High on drama, feels like watching a south Indian movie.
Author seemed to be trying to copy the style of Ashwini Bhat and failed miserably.
The story didn't end properly and left some of the questions unanswered.

Amit , the protagonist , while riding on his bike towards his home from office, encounters unusual illusion and looses control of his bike and meets an accident. Luckily, he is saved. After this accident , he encounters similar illusions on 1st of every month.
Inspite of all medical and psychiatric help, the illusions never seem to stop and so he decides to find out about it himself. What he learns is that , on similar accidents have occurred on the very spot , where he fell from his bike. He pursues the case further and interrogates the family of other two victims.
What follows is web of mysteries ,that leads him to Sikkim, a place on north-east India, where and learns about a Lake , called "Lake of N0-Return". The adventure is dangerous and life-threatening.
The book would've done better , without the illusion story, that has nothing to do with the entire book. It was only used to connect the protagonist with earlier incidents.
The book would've also done really better, if the author subtracted the romantic moments. They were just too much.
Overall its a good thriller , with some caveats !

If you love gujarati novel... once read this book... ak dam saras varnan che.. feels like watching a movie with action ans suspense !!

કોઈ એક્શન ફિલ્મની સ્ક્રિપ્ટ વાંચી રહ્યા હોય એવી જકડીને રાખતી સ્ટોરી. થોડું ઘણું વિચિત્ર લાગે પણ તેમ છતાં આગળ શું બનશે એને જાણવાની જિજ્ઞાસા ઉપજાવતું પુસ્તક. એમ લાગે કે વાર્તા ભટકી ગયી છે તો તરત જ એક ઇનટરેસ્ટિંગ વળાંક લઈ આવતુ લેખનકાર્ય. ઓવરઓલ ઉત્તમ વાર્તા સાથે મનોરજન પૂરું પાડતું સાહિત્ય.

No return is a very good book. Good suspese and thrill. There were some errors in the book in between Gujarati translation.

Fantastic suspense and thriller story. Explained in such a way that reader could feel self as a part of the story and can realise the situations as real.
