Devil in the Kitchen

Rate this book
When Ian Devilish loses a bet to his twin brother, he didn’t expect to end up on a reality cooking show. Shame he can’t cook. The one bright spot is that he’s teamed up with a pretty little female - and now he’s going from a simmer to a full-on burn.

Laughter makes the world go around, love makes it sweet, and the Devilish clan of men make it a very hot and entertaining ride!

A fast, fun steamy read.

Ang Kemp is an Aussie who likes to walk on the crazy-fun-hot side of the keyboard now and again. Sometimes she has a very circumspect humour and imagination which she likes to intermittently let out of the lock box. When not wallowing happily in Devilish men, she does other stuff like working the day job, trying not to swear, running around after her cats, reading, laughing at dirty jokes and procrastinating.

She’s especially good at the last bit.

HAHAHAHAH!!! Now this story you WILL laugh. My favorite line, “What the f is a Deviled Egg?” Oh my word. Now I have a rule, if it’s under 100 pages I won’t spend more than $1.99 on a book. However, I am a huge fan of this author so I figured I would take a chance. I’m glad I did. I laughed throughout the book, and that’s all I really ask for this a story. Now for this story, take Ian who can’t cook and send him to be a contestant on a reality cooking TV show… what could go wrong? Even with the price tag, I say give the book a chance, the enjoyment is well worth it. I can’t wait for more.

"Devil In A Kitchen" will have you gasping for air it's that funny! I haven't laughed so hard over a novel in a long time.

"Devil In the Kitchen" (Devilish Men #1) by Ang Kemp is a story filled with fun, humor, sarcasm and is a little bit naughty in places too! Blended together this book is a very tempting read for anyone who enjoys their men to be a little devilish!

In the 1st installment of "Devilish Men", the Devil brothers heat up the pages, as the brothers prank each other. Sexy and rugged brother Ian Devilish learns the hard way how far his brothers will go to set him up to look bad. Of all things Ian isn't is an expert in the kitchen like his twin. The plot gets explosive as Ian is forced to take on the dare from his twin brother, to appear on a cooking show. But it isn't just the cooking that has Ian all hot and tense!

NO SPOILERS! One scene in particular will have you laughing along with the story line. Hint - the front cover partially details some of the main ingredients for the scene. With humorous antidotes, sexy characters and a kitchen set, combined with a Devilish brother and a gorgeous woman, what could possibly go right. It really is the must read scene of the book.

I enjoyed this book from start to end, and can't wait for Ang Kemp to tempt us with the next Devilish Men installment.

Absolutely hysterical!

This book was dirty and funny. Not just funny, but the funny where you're laughing and your drink will shoot out your nose. Ian lost a bet and has to join a cooking show. His partner, Rachel, doesnt cook either. It is just one mess.up after another. Just funny!

This was a very entertaining quick read.
I love the mix of humour and romance and Ms Kemp did a fantastic job.
Ian and Rachel were a hoot.
I can't wait for books about the rest of the Devilish clan.
