Such a cute story. Pastel didn't want to be in 'THAT' marriage so she made some changes through the medium of the internet. I loved the plot and the illustrated indirect speech in italics. Very clever got me on the protagonist's side and the ending made me sigh with grateful resignation. This short story has come in a real treat for me during lockdown.
4.5 stars This is a delightfully satisfying love story. The characters' quest is serious but they do not take themselves too seriously, which makes them immensely likable. While the plot is straightforward, perhaps verging on predictable, the author steers clear of cliches and writes with understated wit and humour--and kindness.
