...He's like no John I've ever had before...

Elias, my very first job under The Gentleman's tutelage, throws me off from the start with his attractiveness, nice house, and sweet demeanor. I'm used to working the street corner, where none of those things apply.

...Pleasing him is going to be a tall order...

Then I'm told that my evening with Elias is supposed to be a cozy date, not the brisk, rough trade I'm used to. Having no idea how to provide Elias with a the experience he wants, I try convincing him to enjoy my more polished skill sets.

...It'd be easier if he just pushed me to my knees...

But Elias won't be swayed. He wants dinner, a movie, wine, and lovemaking. Throughout our evening, I learn a lot about Elias, but even more about myself. It'll take a lot of guidance from The Gentleman for Peter to learn the careful art of getting Pleased.

"Pleasing Peter" is the fourth installment of The Gentleman's Rentboy Service and features bare MM, a hot viking guy, a very unsure newbie, a lot of patience, and a sacredness that isn't taken for granted.

The Gentleman's Rentboy Service is a series of five weekly novelettes, each following a steamy evening with one of The Gentleman's boys. These five capricious twinks are eager to please the big, wealthy alpha males who can afford their time.

I have a question for Randi Luxe. Will you write a story about the "Gentleman" himself? A prequel of sorts. So many questions.

Very well written short. A lot of emotion. Not a romance. Not PWP. Just a character development for Peter. Note, the author has written only the first installment for 4 separate series. I'll wait until the author actually completes a series. Available on KU.

Lovely.

Good content, particularly within the sex-worker trope, can be really hard to find. But this dazzled me. Elegantly written, engaging and thoughtful and hot, it's clear the writer had a very specific idea of what the story she wanted to tell, and that paid off in spades. The HEA is not the sort most people expect but was almost more satisfying for being different, and I found myself unexpectedly moved by the time I finished. Best out of the series, which I was unable to pull myself away from, it was so good. My only complaint is that I can't find Luxe's other works anywhere. I'll be keeping an eye out for more of her writing in the future. High key rec.

So Good

If you haven't started the series do it now! Yes these are kinky and dirty but the author has managed to put emotion and depth into short erotic stories. You will fall in love with her boys. I am so impressed that this a new author and can't wait for the full length books she has promised. With each book I have thought "this is my favorite" but I am infatuated with this couple and really hope to read more of both.

4.5 Stars!
Randi Luxe's The Gentleman's Rentboy Service series is so fantastic because every story is unique but solidly written and filled with emotion. Don't get me wrong, they are hot, but they are so much more than just sex. For such short stories, the characters are extremely well rounded and the stories themselves interesting. Randi Luxe is an author I am keeping my eye on!
This series is highly recommended.

I really wish the author would publish additional stories. The idea and concept work so well and the writing is excellent. Please come back and release more books!
