—>>> Review Rating: 3.5 out of 5 stars - Hayleigh was Stats prof Rowen Henderson’s pick as the student that semester, and maybe this time he will win for the third time against his stiffest competitor, Lit prof Keiran Michaels. While Rowen was able to keep his head in the game and keep it strictly a numbers game, going through all the hoops to gain points for the game, something about Hayleigh took the playing to a whole other level, especially when he cannot help but become more involved with her as she is on the receiving end of more than one threat. Things take a turn into a more suspenseful plot, and playing “all in” - their hearts - might just get them both burned.

I gotta say, this book was everything and nothing like I expected. I could not put it down once I started it and did not want it to end when I got there!
An utterly engaging story-line that grabs you right from the start, keeping you engrossed throughout.

The book is a good romantic suspense read. The story has a good story line. The characters are good, and they have good chemistry.

The stakes are high in this NA romantic suspense read. It's well-written, intriguing, and neatly wrapped up at the end, and a bit predictable.

I honestly love this book so much. I love its genre and the way it was written. I find myself revisiting my favorite parts every single day. It was short, but I honestly think that the way the ending was written was perfect by itself.
