Picked this novella up at C2E2 and read through it in a manner of days. The story moves briskly, the characters are lively, and the backdrop of Chicago is well-described. I think the only challenge I have is that the ending happens so abruptly, and with little to answer the over-arching questions of the book. I feel like there just needed one more turn of the story to get it to stick.
