Elizabeth Jane is a nineteen year old virgin who still lives at home with her overly religious controlling mother. When her mom catches her pleasuring herself, she takes her to see the family doctor for a 'purity' exam. What Elizabeth Jane's mother doesn't know is it was Dr. Monroe she thinking about when she got caught. Dr. Monroe realizes that Elizabeth Jane's mother is acting her usual bizarre self with her request for him to exam Elizabeth Jane both physically & mentally. But what Dr. Monroe does is more than exam his patient, he starts a sexual relationship & finds himself wanting more from Elizabeth Jane. He is usually not affected by a need to get close to the women he is with but Elizabeth Jane is different & he can't get her out of his system. During one of their 'office visits' Elizabeth Jane's mother walks into the exam room & sees more than she is suppose to. Dr. Monroe makes up a story that they're now engaged to settle down her mom & the other doctors at his practice. But when he wants the engagement to be real, it isn't sure of how to make that happen.

Dr Fake Fiancé by Juliana Conners a five-star read that isn’t a fake. This is a virgin and billionaire romance, it is a standalone, but I really hope we see are of these characters, there are some great characters in this novel. There are the main couple Elizabeth Jane Suttell and Dr Derek Monroe they have been doctor and patient for many years, and for many years Elizabeth Jane has fantasised about Dr Monroe but these are thoughts that she feels she shouldn’t have been having as she has a very strict religious mom. The Doctor knows he shouldn’t be wanting to do rude things with his patient but he can’t help himself. Doctor Derek has his own set of rules, they seem to be the only ones he follows as he hates rules set by others and goes out of his way to break them. One of his rules was to not fall in love but in the end, can he follow his own rules? Or will Little Liz make him break them?

Let me say first off that I am very sad that I never had a family doctor like Dr. Derek Monroe! So hot and horny ... :) At the heart of the story is a dysfunctional family damaged by mental illness even though it is told in a lighter tone with very hot sex. There are a few things that could be considered offensive to some, including very descriptive intimate scenes, adult language, and mental abuse / controlling by parent. If you are offended by any of these situations, then this may not be the book for you.
Elizabeth Jane Suttell is a 19-year old college student lives a very lonely existence, as her mother constantly monitors what she does, what she studies, who she is in contact with, etc. and threatens to cut off her schooling and kick her out if she doesn't fall in line. She won't even let her go by a nickname and insists that she go by Elizabeth Jane instead of EJ or Liz, which is her personal favorite. During her elementary and high school years, she had her removed from any science course that mentioned evolution, so she would be very upset if she knew that one of Liz's classes was Evolutionary Psychology. Once she found Liz's diary and read it, she found it so bad that she destroyed it, and then had Liz prayed over and cleansed. Now she writes it down and then removes the pages before tearing them up so her Mother can't read them again, especially as her fantasies have grown over the years. Liz has never had sex, not even close, but she finds that older men turn her on.
Liz is know as the weird girl with the weird mom. This has been going on for so long it has become a self-fulfilled prophecy and no one ever approached her to talk or be friends, not even the people new to school or town. When exiting one of her last classes of the day, Diana starts talking to her. She sits by her in one of her classes, but she still surprises Liz when she starts talking to her. Diana is talking about how cute their professor is and how she has been fantasizing about him. Then she asks Liz about her thoughts and she decides not to hold back what she would like done to her. Liz tells her about wanting to be tied, whipped, with her a$$ squeezed while he called her his wh@re. Diana laughed and said she knew that Liz had it in her and she knew that she couldn't be the only one in class thinking about hot animal sex. Liz lets her know that she wants all of that and more, just not with their teacher. Then shortly after they started speaking, her mother pulled up, as she refuses to let liz ride a bus, drive, etc. and insists on dropping her off and picking her up as another form of control. As soon as she gets in the car, she wants to know what she and that trampy looking girl was talking about. Liz tells her it was about their class together, but obviously no detail.
Liz knows there is no way that she can be with the man of her dreams, and can't be with anyone until she is financially independent enough to get away from her mother and her threats to kick her out if she doesn't follow everything she says. The only avenue available to Liz currently is satisfying herself when her mother is asleep or away, so when she drops Liz off to go shopping, Liz goes to her room to take care of the "fire" her professor left when he gave today's lecture. Right before she finishes, her mother walk into her room. Liz tried to play it off, but her mother knew what she was doing and said that she was going to bring her to the doctor for a purity check and make sure she was mentally stable.
Shirley Suttell called the offices of Dr. Derek Monroe and explained what tests she was looking to have conducted. Derek has been having some issues with his partners ever since he had a fling with one of his departing nurses, even though she was the one that approached him. She didn't want it to stop even though it was agreed in the beginning that it would be only once. So he had paid her to go away so to speak, but now she was back again. She wanted him back and doesn't want to take no for an answer. Then he is interrupted by his nurse talking about Shirley Suttell, the crazy woman with the gorgeous daughter. He thinks she is talking about a physical, but since the daughter was so cute and would be at least 19 now, he tells his nurse to work her in for the next day. The business with the former nurse couldn't come at a worse time either, as him and his partners are in the process of working a deal to expand their chain practice into other states. If his sexual appetite looks like it is going to jeopardize the deal, then they can work to cut him out of it, even if he is the majority stakeholder. Then he thinks about Elizabeth Jane and hopes that he doesn't have the same type of feelings around her that he did before, or he could be in trouble. He has tried to tell himself that he just felt for her since her dad left her to be with her crazy mother, but had to admit it took a while for his heart and other things to go down when his nurse mentioned her.
The next day during the appointment, it seemed to Liz that her mother was flirting and making eyes at Dr. Monroe. Could it be that both of them have been fantasizing about the same man? Liz doesn't find it likely as her mother is the one always telling her that everyone is out to get her and that men are pigs. Then she starts explaining how she found her daughter masturbating and how she needs to be checked to make sure she is still pure. She also wants Dr. Monroe to do a mental assessment because surely there is something wrong with a girl that can't control her sexual desire until she is married. Can't help but wander what she expects, as she tells Liz that she can't have sex without marriage and that there are no men worth marrying, so does she expect her to remain a virgin her whole life?
Dr. Monroe keeps smiling when he looks at Liz and he tells Shirley that he will be happy to conduct a physical and mental exam on her daughter, but it could take a while and she needs to wait in the lobby. She is not happy about this, but finally leaves. So then he is talking with Liz and tells her to get undresses. Liz didn't react right away, as she was expecting it to be where she would undress by herself into the paper gown, the nurse would enter to take vitals, and then the doctor would knock on the door to make sure she was ready. But not that he would tell her to get undressed while he was there. Then he asks her if she has ever undressed in front of a man before? Liz shakes her head no. Then in a more authoratative tone he tell her to remove her shirt, which she does. Then he helps her with her bra and Liz removes her skirt, so she is left wearing her panties only. Dr. Monroe compliments her body and asks if anyone has ever touched her breasts, and after she confirms, he reaches out and cups ...

Horrible! This Dr basically molested this young girl and I couldn't make it through the book. Sorry not my cup of tea.

This story could have been fleshed out. Maybe it was the goal to have a super quick read, but it would have been nice to have more context/ explore the storyline more so. For instance, when the heroine decides she wants to write erotica with a friend on a whim (and it is never mentioned again), I would have liked some more information. Also, this shouldn't be classified an insta-love since the doctor has known our main character for years. My other main question is how can a family doctor be a billionaire, I'd understand millionaire (to a certain degree), but billionaire? I didn't comprehend that.
The best part of the book is how completely CRAZY the mother is. The dialogue surrounding this woman is hysterical.

Wow this was so freaking hot. Best doctor/patient story I have ever read! It should come with a warning not to read alone. I mean seriously. I need more books like this in my life. Yummy yummy! Elizabeth's mom is crazy and she has lived a suppressed life. Her mom takes her to their family doc to check and see if she's pure. Oh man is he thorough. Doesn't hurt he's the one she's always fantasized about. I will be rereading this book more than once ;)

An Awesome Read!
I loved reading Dr. Fake Fiancé, all about Elizabeth Jane Suttell a nineteen year old girl & Dr. Derek Monroe the family Doctor. Elizabeth's mom finds her in a compromising situation, when she walks into her bedroom unannounced. Upon finding her daughter this way she gets extremely upset and goes into her bedroom all annoyed and calls the Doctor to make an appointment for a Purity exam. She brings her daughter in the next day, for this intrusive exam. The doctor makes her mother wait in the waiting room, while he conducts the test. The author wrote a very interesting story that will have you turning pages until the very end! I thoroughly enjoyed reading this story! Along with the three other stories that follow for free in this set! It's all about the new Lawyer interns who are hired at the Law firm of Marks, Sanchez & Reed! Each of the partners have a special way they train and introduce the young Lawyer to the firm! This is also another great read buy this author, in its three book box set. So far everything I've read by this author is amazing, and she leaves you wanting more! If you have never read anything by her then this is your chance because, you get the main story and three additional stories for free in Kindle Unlimited. So take advantage, it's definitely worth your time!

For a short story this one had a lot going on. Shirley, Elizabeth Jane's mother, was something else. She took religious beliefs and paranoia to a whole new level! I wanted to reach into the book and slap her many times. Elizabeth Jane, or Liz, is surprisingly normal, even though she doesn't always think so. She is a healthy nineteen year old with very sexual curiosities and fantasies. Dr. Derek Monroe is older and a known playboy. He goes through women fast and is on thin ice with his business partners because of his behavior. Is Elizabeth Jane the one woman who can get him to change his ways? Will she ever be able to get out from under her controlling mother's grasp? Their relationship did move fast and it took until almost the end of the book for the title to make sense. However, it was a good quick read, especially if you like down and dirty with a lot of sex scenes.

Dr. Derek Monroe has a way with woman and always seems to find trouble when it comes to them. He's sexy, fun to be with, rich and has a big :-). Elizabeth Jane is a 19 year old virgin with a mother that is a bit crazy. She feels that Elizabeth has some issues and when she barges into her bedroom to find Elizabeth masturbating, her mother is appalled. She is all about God and thinks men are no good. Shirley calls Dr. Monroes office to schedule an appointment to make sure that Elizabeth is still a virgin and pure as well as getting her mental health checked out. Needless to say, both Derek and Elizabeth have always been attracted to each other. Will Derek do as Shirley asks or will he take this appointment to the next level? I'm not the type of reviewer to give the book away but this one is a fun, hot and sexy read that you will enjoy. I voluntarily read an Advanced Reader's Copy of this book. It's a must buy.

This is a fun, over-the top, super sexy doctor/patient fantasy. It's a quick, light read with tons of steam and I thought it was well done.
Dr. Monroe is the town's family doctor and Elizabeth's super strict and religious mother, demands that he perform a purity exam on Liz after she catches her busy between her bedroom sheets. Elizabeth has had a crush on the hot, older man for years, but the age difference and the fact that he's her family doctor made it just a wild fantasy. She never dreamed that he'd be attracted to her or that he'd be the one to finally take her virginity.

We have an uber-religious mother, a completely absent father, and a young woman who is trying to find a way to grow up in her mother's household of repression. The object of her fantasies is suddenly in reach and very naughty. Too bad her mom wants him too.
You definitely feel so sorry for Elizabeth Jane and the life she lives with her mother. She has little respite as her mother barely leaves her alone. She know she will get out someday, but it's hard to see it from where she's at. Good story.

Not a Novel
This book ends 14% of the way in. Each line is double spaced, so it's even shorter--about 1000 Loc. I'd guess it is maybe 15,000 words? Instead, there are a bunch of other stories in here.
Also, the double spacing is annoying, because I keep having to turn the page. I spent about 15-30 seconds on a page before it needed to be turned. That's also a cheap way to get more KU pages read at the expense of other authors. Shady.
The writing is poor and pretty juvenile. I don't expect a master piece, but this was bad even for the worst of standards.

Also, the double spacing is annoying, because I keep having to turn the page. I spent about 15-30 seconds on a page before it needed to be turned. That's also a cheap way to get more KU pages read at the expense of other authors. Shady.
The writing is poor and pretty juvenile. I don't expect a master piece, but this was bad even for the worst of standards.

Dr. of Orgasms
To be perfectly honest, I only got this book because it was at the lower end of the budget scale, but it was a good read. There were quite a lot of grammatical errors that made me cringe, not sure how all these errors made it past editors, but oh well. Now, onto the storylines...each book in this package had good storylines, not quite believable, but good nontheless. Makes a woman dream for bigger and better things, especially her man...sighhhhh. Anywhozzle, they were definitely worth the read, and I'd recommend to anyone.

I have enjoyed stories by this author but this one was stretching it. The heroine is a 19-year old college student completely dominated by her wacko mother. This mother could give the mother from Carrie lessons in crazy. The "hero" however also has a few screws loose. I'm guessing he's in his late 30's/early 40's and he's having dirty thoughts about his teenage patient who he has been treating since childhood. In any other world he'd be doing the perp walk on the 6:00 news.
As always, more proofreading and editing need to be done.

Halfway decent read
The stories are pretty redundant. Kind of unimaginative. Yes boss. More boss. Always boss. There are also many typos, many times words are doubled if not whole phrases. After reading the first story/book you don't need to read more to know the same sex scenes are going to be brought forth as well as pretty much the same story just with different characters. I'd sum it up entirely as unimaginative word play for a collection of books. They reference BDSM but it's more like BDSM lite. If you are looking for BDSM here go find better.

Pretty good
I'm not really into the whole doctor play but this one wasn't bad. There was good character development for Derek and Liz so we kind of got into their heads a little. I liked that Derek seemed to understand just how bat crap crazy her mom was and never entertained the idea of examining her purity and violating her HIPAA rights. I also liked the twist with Liz's dad. All in all a good read.

This was a fast and intense read. Liz has a crazy mom who thinks normal sexual curiosity is a sin against God. When she catches Liz doing some self-exploration, she drags her to Dr. Monroe for a "purity" exam. Little does she know that the hot doctor is the stuff of Liz's fantasies.
Liz isn't the little girl Derek Monroe remembers--she's gorgeous and just his type. What the good doctor wants, he gets. Lucky for him, Liz is just as enthusiastic.

This is a take of a billionaire doctor who can't keep his pants up, and virgin who likes them down. The characters have problems individually that are solved by mutually helping each other. Good read, I really disliked the mother, and I tink she should have her own story told. I feel like there is more to her story. I look forward to reading the rest of Liz and Derek's story.

For a quick and fast read it was fun. Not much depth or character development, quite a few grammar mistakes. I also don't care for the derogatory sex talk. But for an in between books filler, when you're in the mood for something fun, this was perfect and the right price.

An interesting and steamy collection
A cocky doctor and a repressed young woman with crazy mother have an interesting love story with some dirty and steamy scenes.

What's up doc ...
The outline had the potential to be a good story but she was only 19 that didn't sit well with me maybe 20 would have been better if he had been in his late twenties or thirty even ? , and for me it was to quick with no other moments of chemistry outside the three doctor visits ... just not for me but might suit others for a quick read .

Normally I love Juliana Conners books, but this one was a bit of a disappointment.
For my likings there was too much sex. The girl was not setting any question marks to anything. The Doctor just took his Libertys to do what he wanted without asking at all. The storyline was too much for me. There could have been more story to it. At lot of loose ends that could have been finished - without sex ;)
But I will still look forward to read her next book!

Absolutely amazing!
I loved reading this book! I know there are of lot of us that can relate to having overbearing parents so this story hits home and is believable. I could not put it down!

Did not finish. This story just squicked me out. What kind of Dr. has been lusting after a girl since she was a child and now that she is 19, he seduces her in his office. He sounds like a pervert. YUCK.

Pretty good!
I Chose this rating because this is a pretty good book. Some of the characters was really nutty. It was kind of scary like she's going to the doctor and she and her doctor fell in love. A lot of romance. Pretty good read. I recommend this book to all romance readers.
