Interesting concepts. Could use with quite a bit of editing, though, especially the last chapter. The author doesn't seem to even know the English language near the end of the book. Not groundbreaking literature but definitely a help.

I definitely find the strategies and encouraging tone in the book a plus for helping me stay accountable to myself and a fasting regimen. I can see myself coming back to this one every now and then for some extra support and motivation.
