Life After Phantom will take you on a riveting journey that is Opera Erotica at its finest…with luscious love scenes that are detailed and explicit, sensual and mouthwatering, as tantalizing as an aphrodisiac…but don’t be fooled. This story is much more than that!
The character originally created by Gaston Leroux in The Phantom of the Opera comes to life like never before. Discover the real man behind the mask, whose tormented and shattered mind nearly drives him to the point of suicide after the most dreadful night of his life.
Discover the terrifying, shocking, and unbelievable secrets of the beautiful Catherine, whose past and present are as tragic as Erik’s, but for different reasons. Their meeting is fated, but what does the future hold for them?
In this rendition of Erik’s life after Phantom, two tormented souls come together under extremely dire circumstances. The events that happen before, during, and after their meeting will take you on a roller coaster of emotions and suspense: betrayal, heartache, and grief… the illegal world of mobsters… passion, love, and intimacy…danger, revenge, and murder…a psychic medium, the paranormal, and ghosts!
Leroux claimed that Erik’s character was based on fact. In this novel, let your mind imagine that Catherine’s is too…if you dare!

4 stars for the first 200 pages of this book. 1-2 stars for the rest of it.
I was absolutely, undoubtedly in love with the first 200 pages of this book. I couldn’t put it down; it was awesome to read about the Phantom taking care of and fall in love with another tortured soul. And fortunately, this time, she (Catherine) returns his love. So, the HEA is achieved in 200 pages. Why does the story continue? Good question. Apparently Ms. Samantha feels that she has to tie up loose ends between Erik and Christine and Raoul. And apparently she feels like that has to take another 200 pages. This book would have done well being left as a short 200 page novella. But, the book keeps going, and you realize that Ms. Samantha ‘s writing isn’t as polished as you thought it was the first 200 pages, and you find yourself wishing Erik would stop thinking: “Catherine thinks of everything!” If I have to read that sentence again, I believe I will go insane- literally.
So, the bottom line. Do I recommend this book? If you are a Phantom Phan, then YES I do recommend reading the first 200 pages. If you would like to torture yourself, you can press on past that, but I don’t recommend it- don’t spoil it.
If you've read the first version you'll love the revised version even more ... Samantha has re-written this verison in perfect detail with new scenes that are amazing also with some really steamy scenes that spice up the book, its really brought the book to life as it takes you on an amazing journey of love, trust and understanding. I personally belong to a phantom book club and read many different version of the phantom books ... i'll agree with most comments some good, some bad but in this case i can guarantee this is a excellent book written by an excellent author whom understands the truth and tragedy of true love and it will make you want to read "Life after Phantom" again and again. My group of ladies and i have personally given this book 5 stars due to the details involved and the warm glowing feeling we had after reading it, it well worth the price paid. Samantha brings all her character's to life and the detail is so real you feel like your trying to fight the Eriks corner to protect Catherine. I have read this book 6 times since i brought it and know I'll read it many more times to come as everytime i read it find something new about the story that makes me fall in love all over again. So if you want the Erik to finally have his happy ending then this is the book for you. Also if you notice in my review i haven't given the details away as the book can speak for itself, i would like you to fall into the world of characters that you will love and a story love and tragedy you will never want to end. I was once told if you can not put a book down you'll know its worth in words and trust me its worth in words is as much as its weight in gold. So basically what im trying to say is buy yourself a copy make yourself a drink, grab something to eat and dive in to another world you wont be disappointed i assure you.
I literally could not put this book down. YES! It was that riveting. The sexual innuendo, the intrigue, the romance. All accompanied by killer graphics. Grrowl, that Erik model is HANDSOME! When you start this book, grab a cup of hot chocolate and a blanket and tuck into a fantasy made in heaven. Just imagine the swirling interactions between the beautiful and clever Catherine and the dashingly handsome Erik who rescues Catherine from a horrible fate, not once, but twice! This novel has it all: wildly passionate (yet wholesome) sex, ghostly assistance, deadly mob pursuit, and true love, all wrapped up in a "happily ever after". You will read "Life After Phantom: Opera Erotica" by Samantha, time and time again, and never be disappointed in the thrills. Ladies, if you want to be swept away by a knight in shining mask, this is your novel. Gents! If you need a little insight into ways to please your lady, this is your guide! Both genders, to stimulate your marriage, set your bed on fire with this BLUSHINGLY good read. Six stars! Seven! I only wish there were more stars to give it.
A wonderful story telling us about what really happens after the phantom of the opera. This goes further into the story of the two main character and the issues they each have. Can they overcome them all? Follow them and see what will happen next
I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.
Very interesting take on a post-“final lair” story. Many twists and turns that were very entertaining to read and discover. This is not a typical Erik and Christine story, but one with a new character who offers kindness to Erik, who is in great need. The images were well done and added an artistic element to the novel.
A beautiful, fun, sexy take on the beloved characters of the Phantom of the Opera. If you enjoy letting your imagination run wild with this story, you’ll love the writing and finesse of this particular book. It was so fun to read. Highly recommended.
Very well written and tasteful. Don't let the "erotica" title fool you, it's an emotional rollercoaster full of twists and turns. Loved going on this adventure and can't wait for the sequel! I love that the goodness in Erik is focused on more than the bad, and some long wondered questions are amazing and realistic answers! 💙
This book is a compelling romantic story, it is interesting with suspense. Characters are strong and intriguing. It is well written. I appreciate reading the book.
This book has it all the romance, sexual innuendos , will they make it together? Handsome Erik rescues Catherine twice from a very bad fate. Not going to give lots od details you just need to grab your favorite blanket, something to drink and enjoy this story of these characters and where they take you

I mean, all we want the Phantom to be happy and welcome any plot twists, but it doesn't mean books should be written catch-as-catch-can. There are some rules and tricks, how the text must be written to be at last readable.
Here we have the hymn to the Phantom. There is nothing bad with admiring handsome man, but, alas, there is nothing to admire. Erik the Phantom looks like Butler from 2004 movie (I'm OK with that, I like the movie), he's vegetarian, leads a healthy life and reads a book. After several chapters I was fed up with admiration. Too much. Too handsome. Too stupid.
Then we've got OFC. She's medium. I'm not sure it's a good idea, to include into story some paranormal things, just because it looks very funny. It's not. It doesn't work smoothly in this book.
High rated scenes are in number. I disliked almost all of them. They were bad written, and... ugh, just disgusting. But I caught some fun, though. When that girl asked the Phantom to shave his scrotum... That was bloody brilliant. I laughed out loud. I'm giving it the whole star.
So, the resume. Bad book. You can try it for fun, but I've just warned you.
P.S. There are lots of Photoshop pics in the book. They are OK, but... well... damn admiration!
Ugh! I got this book as a gift years ago because I'm a huge fan of Phantom of the Opera, both book and musical. I do enjoy reading books based on the Phantom but I am careful which ones to read because many are poorly written fanfiction. This one was one of those.
I immediately realized that this person does not know how to write once I started reading the first page. It felt like a kid were writing these sentences. The only good parts were the erotic scenes, which felt that this only where Samantha spent most of her time perfecting her writing. Even these had many grammatical errors and the dialog was a little silly.
I did not mind much the character of Catherine, but Erik was completely changed. I was able to simpathize with Catherine and I did not mind that she replaced Christine. Erik on the other hand was NOT Erik. He didn't even sound like a man. His thoughts sounded more that of a woman's.
I almost put the book down at first because of the poor writing but the story caught my interest after a few chapters in. Unfortunately, the story became more absurd almost halfway through and I found myself rolling my eyes and skipping parts.
Let's just say I'm glad that I did not pay for this book (it's $25) and I'm glad that I was able to get this off my TBR pile.
If you're ready to take an incredible journey...if you want to believe in true love...if you want to know how to love and to be really truly loved, take the plunge into LIFE AFTER PHANTOM: OPERA EROTICA! It is not for the prudish or faint-hearted.
Open up your mind and let LIFE AFTER PHANTOM take you on a wild and exhilarating ride! I never tire of reading it. I hope you enjoy it as much as I do.
*NOTE: If you're interested in purchasing LIFE AFTER PHANTOM, be sure to look for the 2017 Revised Edition! (Not the 2008 Edition.)

WOW! WOW! WOW! This book is really good, I love it!! I got it two days ago and just finished it and have recommended it to all my friends..Samantha is a great storyteller..There is suspense, romance, and laughs...I can't wait for the next book from Samantha. On a scale of 1-5 I give this book a 6!!!!
This book features, in my opinion, a kinder, calmer, yet naive Erik. He changes yes, but the more innocent he becomes, the weaker he seems. However, his passionate ways do grow. The lead female character, seemed more concerned with her sexual drive than helping Erik. All in all, the dialogue was simple and poor. It lacked detail and the plot was itself weak.
