Exciting, Suspenseful, Dramatic, and revealing Novel! Although this book was separated by each Timber Wolves Pack Members story it all came to a conclusive and mindblowing end. Every Pack member found exactly what they needed, and received everything they deserved individually and collectively. In the end the violence justified the means in accordance to the Wolf and Vampire atrocities held on both sides. I usually don't have much to say on paranormal books about werewolves and vampires but this novel and it's storyline all fit together for a great read from story to story all the way through!
A nice set. You meet a group of wolves that have banded together as a pack the Timber Wolves, and are doing good by working as a private security. And their nemesis is a group of wolves that turned to drugs, racketeering, with the front of a biker gang, the Red Pack.
Book 1 - 3/5 Book 2 - 3/5 Seems if person to person conversations very uneven or almost robotic responses. Book 3 - 2/5 At the end it flow directly from a fight scene to casual conversation. Need better structure to scene changes. Book 4- Just started reading. I feel as if the author is lazy now. They break up a robbery and shoot people and the characters just phone it in?! Yeah right. Starting to skim... So everyone who knows Lisa will have something happen with the Red Pack?! Unrealistic, same story line too. Book 5 - skimmed.
Every single book in the TIMBER WOLVES Series is so good, that I can't choose which one I like the best. Each was superbly articulated with strong, well-defined, in-depth characters. Even in this context, each book immersed me into a believable story. Excellent writing.
Some of the language seemed too stilted, trying to be formal. But that can't be pulled off with all the UM, ER, AH's in everyone's speech pattern. And what guy says 'comfy'? The guy was supposed to be macho, but was written unconvincingly by a woman who didn't seem familiar with the way men speak.
Different type of series if stories. Timber Wolves Security has a group of badass werewolves that at a family intent on protecting other in need. Each story focuses on one member with a woman they are protecting. With each episode they become closer. As in each case there seems to be similarities that bring all the cases together. How could this be?
I loved the idea behind the book but it was poorly written. I couldn't finish it because of the writing. It read like a bad B movie script. I wanted to like it but i couldn't. It only gets a 2 instead of a 1 because i liked the concept.
All these wolves are more then willing to risk it all . To make their ladies lives safe. And almost do. They won't stand down. And they will get answers. May not always be the ones they want. But they will get their way.
This is the whole series. Each book is about a member of Timber Wolves. Each one is full of action and suspense with a background story that follows through all the books. It does wrap up in the final book.
I knew the last story would be epic. I also suspected that Xavier was his twin. Too bad the head vampire got away, despite that this was a really good series.
A really good series about wolf shifters in private security. Great story lines and happily ever after. There was some discrepancies that is why I gave a lower rating.
These books were OK but predictable. I wanted to finish the series to see what happens however the stories needed to have more to them they were to bare bones.
Each one of these sexy men's story was Intriguing, loving, mysterious, and romantic. I truly enjoyed reading this series for the very first book to the last! I would definitely recommend this series to read!
