author not only on the path of journalistic critical observation and questioning, which he encourages all to do, that they may rise free of just slipping into the hypnosis of mass trends; but even more deeply to help the human soul remain free and truly “evolve” in the highest way, far beyond the confines of “Evolutionary” theory. To quote: “Giving and sharing equals happiness!” So says the Torah Such is the Law of the Universe!
And, "Where I see motion, I infer a motor!" ~ A stunning quote by St. Augustine referenced in this tome.
Whether one is a journalist or teacher of the art, or simply wants to gain more knowledge of the hidden magnificence in the “Book of Light” and the roots of the Jewish language itself ~ this compilation of articles will be of greatest and most compelling interest to all who read!

I bought this book at the suggestion of my Rabbi, because we were discussing suicide. There is a two-page essay on suicide on page 75. The author (Michael Ben Zehabe) tells you in the beginning that he won't tell you what opinion you should, or shouldn't have. He doesn't. I e-mailed him at his web site, and he still refused to give me his personal opinion on the matter. He said, "Here is one perspective. Draw your own conclusions."
Well, that drove me crazy. I'm interested in the sciences and he has chapters that really challenged my thinking on evolution. (Bad Clams 13; Moon Dust Embarrasses NASA 17; Moon's Orbit Escaping Earth 19; and more)
He doesn't make it easy. I don't have any kids yet, but I would insist that they read this and challenge their teachers. Why not!

Can mathematics prove Noah's flood? Yes. Is everyone keeping the Sabbath incorrectly? Yes. Is the earth young? Yes. Is the moon young? Yes.
I can't believe the simplicity, and economy of logic. With two-page articles, and using only seventh-grade math, Michael Ben Zehabe destroys conventional thinking--in a fun way.
He never tells you what to think. He never makes you form an opinion. He presents facts in a new way (a completely new way) and makes you decide for yourself.
It was written for a Journalism Class, but everyone should read this. It forces fact-checkers (Journalists) to face some embarrassing prejudice. You can't talk about evolution the same way, after reading this book.
