Wonderful, delightful, an inspiring read. I loved the introduction & dedication as well. This book and it’s recipes are full of passion and excitement. I recommend Plant Lab to all who love good food in its wholesome unadulterated state. There is no boredom here! I consider the recipes first rate, gourmet even & beautiful!
This book has got fantastic but rather time consuming recipes. More likely to do some of them for a dinner party than as an everyday fare. What I find absolutely infuriating about it is its organization. Why on earth and who got a stupid idea of putting separately pictures and separately recipes??? Not even in a correct order...

This is indeed a book of vegan Gastronomy, mostly with incredibly intricate recipes with a lots of different steps and sophisticated ornaments. The pictures are beautiful, a tad too hipster sometimes for my taste.
