In this book, you will learn what it means to love someone with Dissociative Identity Disorder. It talks about the challenges in these relationships, contains helpful information and encouragements. If you or someone you know loves someone with DID, they need to read this book.
Sorry I just couldn't continue when it said that ritual abuse "actually assign demons to alters and the only weapon is prayer and a therapist prayed the demons out of his wife".
And then it says "sadly, some people think DID is all about demons"... How many demons is it ok to THINK to take part in DID?
I understand people being Christian and religious, but I just can't keep reading that "actual demons" are involved.
IF you are triggered by religious thoughts, careful with this read.
IF you are Christian and DO believe in demons and DO have "demon alters" (which is a thing, but it doesn't make them demons, just as having wolf alters doesn't make them "actual wolves") and DO NEED prayer to heal, then this might be a read for you.

I usually don’t review books, but this one was so impactful I had to leave a review.
I have been in an on again off again relationship with a woman with DID. I absolutely love this woman and I want to marry her. I have mental illness too which makes our life together even more difficult. Honestly this book showed me not only was I doing everything wrong, but there was a level of DID that I hadn’t even begun to understand.
Thank you so much for writing this book and thank God for inspiring you to write it. The host recently converted to Christianity and the system is in chaos. This book will help me not only love her more fully but navigate these situations.
So glad to read a book that helps explain what I have been, going and have not been through yet. Thanks to this book I have an insight on what to expect or may expect. Thank you Thomas With for putting yourself into a book I can find knowledge in.
