Touch #1-6

Touch: The Complete Series

Rate this book
A touch can take many forms. It can be hard, soft, cold, hot, pleasurable, sadistic…much like kink. In Touch, several kinks take their turn in the spotlight, exhibited by men and women trying to find their way in life.

Meet Nicholas Ford, club owner and Dominant, and explore the world of Daddy Doms and Littles when he meets Kayla, a little submissive he’s inexplicably drawn to but isn’t allowed to touch. Mark Cooper works the bar in his friend’s fetish club, and one night he gets the challenge he’s been waiting for served up on a mouthwatering platter. He’s to introduce newbies Brayden and Evangeline to BDSM, quickly discovering they’re both submissive—quickly getting himself attached, too. Only a couple issues: he’s a tad emotionally jaded from his recent divorce, and Brayden struggles with his sexuality.

Rio Kelly all but abandoned the lifestyle when a brief encounter with a runaway girl changed everything. Ten years later, he sees Chelsea again, and the high-protocol sub is looking for a strict Owner. While navigating unchartered waters with a Master who’s grown cynical and resigned, Chelsea befriends Dylan, a young guy going through his own relationship problems. Dylan’s Daddy Dom isn’t like most others. Cade Kingsley is rough around the edges but wears his heart on his sleeve. Together with Dylan and Gabriella, they try to patch something together that’s just for them. By any means necessary, a few kinky hearts need to be mended.

Touch originally consisted of six novellas and novels. Look but Don’t Touch, Twice the Touch, A Touch to Surrender, A Touch of Trouble, Comforting Touch, and Touching Ink have now been reworked and prettied up for the relaunch, but not without some brand spankin’ new material. Along with the original stories, a dozen outtakes, future takes, and epilogue have been added, including demos, a new novella, and more kinky fun. All to make the complete Touch your not-so-little black book of kink.

I'm often stoically silent or, if the topic interests me, a chronic rambler. In other words, I can discuss writing forever and ever. Fiction, in particular. The love story—while a huge draw and constantly present—is secondary for me, because there's so much more to writing romance fiction than just making two (or more) people fall in love and have hot sex. There's a world to build, characters to develop, interests to create, and a topic or two to research thoroughly. Every book is a challenge for me, an opportunity to learn something new, and a puzzle to piece together. I want my characters to come to life, and the only way I know to do that is to give them substance—passions, history, goals, quirks, and strong opinions—and to let them evolve. Additionally, I want my men and women to be relatable. That means allowing room for everyday problems and, for lack of a better word, flaws. My characters will never be perfect.

Wait…this was supposed to be about me, not my writing.

I'm a writey person who loves to write. Always wanderlusting, twitterpating, kinking, and geeking. There's time for hockey and cupcakes, too. But mostly, I just love to write.

Okay I’m done. I didn’t like this at all. The fist story was actually cute. But then I got to the mmf, my problem with ménage in general is that I feel like someone is left out( that’s not to say I don’t love me a good ménage story when it’s properly done). From what I read it seemed like the f of the equation got all the pet names, attention, and love. Also I hate the word pussy and cunt. And drinking someone’s juices doesn’t sound appealing to me at all. So I think I’m good on m/f.

4.5 stars for the entire series!!
After reading Auctioned& Stranded I was intrigued by Darius’ brother Ryan, and his two partners, Angel and Greg. I found out their story was played out as extra content in this re-released and revised boxed set and the price was too good to pass up.

And after re-reading this entire series again I remember how much I loved it. Make no mistake, this had some dirty, painful and taboo kink, but it’s also sweet and has a good message about friendship and what makes a family.

And Ryan, Angel and Greg’s story does playout here amid the timeline of the other books. It really starts out with a very different vibe than the rest of the Touch series, Greg is not very likeable for a really long time, but I think that’s why the story was so good. Life is messy. People are flawed. They make mistakes. Big freaking mistakes. But that doesn’t have to be the end of their story.

And believe me when I say the end of this story is pretty wonderful. And wraps up the entire series in a HEA that’s both down to earth and incredibly sweet, hopeful, romantic and real.

Loved it!!

Just going to add to the review as I read the stories.

Look but don't touch - June 2023
Short story which is essentially a role playing scene between a Daddy Dom and Little Girl after meeting. Given this is essentially just a scene where the LG is regressing and they are essentially role playing innocence, it almost felt like a bit too much without more content of the LG being out of her regression. I didn't mind it purely because I had read about this couple seperately so already knew them as an established couple. Would definitely squeak some people out though if they started the series with this book.

Touching truth - 2021 sometime? Reread June 2023
I really wanted to read Ryan's story (Darius' brother from auctioned series) and I only wish it was longer. It's so funny seeing Ryan as a sadist when we've only seen him as a fun, loving (but deadly) brother. However his easy going attitude and cheeky smirks still came through easily.

I would've liked the chance to know Greg a little better as I understood some of his reasonings behind being closed off but because I didn't know his as well I didn't like him as well? If that makes sense. Angel was cool and once again seeing more of her dynamic in the relationship would be awesome (as a sadistic Dom as well as daddy's girl).

Anyway this book definitely made me want to read some more MMF books, damn they can be hot!!

Twice the touch and Touching Surrender (because these are definitely not to be read separately) - June 2023

Sweet threesome mmf book. Definitely more subtle on the kink, just a good old male Dom and a male/female couple who are subs. Obviously ends in everyone feeling the things, but unfortunately they weren't all said... Three little words weren't ever said by Mark or too Mark. The only reason I'm ok with this is because it's pretty dang obvious they end up HEA and we do see more of the throuple throughout this extended book.

Sex was smoking hot and I'm totally glad Cara Dee decided to jump into the MM world because she writes those scenes very well!

Touch of Trouble - June 2023
Probably my least favourite of the series. Not bad but I didn't particularly care about Nick and Kayla seeing her family again, and honestly that was a pretty small portion of the story as well. A lot of this story is build up to other peoples stories, like Chelsea and Rio's and Greg/Ryan/Angel, which I didn't mind because I liked those stories better.

Comforting Touch - June
I have a feeling this may be the most fledged out story if you were to read it as a stand alone.

Some of the conflict between Rio and Chelsea seemed a bit forced and their whole meeting ten years previously and the impact that had on Rio felt a bit weak. Despite this I really liked Chelsea and Rio. They are probably the couple I've seen less of in the previous stories I had read so it was good to get to know them. I liked how Chelsea's mix of servitude and attitude was written and Rio was just smitten to begin with.

Good sex scenes, but still prefer the Daddy Dom's 😁

Touching Ink - Nov 2020, June 2023

Decided to read this one next because I love some Little stories and this has a lg and lb!!!! This is the first story of the Touch series I've read (other than Touching Truth from the complete series), so I didn't know the other characters other than the blurbs of the previous books and it was fine. You do obviously miss out of Dylan and Cade's background and Gabriella and her ex-boyfriend which is in other books, but it was explained enough that I got it.

I was in the mood for some Little stories and having both a lg and lb really piqued my interest and this story did not disappoint. It was hot AF!! Seriously this is some serious daddy kink!! Loved it. I really wish there was more with all three of them, the few scenes were crazy hot.

Loved the extra epilogue as well Winning Touch, it was a nice way to close up these three (although more more and more would have been nice)

The Winning Touch - Nov 2020, June 2023
I read this for Dylan, Cade and Gabby and it was a nice way to finish up their story and see some other characters (which I haven't read their stories yet).

The entire TOUCH series that includes the 6 novellas and novels that can be read as standalone, but they also interconnect:
Look but Don’t Touch, Twice the Touch, A Touch to Surrender, A Touch of Trouble, Comforting Touch, and Touching Ink.

The bonus material includes the story of Darius’ brother Ryan (pain submissive/slave), and his two partners, Angel and Greg (sadists doms) and it's a very powerful addition.

Touch, what can I say, it has a little bit of every kink you can think of. These intertwined stories will heat up the kindle and warm up your heart. This collection of stories will have you looking over your shoulder making sure no one is looking. Cara Dee never fails to give a good story but with this story she gave everything. This is a great story of finding happiness and love when it falls into place. Cara Dee draws you into the kinky world of Switch. The heat from this story will have you shifting in your seat from the D/L relationships to the m/m/f relationships there is a little something for everyone. This book is not for the weak of heart or those that are easily offended or have tender sensibilities. These collective stories will heat up your reader and all the couples will make you embrace your inner kink. Love is never black and white and who said that it was normal never lived outside the box. I cannot say anything that wasn’t true about these stories. They are so worth reading and embracing. Cara Dee never disappoints with the heat and a very well written book.

I've had Touch: The Complete Series on my Kindle for quite a while, but haven't read it, until now. Not sure why, considering that Cara Dee is one of my favorite authors! I enjoyed all the novels, some more than others, and the sexytimes are smokin' ... holy hell. Even when the kinks didn't align with my own... wowza.

I rated the individual main novels on their pages, but I'm also rating the bundle, here, because there are extra scenes and insights in the bundle and I wanted to talk about the various relationships and dynamics just a little bit.

Relationships:
Nicholas Ford, Kayla Brandon (DD/lg) - There are a few stories in this collection dedicated to Nicholas and Kayla. Kayla is a delightful little brat when she wants to be and very precocious. I enjoyed their dynamic quite a lot.

Ryan Quinn, Angel Quinn, Greg Cooper (DD/lg, DD/s) - This dynamic is a little more complex. Ryan and Angel have a DD/lg dynamic going on, but with Greg, both Ryan and Angel are rather sadistic Tops and Greg is a total maso bottom. I decided to read this series after meeting Ryan in the Auctioned series. This trio was my least favorite, however.  I never really understood, or felt, what it was that Ryan and Angel felt for Greg. He was so closed off when their story took off, and Greg and Angel already had feelings for him. I'm glad they found their way, though. We see Greg finally accept himself and his family during the course of this series.

Marc Cooper, Brayden Zeagler, Evangeline Lacroix (D/ss) - This was my favorite relationship in the series. I loved how Marc took Brayden and Evangeline, who were already a couple, under his wing. Their chemistry was great. They were a joy to read about and their kink was right up my tree...mostly. They're sexy, loving, and wonderful!

Rio Kelly, Chelsea Dunn (M/s) - This was almost a second chance romance with a huge helping of kink. 24/7 Master/slave ... man, I gotta hand it to Chelsea. No way could I do that.

Cade Kingsley, Dylan Reaves, Gabriella Bellandi (DD/lb/lg) - It took Cade a bit longer than I think it should have, to see his own flaws and faults, but that just made him more human to me. Dylan and Gabriella were exactly what Cade needed and vice versa. They won me over, and in the end I was convinced of their commitment to one another, and had images of rather kinky Disney characters in my brain. Like Tinkerbelle wielding a whip. You know, totally mundane stuff lol.

I first discovered Cara Dee several years ago through her Touch series so was extremely excited when I found out she would be rereleasing it in a new box set with added content.

The Touch series focuses on nine people who are all involved with the Touch BDSM club. We get a taste of a number of various fetishes and relationship types including DD/lg and ménage. What works so well with this series is that you don't only get to witness sexy bdsm scenes and interesting characters. The plots and storylines are filled with emotion and you will find yourself rooting for all of the people involved. My favorite relationships in the series are probably between Nicholas and Kayla (the DD/lg couple) and Mark, Brayden and Evangeline (the latter two are a couple who are both extremely submissive and Mark makes the perfect Dom for the pair once everyone works through their emotional hangups). We also have Rio and Chelsea who have a second chance relationship storyline Dylan, Cade and Gabriella (with some more Daddy Dom and complicated emotions through in for good measure). You'll probably be hard pressed to find a favorite as you read. What is especially exciting for anyone already familiar with the series is all the extra added content! We get a brand new novella and everyone has shiny new added epilogues! This is a fabulous BDSM series new fans will love and previous fans will be excited to rediscover.

This series was FAB. No one writes kink like Cara does. This was brilliant.

Since I read Auction first, I got to know Ryan that way. Getting his back story was awesome. And who knew Greg was so different in the beginning vs. the end. He grew the most as a character. I need more of Angel, Ryan and Greg!

All of the characters had their challenges to overcome and it was beautiful the way they did it.
Kink and love. Hot, so hot.

Logiquement, Touch of Surrender a eu ma préférence !

I've chose to read this bind-up (re-release), because it had some extra content and I really wanted to read the story of Greg/Ryan/Angel. I was curios about Darius (from Auctioned) brother Ryan. And the only way to get that was to read this edition. And I got what I wanted. I got maybe more than I wanted. lol
Caution - pretty much whole book is heavy on kink. And I mean heavy. So be cautious about that, and if it's not your thing - maybe skip this book.
It is a long series and the bind-up edition comes with over 700 pages. After some time I've noticed over and over again the same words, pet names/endearments, the repeat of same sentences, same expressions just used by different people and I got annoyed by it. It made me feel like author found something that works and kept using it in every situation not bothering to think of something new.
Apart from the things I mentioned earlier, I loved the characters (some more than others) and I really enjoyed friendships, family and love they all had for each other.

I rated each story separately, but overall thoughts on the series

I loved Rio and Chelsea.

I think Dylan deserved better treatment.

I did not realize Inwould have such an about face for Greg's character.

Kayla was annoying after a while.

I loved that Brayden was able to become who he wanted to be and was strong enough to overcome his history.

Ryan and Angel knew that Greg was coming from a bad place, but they punished him anyway because they liked it.

Owner is an awkward AF title, not because of connotation, but it just sounds awkward AF.

I didnt know that there was such a thing SLRN.

So, yeah.

This book is the complete Touch Series with some extra stories to fill in some blanks and give you some extra kink. The book is definitely for 18+ with heavy BDSM and alternative lifestyles/relationships. I definitely found through the series I was getting attached to the characters as I loved that the same characters were throughout the series and they all formed relationships/friendships out of the club Switch.

1) Look but Don't Touch

Nicholas Ford owns 5 clubs and his baby is his BDSM club. Yet lately he is being pressured to settle down and marry someone so he has been denying his "Daddy" side. When he meets Kayla Brandon at his club he knows he wants her but he can't touch due to being in a vanilla relationship with Amanda Stevens.

Yet when fate happens to swing in Nicholas's favor will he get the woman he wants and the lifestyle too?

This book is a short novella to introduce us to Switch and some of the "players" in the series. I like Nicholas not cheating on Amanda but must admit that I am not a huge fan of the DD/lg stuff.

That being said I enjoyed the book still and I think those who enjoy the DD/lg scenarios would really enjoy this book.

I think Kayla is going to be a great character as you can see that she enjoys testing the limits and having lots of fun!

2) Twice the Touch

Mark Cooper is divorced and a bartender at Switch. He grew up with parents in an alternative lifestyle and he has chosen to follow his own path, unlike his 3 brothers who live on the straight and narrow. He is asked one night by Nicholas to assist two beginners with their scene.

Brayden Zeagler and Evangeline Lacroix are new to the BDSM lifestyle. Brayden grew up thinking that a heterosexual vanilla relationship is the only way to be normal and he fights through other feelings that he has. Will Mark be able to break down Brayden's walls so the three can develop something more?

I enjoyed this book and getting to know Mark, Brayden and Evangeline. It was also interesting getting a quick glimpse of Mark's brother, Greg who seems like a total ass.

I liked that Brayden and Evangeline knew they needed some help and appreciated Mark but it's totally unclear about how far Brayden will go due to his insecurities and brain washing from his dad. You can tell that Evangeline is a great person and so dedicated to Brayden but is very attracted to Mark as well and wants a little more.

I'm definitely curious to see what's next for these three!!

3) Touch to Surrender

Brayden Zeagler knows he is bisexual but that doesn't mean he's going to act on it due to the brainwashing he has received from his dad that it is completely wrong. Yet when he and his girlfriend, Evangeline Lacroix, end up doing some scenes with Mark Cooper he knows and wants something more but still won't act on it.

Will Mark and be able to show Brayden that it isn't wrong to deny who you really are and that you need to be yourself above all else?

This book is a lot deeper than the other books as it looks into more of the psychological aspects of being different and not conforming to society's rules and beliefs. Brayden's dad knew that Brayden was bisexual but opposed it and told him how wrong it was and so Brayden fought the person he really was.

Mark gradually was able to show Brayden that it wasn't wrong through showing him a scene with two people in love and gradually gained his complete trust. I loved watching the change in Brayden and how he finally was able to be true to himself.

4) Touch of Trouble

Kayla Brandon is engaged to Nicholas Ford and extremely happy that she has found a partner in her life as well as her lifestyle. She is also extremely interested in being a matchmaker and helping Nicholas expand Switch.

But when Nicholas believes that it is time for Kayla to make amends with her family will she obey him or will she rebel?

This book is almost an update on Kayla and Nicholas and also a preview to the next couple of books.

It was fun to see the conversations between Kayla and her cousins Amanda and Amber with how much they don't like each other. I am definitely glad that Kayla got the guy!!

I also loved the competition between Cade and Dylan against Kayla and Nicholas - it was so funny!!

The ending with Greg Cooper was definitely interesting and we'll see where that one goes.

5) Comforting Touch

Chelsea Dunn has just moved to San Francisco to be with her best friend Kayla Brandon. Little does she know that the man who changed her life 10 years ago is there and that their brief encounter all those years ago changed his life as well.

Rio Kelly is through with being attached to a woman but when he sees Chelsea again part of him wants to control her and be the Dom for her.

When Chelsea attends a party at Rio's place how far will Rio go to prevent her being with any man other than him and when a huge misunderstanding occurs will they be able to pick up the broken pieces?

This book is a little different than the others as it involves the slave/owner part of BDSM. I wasn't too sure what to expect but the book explains everything well and shows that it is completely consensual and nothing too crazy and out there.

I liked learning about Chelsea's past and the impact that Rio made when they first met.

The next book looks interesting with Dylan, Cade and Gabriella!

6) Touching Ink

Cade Kingsley is missing his "boy" Dylan for the past three months since Dylan returned to Texas and won't return any of his calls and messages. Cade pushed him away when he thought that he didn't want an exclusive relationship but now realizes he made a mistake. But Cade is not the only one hurting and soon he sees that Gabriella misses Dylan too and is hurting without him.

But as Cade begins to help Gabriella pick up the pieces of her life he realizes that he has feelings for her but hasn't gotten over Dylan yet. When they learn the truth about what is happening with Dylan will they be able to convince Dylan to come home with them?

This book was one of my favorites in the series although it deals with a dominant Daddy/little girl/ and a middle boy. Some of the sex scenes still were weird to me but once got past the "scene" I enjoyed the relationships that were developing.

I wasn't too sure on how I felt about Cade due to the way he was shown in previous books but I think he ended up being one of my favorite Dom's at the end. I liked the way he was able to help both Gabriella and Dylan pick up the pieces of their lives by caring about them and making them feel comfortable.

Gabriella was rebelling from her previous relationship and she found herself in so much trouble and that led her to Cade. The two were able to develop a relationship gradually when both realized that they had feelings for the other. She was able to get herself refocused on what she wanted to do thanks to Cade and his support.

Dylan was one of my favorite characters and in this book everything he has been striving for is taken away from him and he feels as though he lost it all. This book really looks at his emotional lows and how he is struggling to deal with it all. When he opens up to Cade and then to Gabriella you can see that he needs the love he has been missing and also needs to know that he is accepted for having feelings for more than one person.

I hope that Cade can get through to Dylan and refocus his dreams!

7) Behind The Scenes - Touching the Truth

This story introduces us to Greg Cooper and the secrets that he has been hiding from everyone in his life. Greg feels like he needs to be punished for his thoughts and turns to Ryan and Angel Quinn but Greg has been lying to them about why he is really there.

When Greg is confronted by Angel will he deal with how he truly feels?

This story looks at Greg and his past and why he feels like he deserves to be punished and then how he goes to try and figure out what he really wants and how to feel comfortable in his own skin.

8) Behind the Scenes - The First Touch

This is the first real meeting between Dylan Reaves and Cade Kingsley and how their relationship begins.

9) Behind The Scenes - Losing His Touch

When Rio Kelly first sees Chelsea his reaction isn't what you think it's going to be.

10) Behind The Scenes - The Touch of a Sadist

Ryan Quinn misses Greg Cooper and he decides to try something new with his wife, Angel.

11) Behind The Scenes - Out of Touch

Mark Cooper is approached by Ryan Quinn about his brother, Greg. Mark and Greg are ready to have a talk and figure their relationship out.

12) Behind the Scenes - Symbolic Touches

Kayla Ford contacts Greg Cooper in order to put the past behind them and the different aspects of a Dominant Daddy/little girl lifestyle and other things about Switch.

13) Behind the Scenes - Touched by Ever After

Rio Kelly and his girlfriend Chelsea do a demonstration involving vacuum bags/beds and Chelsea gets some surprising news.

14) Epilogue - The Winning Touch

The epilogue takes place 4 years down the road where Dylan is competing in his first Ironman World Championship in Hawaii.

This catches us up to date with all of the characters from the series and lets the reader know how everyone is doing.

This is my first encounter with the author Cara Dee. Her book--The Touch series focuses on nine people who are all involved with the Touch BDSM club. It is full of emotions, actions and angst through this series with all the characters involved. We also get a taste of a number of various fetishes and also of the relationship types including DD/lg and ménage. You get to follow along in these stories of alternate lifestyles and relationships which include BDSM. Also what is great is all the characters are somehow tied together and have formed friendship bonds and are there for one another in their lifestyle. What could have been better was, some of the stories could have had a little more to them---like I truly wanted more of the couple of some introduced- like the characters introduced in the story Touch of Trouble and the characters in the story Touching Ink .

Overall this is a beautiful and touching story with characters that I wish had more books on them. I loved their stories and I would love that if they had more books written about them. I highly recommend this box set of stories.

This was a smorgasbord of kink. Everything from age play to puppy/kitty play, with a side or two of ménage. Loved it.

I really like how you see each relationship progress, even though each novella focused on a different couple or triad. I also liked that each triad was equal, where the men were just as committed to each other as they were to the woman in the relationship. I also liked how some couples/triad had more than one story, but different narrators.

I would definitely suggest buying this, because it’s cheaper than buying them separately, also it includes extras (including a series epilogue),that you’d miss otherwise. Also, I think they make the story better.

This was like reading porn and I absolutely loved it because it was so realistic and not like all those romanticized D/s stories! If you’re into kink, this is definitely a read for you! I highly recommend this book, which was a major turn on. So keep some spare panties close by. =P

This was my first book by this author and although I originally only planned to read the first story and the others in between other books, I got hooked on this kinky world and those very intriguing characters that I couldn’t stop reading until I turned the last page in this series.
I can only say WOW! This compilation contains six novellas and numerous outtakes and behind the scenes moments in between those stories, but they're all happening in one world and following the same timeline. They were woven into each other like in those movies with multiple storylines such as Love Actually, Valentine’s Day or Happy New Year. Since the main characters were friends or family members, they all knew each other or got to know one another throughout the series.
Each novella and story had a different length and followed different characters but they were all more or less present throughout the series.
I loved this concept so much because it gave the whole thing a lot of depth to get to know the secondary characters of the novellas as if they were also main characters, which they ultimately actually were.

All those stories together made for a fantastically created world and an amazing experience. I loved this book full of kink, friendship, love, and more.
It was kinky and a lot of porn in the first half but got a bit more romantic and lengthy in the second half, although there were still enough hot sex scenes. But there was definitely a shift emotionally.

This series had the kinkiest and most realistic scenes I’ve ever read so far and now I’m addicted! I need more!!

Even if you’ve read the 6 novellas already, it’s absolutely worth getting this boxset for the added outtakes and behind the scenes stories. Especially when you loved the characters of the books and want to know more about them, this is more than just a treat, this is awesome! I wish authors would do this more often because it happens a lot that I love the secondary characters as much as the main ones and wish for them to get at least a short story as well.

There’s something for everyone in this boxset. Cute and bratty Littles, hot dominating Doms, insubordination, submissive males and females, ménage, bondage, all kinds of kink, even breath-play.

This was definitely the kinkiest book I’ve ever read and I will absolutely read it again.

This was my first experience with Cara Dee, I'm hooked. The way she develops characters and storylines in such a small amount of pages is incredible. I have fallen in love with this series. It's dramatic, suspenseful at times, angsty, kinky, but mostly filled with love. Meet the people of Switch and fall in love.

I really enjoyed how all the stories are woven together. They just kept getting better. We get a wide variety of dynamics, kinks, and poly relationships. This was just so readable, I didn't realise it was over 700 pages. Greg and Dylan are the standout characters for me, but every story is worth reading.

I gave this book 4.5 stars!!

This is the complete Touch Series. There are some extra stories with some extra kink. Follow along the world of BDSM in these stories of alternate lifestyles and relationships. I love how from the first story to the last we get to see how each get their own story but how they all form a friendships in their lifestyle.

Dee's writing style is flawless and engaging and I couldn't turn the pages fast enough. I have read several authors that have wrote BDSM, while they were good. I found Dee's writing to be better in details. I found some of the stories could have had a little more to them(wanted more of the couple). While others were longer, I still was craving more. If your looking for some Handsome, sexy as hell silver foxes, and some BDSM, look no further....grab a copy and start reading.

In general, I think this is a pretty good collection. We have different characters from different part of life with unique struggles and wishes while trying for BDSM relationships. We also have some more unusual relationships represented than older male Dom / young female sub which is such a relief.
While it is very obvious the author seems to favour age gaps and tops who can read their new bottoms a little bit to well, it's easy enough to overlook.
I would say my favourite story by far is Touching Truth followed by Touch to Surrender. I was least intersted in Kayla's stories or her machinations behind the scenes.

Look But Don't Touch:★★★✩✩
My opinion hasn't changed much from last year. It's not really my cup of tea and it just progressed too quickly.

Touching Truth Part I:★★★★✩
Damn, now this more up my alley. It was also a really well-done display how having a kinky arrangement can be safe to a degree even if one party is not entirely honest and how trust can be built up without you really realizing. I feel for Greg.

Twice the Touch:★★★✩✩
Pretty good. Lina and Brayden have a lovely relationship and it makes for an interesting setup. I was not as impressed with their first scene (but it was a bit remedied in later chapters). The discussion of Brayden's sexuality and his struggles with well done.

Touch to Surrender:★★★★✩
Brayden finally getting what he wants and deserves.

Touching Truth Part II: ★★★★✩
I am so hyped to get the rest of this. Greg is such an interesting character and his arrangement with Ryan and Angel *chef's kiss*

Touch of Trouble: ★★★✩✩
While Kayla is not my favourite character, I really loved the growth you can see in this and how far she has come with Nicholas. Maybe moving a bit too fast for me still but I get it.

The First Touch: ★★★✩✩
This was cute. Dylan and Cade certainly have chemistry

Loosing His Touch: ★★★✩✩
I personally felt this was not really necessary or could have been included in their novel? I feel like it was pretty well established that Chelsea's first contact with Rio was - unique.

Touching Truth Part III: ★★★★★
Greg, my poor boy. Fuck him up and fix him, pretty please.

The Touch of a Sadist: ★★★★★
Ryan Quinn can also push my limits. Jesus Christ.

Comforting Touch: ★★★★✩
Also a new favourite. Both the exploration of their past and Chelsea's brand of bottoming was just very nice to read about. Since she is experienced as well, it gave a new spin.

Touch Truth Part IV: ★★★★✩
This was so close to perfect, it's killing me. I also want more of Tess now, okay?

Out of Touch: ★★★★✩
A heartfelt conversation between brothers. Dearly needed for Mark and Greg.

Touching Ink: ★★★✩✩
I am torn on this one. I loved many aspects of the story, like both Dylan and Cade having messed up, Gabrielle complicating things and then the slow fix. But I had also wished this wasn't the third story to end up in a perfect triad. And by then it was also another sexual Little plot. It's kind of unfair to hold it against one book, but I was a bit tired of it at that point.

Symbolic Touches: ★★★★✩
A very necessary conversation that was handled pretty well. Both Kayla and Greg were perfect in this.

Touched by the Ever After: ★★★★✩
Hot. Rio hot. Chelsea hot. Nuff said.

Touching Truth Part V: ★★★★✩
I loved this okay but I wanted a scene with them and proper aftercare okay? I just wanted more.

The Winning Touch: ★★★✩✩
A nice end to this rollercoaster of feelings.

Methinks I'll have to buy this book so it's available for rereading, lots and lots of rereading. (It was a KU borrow.) This is a series compilation of several couples and throuples, most of which are a Dom or Daddy and one or two Littles and/or subs, both male and female.

Most of my followers know I now read MM almost exclusively but I do read Cara Dee no matter which mix of MCs she features. I originally only wanted to read Ryan Quinn's story but his wife Angel is a big part of it and assists in the conquering (for lack of a better word) of their submissive, Greg Cooper. That story has several vignettes, outtakes, interspersed with other stories that I decided to read, starting with the story of Mark Cooper, Greg's brother. I fell down the rabbit hole then and also read Cade Kingsley's story, and Nick and Kayla, owners of the BDSM club where much of the action takes place.

All I can say is this was a fantastic series. BDSM lovers should definitely enjoy this and if you've never read BDSM, don't hesitate to get your feet wet with this one. Each couple and poly group's story can be read individually so if one form of BDSM doesn't interest you, another surely will. Cara Dee creates real people. I know this because I met Ryan in the Auctioned series and again in the Renegades series (starting with Tango Down) and I simply had to know more about him and his family. By the way, if you are shadowing him, he appears again in Cara's newest: Remade. I'm so happy to have finally gotten to know him better.

Highly recommended!

This is the complete Touch series and while I was a little intimidated by reading the whole series in one book I worked out well.

I love most of the characters in this book although I felt some stories were stronger than others. Nicholas and Kayla are a sweet, fun couple who are really at the center of this series. Nicholas owns a bunch of clubs, one of which is a BDSM club. There he and his friends create a safe environment for those who live this lifestyle. I enjoyed their story.

Mark, one of Nicholas's friends, meets Evangeline and Brayden when they come to the club for the first time to learn more about the lifestyle. This is one of my favorite stories within this series. I love the dynamic between the three characters and how Mark helps Brayden understood what his needs are while still respecting the relationship that Brayden has with Evangeline. Which in turn makes the relationship between Evangeline and Mark to grow.

Cara has a fabulous way of writing universes that seem plausible and intertwin in the way they might in the real world. Which is why seeing the beginning so the Ryan, Angel and Greg triad was so fun for me to read. Since I have read other books within the world, seeing this story unfold was top notch for me because I already love Ryan so much.

Chelsea and Rio are probably my least favorite characters within this series. I actually think it is because I am not totally into their kinks and so reading about them is sometimes difficult for me. With that said, I did enjoy their dynamic and how they over come the misunderstanding that they had years before.

Cade, Dylan, and Gabriella made me cry. Dylan and Cade were heart breaking beautiful in their love for each other and Cade's fear from past experiences. I love the way the book ends with everyone coming together.

I can't wait to see if Cara writes more about these characters.

After FSOG, I tried to stay clear of BDSM books for so long due to so many disappointments and wannabes. Look But Don’t Touch sparked my curiosity while I was listening to the Read Me Romance Podcast . That podcast let me to go online and found Touch: The Complete Series .

I had so much fun following the bunch of friends that were bonded by the BDSM lifestyle. I got a taste of various kinks including but not limited to DD/LG, master/slave, puppy/kitten play, MMF ménage, bondage, breathing play and corporal punishment play. The ideas of the series were so refreshing. Each novella focused on a different couple/trio. Besides the BDSM aspect, there were true relationship and real life problems that each couple/trio had to face and overcome. There was a perfect balance between romance and erotica in each story. All the stories are somewhat interlinked and I liked that the stories, behind the scenes and epilogues were place in the correct reading order so the events within each stories made sense. I loved the series epilogue at the end which let us see how everyone was doing after their initial happily ever after.

I truly enjoyed this enticing and refreshing series. I loved this box set and I believe it is the best way to indulge in a little kink in your everyday life.

I want to give this one star

The reason I want to give this one star is because most people in this day n age want the best, but always enjoy seeing the bad, right? You want amazing food, so you read reviews, but you're a sadistic shite monkey who enjoys seeing the nasty snarky comments people leave, so you check out the one n two star reviews, to see how bad they are, n maybe laugh while you cringe. Its ok, no judgement, I do it too! But do I give a one star review? Because these stories are amazing, n I want people to read the heck outta them so we get tons more of these stories? Or do I give the five stars that are deserved, because I read a ton of DDLG, and this is now in my top three, nope, gotta be honest, top two, of DDLG authors. I give the five stars, because I'm a good little sub, who loves being nice, n since I love getting rewards, I like giving them too. Reading your books reminded me why I love living this lifestyle, n to anyone reading these books, yes, the DDLG lifestyle IS this amazing! Thanks Cara Dee! Now I'm gonna go see if me leaving such a nice review earned me a new stuffie. Shhhhhhhh, don't tell,ok? Just read these freaking books! Its like you step into the DDLG world as soon as you start reading, though, so be prepared to pout when you come back to boring adult land.

This is more than your average kink story. There's definitely plenty of kink on all types but more than that there's an actual storyline. It truly highlights relationships.

One thing I will mention is that this looks at several different relationships in a timeline so you'll get snapshots as you go along. That gives plenty of time to really delve into the story.

Cara Dee does an excellent job at character development. This is one of my favorite parts of her as an author. You get to actually understand the characters, what drives them and see relationships grow. Her world building is extremely detailed so you fully understand what is going on and feel like you are right there with the characters.

As for storyline, that's the major point. There actually is a plot. Many kink books are more erotica and while this definitely has plenty of kinky, sexy stories, it gives an actual story. You'll fall in love with the characters because she grabs your attention with the story, adds depths to the characters and world and then keeps you fully engaged.

5 Stars for a kinky, sexy full story! Highly recommend!

I really enjoyed this series. It was either a lot of short stories or one really long one from multiple POV's depending on how you want to look at it. Since one story was not the end for the couple and the whole book has a linear progression over time I saw this as just one long story.

I will say depending on your personal kinks there could be some trigger moments in the story. The second to last story was that way for me and I found I could not actually complete it because it was sending me into a panic attack. I too easily drop into the sub's mindset when reading these stories so I really could not get through that one.

I enjoyed the dd/lg element. So nice to see it done with littles who can be treated like adults at times, not forced to wear diapers, and that there was even a Middle aged. This is much more my style of dd/lg stories than the majority of what is out there.

I liked the characters and all the different aspects of BDSM that they represent.

It was nice to have the epilogue and the end, that was a nice gathering of all of the characters and a nice closing for the book.

I had read this book before it was in a series I'm pleased to see that the author has added more to some characters and gave Greg a story of his own. That story was unexpected considering what happen that one night. I'm glad he is happy and accepts himself. Kayla & Nick the ones who started my fasination with littles and daddy doms it was pleasure reading their journey again and how a power couple they are. Then Mark and his kitten and pup i was excited to visit them again to see how they are dealing. The reason why I wanted read this again was because of Cade's & Dylan's story. I felt like before she gave us a tease what really went on and now I got the full picture. i hope we get more from these couples like a bonus epilogue in the future or novella? Who know but, well done to that author for adding more to a story instead of taking away from it i thinks it has made it better.

ARC was provided by the author in exchange for an honest review.
