YAY FOR BACK STORY!!!!! Seriously, if you've ever wanted to know more about Amunet or the history behind Vanessa being hunted by both Lucifer and Dracula here you go. It was beyond cool to see the parallels behind Vanessa and her romantic tendencies and Amunets, plus to see how Amunet was in love with Belial who reminds me of Ethan in that he loved her so much he was willing to do whatever it took to save her. Where Belial was willing to commit himself to Lucifer and eventually lost his love, it's a sad parallel to Ethan who was willing to do anything to keep Vanessa from falling to her enemies and also lost her, but he kept both of their souls from darkness with his actions.

I love the interactions between Lucifer and Dracula as well, their lust for dominion over Earth is so great that they're willing to lose their bride over their petty squabbling and it just reiterates what we all knew the whole show. The brothers don't really love Vanessa for who she is, they WOULD love her for what she can bring them. That's why I loved Ethan and Vanessa, he loved her enough to do what she asked of him even though it broke his heart.

Read these, you'll thank me.

Great but too short

Loving the story but you would be better off waiting for the collected volume. At $3.99 each this is an expensive way to read a comic about 10 minutes long
