หนังสือดีมากค่ะ อ่านแล้วอบอุ่นเหมือนมีพ่อคอยนำทาง พอเริ่มหลงทางพ่อก็พากลับมา พร้อมให้คำแนะนำอย่างจริงใจ ใช้ได้จริง ทั้งด้านการใช้ชีวิตและการทำงาน สอนให้ลูกรู้จักการรักษาสมดุลและถอยออกมามองภาพใหญ่ ไม่ได้สอนให้ลูกมาเป็นแค่ลูกจ้าง แต่ให้มุมมองการเป็นผู้นำ แม้หนังสือจะเก่าแล้วแต่เนื้อหาก็ยังเอามาปรับใช้ได้

The author is the president of a company and his daughter works hard all the way to the CEO.
1) Before starting a career: e.g., young people in high school, university, or early stage of their career get confused because
- they do not have information of what different careers actually mean
- they do not know what they want
- they do not know how is their comparative advantage
- only based on all three things then can they start doing the matching
2) Life advice
- Plan forward for having kids: If decided to have kids, it is better to comprehensively accompany them in their early age. E.g., some studies show that the feeling of security of children is largely dependent on their early age experience.
- "Youth is wholly experimental.” — Robert Louis Stevenson. Choosing the type of experiments to do is an art.
- For partners, care about qualities such as responsible, kind, moral, tolerant, consistent.
3) About work
- I just did what I really enjoy. It feels a bit sorry that I also get paid ;).
- Managing talents is about teaching and freeing their full potential. Only things need management, but people need "guidance."
- People-centered mindset. Team culture.
- Really good managers:
-- use 4 days to deal with all kinds of people and matters
-- use 1 day to contemplate and plan
-- make the best use of the working time, and optimize the time so that the life and family are balanced well.
