Good for what it is, but, I prefer an actual novel.

This was a cute little book! I wasn't sure what to expect when I put it on hold, but I surprisingly loved it.
The format the book is written reminds me of a magazine- but without all the ads and fluff.
The half page of wordage and half photograph really is eye catching and I loved the use of color to make quotes pop.
The photographs though! By far my favorite part. I'm very visual and I've always had a passion for photography/art. I think the full page photos really help capture the world of Star Wars and help bring it to life.
I only skimmed through the words and found myself reading more on the half pages on specific characters, but thought what I did digest was well written and perfect for catching up on the universe if you're not a huge fan or need a refresher!

Looks a little rushed at times. Words spelled differently on different pages, typos, and grammar mistakes. The storytelling is a quick overview of the story up until Rogue One, which is nice. Overall, this book has a nice design.

Great pictures and summaries of the major and minor players, locations, and plot arcs leading up to and in Rogue One.
