I decided to read this book because several books I’ve read referenced it. Lots of interesting information bout getting fit and eating well. I was not a big fan of anecdotal stories, seemed a mix of disingenuous humble brag smothered in muchisimo; which, I’ve noticed, is par for the course for the genre. To each their own, just my opinion.
