Do not, I repeat, do NOT read this wonderful/funny/amazing journal/book if you are even remotely offended by the word 'fuck'
Otherwise, go for it. I will probably not count it towards my book goal but I thought it was worth recognition

Tohle prostě potřebujete všichni doma! :D Protože takhle to začíná...

Best therapy 15 bucks can buy. Read it, use it apply it, and if you start to get edgy again rinse a d repeat.

I love this book. Probably my favorite writing-prompt journal ever. I have a whole list of people that I need to send this book to.

2020 was tough. 2021 is not starting out all that great either. I was looking for a book that was both funny and practical. Something to help me focus on things with a more positive outlook. This book did the trick! (I also bought "Let That Shit Go" - which I will also review). The humor is given, the pictures are beautiful, and the activities are worth doing - if you need a little pick-me-up or need a gift...this a great book!

This was fun to fill out, really beautiful images and some lovely ideas, but also a little repetitive.

A fun way to pass the time not on a screen :)

Monica Sweeney provides an enjoyable and different perspective on the whole “self-improvement book” movement in this text. She confronts a vast set of struggles readers may be enduring in the style of a workbook, that uses a humorous take to lighten up some of the worst endurances.

The book is composed of many aesthetic images and quotes throughout, that keep it visually interesting and inspire and propel you to proceed forward. The prompts/activities are generally quick as well, and most can be done on the fly. While these prompts are not as “confronting” as many other self-help workbooks are, it is perfect when you are trying to distance from that genre set and comfortably explore your feelings. Reiterating my point; this is an enjoyable take on confronting your struggles in a less demanding nature, that oftentimes will bring a smile to your face.

Also, there’s none of that overly-positive bs many other self improvement books are loaded with. Monica Sweeney does an excellent job of confronting the shitty realities of many situations- never taking away or trying to invalidate the poor reality the reader is or may be enduring- but in a humorous way that brings light to them and navigates the complexity of various issues.

I highly recommend Let That Sh*t Go by Monica Sweeney if you enjoyed this text, as the two are similar in style but explore different prompts and feelings. I’m currently in the works of it now, and find it to be just as, if not even more, enjoyable than Zen as F*ck.

This has been the only journal where I feel like it has actually helped me. Not only does it have lovely illustrations, but the way that it's written makes me feel emboldened! Definitely adore this journal and I will continue to work my way through it!

It is a funny and new style! Has a lot of f*cks and bullshit phrases! 😅
Depends on the reader to cure himself from sadness and depression by writing down his own answers of the questions being asked in every page, or by coloring or drawing. So it is generally venting.

:D No ale dobra, w środku jest "Witaj osobo", więc ok, no w sumie też mogę zostać królową!
To np. taki humor:

- Hanlon's Razor [Brzytwa Hanlona - przyp. red.]

My mom gifted me this book a few years ago while I was going through one of the toughest times of my life. I had used it a little bit and then I got distracted…and well, five years later I have returned to restart my journey to become zen as fuck.

This silly little book really did it for me. It helped me to reframe some of my thoughts and feelings and to express them in a freeing manner. As a perfectionist, I got out of my comfort zone to write out the messes taking up space in my mind and to tell it all to leave me the hell alone. I highly recommend this book to anyone who uses humor to cope. I would not say I am as zen as I would like to be as of yet, but this book certainly set me on the right path.

This book is hilarious! It will have you totally laughing w/ in the first few pages & throughout. I mean how can it not w/ a title like that? There are some insights that obviously make you think more about mindfulness as that is what zen is supposed to be. You actually have page after page of spots where you're supposed to fill it out & do all the activities. So yeah this book makes you recognize the things you need to improve on or at least how to change your mindset. It's beautifully illustrated & just has a great color scheme throughout. So go ahead & laugh while being zen.

There are a lot of prompt journals out there, but if you're looking for one with a healthy sense of humor and you don't mind cuss words, this is perfect for you. The prompts help you to focus on what matters most, and the colorful design and lightheartedly badass vibe will keep you entertained while you're at it. Thank you to the publisher for providing this copy for review via Goodreads Giveaway.

Absolutely love this little journal! It’s profane but positive, uplifting and filled with beautiful watercolor pictures, humorous and inspiring quotes and questions to really make you think. It encourages mindfulness, presence, gratitude, and positivity to improve wellbeing and happiness in a fun, charming and hilarious way! I won this in a Giveaway and love it so much I’m buying several to give to friends!

I love this book! There is alot of cussing so if you're not into that then do not get this book but if you're ok with cussing and you need a good kick in the butt from the reality police then you need this journal. I was having a really bad day the other day, pulled out this journal and next thing I know I'm laughing and having a good day.

Cute! I got each of my girl friends and myself a copy of this book to help us get through Covid times. The pages are soothing, but hilarious and fun. I've done a few pages every few nights before going to bed. I don't feel bad about writing in it and there are some great prompts. If you like journaling, get this!

Absolutely loved this. I’ve tried other meditating journals and usually fall off the wagon with them. I enjoyed the variety of prompts, perspectives, and profanities this offered. The format and type of prompts allow you to skip around and complete the journal, unlike others that attempt to build off of habits page by page. Highly recommend

Full disclosure-- I received this as a Goodreads Giveaway.

Cute and full of vulgar language-- I could see this as being the kind of thing one tacks on to a present as an addendum. Works for what it is

A fun book to remind you to not take life or yourself so seriously. Lots of activities to relieve stress and calm yourself down. Love this book. I have finished reading it, but still have much coloring to do on the coloring pages.

This journal with profanity takes an alternate look at your thoughts and feelings by giving you permission to voice the good, the bad, and the ugly. It is entertaining and open, bold and unique. A great means to cue the reader to journal about their lives in a forthcoming direction.

Love it. I haven't done all the pages yet, but I got one for my bestie and one for me for Christmas, and I like how it tricks me into being more chill and positive in language that is straightforward and funny.

I received the journal the other day and have gone through it cover to cover. All I need to do now is write in it and color it as needed. I think I could actually complete this journal in a day, but we shall see how this goes.
