This is a must read book for all those who are in the software industry and following the Agile methodology. Continuous Integration is what many companies are resorting to as the complexity of software increases. This book explains the concept of "Blameless Continuous Integration" with ease and simplicity and the effectiveness of it. Having worked for 10 years in the software industry and been a developer myself I can personally vouch this book for all management.
