This is basically a counseling book on aging. It gets you to think about your finances, relationships, and your health. Where you plan to retire or if you plan to age in place. It talks about different ways of meeting people and helps you think about who can help you when you need extra help.

After hearing Nancy’s interview, I picked up the book and couldn’t put it down. Her perspective on finding purpose and joy later in life is so refreshing and real.
