I literally can’t comprehend how this book doesn’t have a million more reviews … this was so good. I will have a more comprehensive review soon but … MAN !?

A bit of a rarity, perhaps, this one: written by a homosexual author, with a homosexual protagonist/narrator and a rather camp subject, neither the book nor the narrator themselves come off as camp. A less explicit, more Aickmanesque ending would have made it a classic.
