Welcome to the Land of Bourbon and Bluegrass… Welcome to Bourbon Springs, Kentucky…
Get Books 7-9 in the Bourbon Springs Series in this box set. Included works:
Bottled Bluegrass: Mack Blanton dreams of returning to Nashville to make music. Jorrie Jones is tired of practicing law in small town. But after a chance meeting, Mack can’t stop writing songs about Jorrie, and she realizes the attractions of small-town life in the form and voice of Mack. As they discover the simple gifts of love, will they spread their wings or choose to stay in Bourbon Springs?
Toast and Char: She’s the love of his life. She’s also the woman he left at the altar. When Prent Oakes jilted Miranda Chaplin two years ago, he was sure it was over. Except Miranda has never been able to tell him to get out of her life. The heat still burns between them—but will their love be resurrected from the ashes or will they both be left burned?
Water of Life: Widowed judge Cara Forrest guards her young son as fiercely as she does her heart. But when Drake Mercer makes a plea to be more than professional acquaintances, it is an argument she can’t resist. As Cara faces the prospect of getting a seat on a higher court, she and Drake are forced to face allegations of unethical conduct due to their relationship. The choice is theirs: to be sustained by love or pulled apart by the currents of doubt.
Jennifer Bramseth is the author of the Bourbon Springs Series and Bourbonland Series of contemporary romances, and the Devil Springs Cozy Mysteries. She is a Kentucky native and lifelong resident who lives next to a horse farm and within minutes of several bourbon distilleries.
Again, an enjoyable read. The stories are believable, mostly well paced and have a good amount of steam. Unfortunately, not well edited with words missing, duplicated words and some sentences not making sense. Books 8 & 9 are 4 star reads for me, Jorrie in book 7 was frustrating and a hypocrite - that is 3 star thanks only to Mack
I didn't want the book to end knowing it was the last of the Bourbon Springs series. Jennifer Bramseth made me fall in love with Kentucky and all the characters in her books. I've made a list of all the places I want to visit in Kentucky one day. Steeped in history and romance this series takes you on a journey you'll never want to come back from! Loved this and all the books!
I love the location, and the history of the area, not a drinker myself but the ice cream sounds interesting, I would recommend this series to my friends. But the content is too mature for my granddaughters.
Wrapping up the romance series set in Bourbon Springs and lives that revolve around bourbon. Making barrels and just the right char... Making the right mash ... Aging the drink.
I’ve read all three of the three box sets and have enjoyed them all. While story lines can be predictable, I enjoy the character development. What sets these stories apart is that they are strong women and believable stories.
A wonderful series of love stories. Long lost loves finding each other and finding happy endings. I have found a new favorite author, thank you for such a wonderful journey with the people of Bourbon Springs!
Wonderful romance stories. Wonderful characters. Loved the explanation as to the inspiration and the background for the stories. Just sad that it has ended but so glad for the next series.
I have an trying to read every thing this artist writes. She can place a person reading the book right into the story and you will forget it is fictional!! The characters will become friends as you laugh and cry with them!
I just love these books. I love reading about Bourbon and my home state of Kentucky. If you haven't read these books you really should. This set was free two days ago on Amazon.
Another set of books about the great characters of Bourbon Springs. Each story brings characters from past stories and gives happy endings to each of them.
I have loved reading this whole series. As a former resident of Kentucky, I have a respect for the loyalty each area has to their local distilleries. Great reads.
